2020 May 27-May 28 Proverbs 15, ML Select, TWGA, weekly CTC
Hello, with a warm welcome, wishing you well this day, with caution and consideration. Let's conclude Proverbs 15, with verses 26-33, then consider another selection from the Mosaic Law, today's TWGA, and this week's CTC Corner.
"26 Jehovah detests the schemes of the wicked one, But pleasant sayings are pure to Him. 27 The one making dishonest profit brings trouble on his own household, But the one hating bribes will keep living. 28 The heart of the righteous one meditates before answering, But the mouth of the wicked blurts out bad things. 29 Jehovah is far away from the wicked, But he hears the prayer of the righteous. 30 Bright eyes make the heart rejoice; A good report invigorates the bones. 31 The one who listens to life-giving reproof Is at home among the wise. 32 Anyone refusing discipline despises his life, But whoever listens to reproof acquires understanding. 33 The fear of Jehovah is a training in wisdom, And before glory there is humility."
HATE EVIL SCHEMES AS GOD DOES! Prove 15:26 The "wicked" one spends time plotting evil schemes out of selfishness, greed, or jealousy, for instance. Proverbs 24:8 says "Anyone who plots evil will be called a master schemer." How much better to spend time pondering pleasant and wise sayings! Such sayings are "pure" to Jehovah God, and if from Him, "refined" and entirely good. Proverbs 30:5 says "Every saying of God is refined." By pondering what is good and upright, ones may develop heart appreciation for goodness, and learn to hate and turn away from what is bad, or evil.

MAKE A LIVING CONTRIBUTING TO GOD'S PURPOSE. Prove 15:27 Jehovah rewards and blesses the righteous, not those making "dishonest profit." Lacking God's blessing, and encouraging greed among even family members, such ones open themselves up for trouble on their own household, for instance, by jealous trouble-makers, wanting their "piece of the pie." Life may even be involved, as the contrasting statement says that the one hating unjust bribes "will keep living." We should therefore seek God's blessing on our life by making an honest living, seeking our means of maintenance in ways that are in harmony with God's laws and standards of truth, justice, and righteousness. Proverbs 10:22 says "It is the blessing of Jehovah that makes one rich, And He adds no pain with it." And Psalm 127:1 says, in part, "Unless Jehovah builds the house, It is in vain that its builders work hard on it..." Also, the importance of living and acting in accord with God's standards, in whatever we do, is emphasized by one of the first Proverbs beginning in chapter 10. Proverbs 10:2 says "The treasures gained by wickedness will be of no benefit, But righteousness is what rescues from death." Therefore, choose to find your treasures the right way, in accord with God's laws and standards, giving you heartfelt reason to rejoice over your contributions to a peaceful, happy, and prosperous new world."
"28 The heart of the righteous one meditates before answering, But the mouth of the wicked blurts out bad things."
MAKE IT A HABIT TO THINK HOW TO ANSWER. Prove 15:28 Perhaps the lesson of this verse is summed up by the saying "Think before you speak." The righteous ponder before answering someone, as they wish to say the right thing, in the right way, in a way their specific audience may comprehend and benefit from. The wicked, on the other hand, may often have no such concerns, rather 'blurting out' what is bad. Such ones are usually prideful, being 'wise in their own eyes,' perhaps believing their every idea is great, worthy of speech. (Prove 3:7). Proverbs 18:2 says "A stupid person takes no pleasure in understanding; He would rather disclose what is in his heart." Such ones should learn to be "quick to listen, slow to speak, slow to anger." (James 1:19).
"29 Jehovah is far away from the wicked, But he hears the prayer of the righteous."
SEEK CLOSENESS TO GOD. Prove 15:29 If such wicked ones do not repent, Jehovah is "far away" from them, but in contrast hears the intimate prayer of the righteous. Who should not want to be close to the Grand Creator of the Universe? (Eccle 12:1). What a privilege! The wicked instead have no appreciation for this privilege, choosing to be "close" to other selfish evil ones. May they investigate reasons to appreciate the Giver of Life and every breath, Jehovah, and ponder His tremendous love and mercy, that they may come to have more heart appreciation for Him, and be moved to respond obediently to His loving correction and counsel. Psalm 103:2-5 says, for instance, to those determined to obey Him with integrity: "Let me praise Jehovah; May I never forget all that he has done. 3 He forgives all your errors And heals all your ailments; 4 He reclaims your life from the pit And crowns you with his loyal love and mercy. 5 He satisfies you with good things all your life, So that your youth is renewed like that of an eagle." (See all of Psalm 103).
"30 Bright eyes make the heart rejoice; A good report invigorates the bones."
SEEK THE LIGHT OF TRUTH. Prove 15:30 Bright, or "enlightened" eyes, receiving light of truth from God, brings rejoicing to the heart. Psalm 97:11 says "Light has flashed up for the righteous And rejoicing for those upright in heart." Of course, it is responding in action to the enlightenment we receive from God that brings true rejoicing, and upright ones will typically respond to beneficial knowledge with faithfulness, holding to God's standards. As 1Corinthians 13:6 says, Loyal Love "rejoices with the truth." Thus a good report also "invigorates the bones," refreshing our spiritual core.

TREASURE "LIFE-GIVING REPROOF." Prove 15:31-32 Proverbs 12:15 says "The way of the fool is right in his own eyes, But the wise one accepts advice." May we aim to appreciate advice, even strong, but loving, discipline from others. Such correction is often given with much considerate forethought, even prayer. We need such discipline to remain squarely on the path of eternal life. Strong correction should add to our understanding of life, aiding us to continue walking in the fear of Jehovah, hating what is bad. (Prove 8:13). However, such discipline must be given in love to be truly beneficial, after the example of Jesus' loving treatment of his "disciples." To refuse such correction would reveal a lack of appreciation for one's hopes of eternal life, as Proverbs 6:23 says "...the reproofs of discipline are the way to life."
"33 The fear of Jehovah is a training in wisdom, And before glory there is humility."
HUMBLY SEEK TO PLEASE GOD. Prove 15:33 The healthy fear of displeasing God is shown to be the "beginning" of both divine knowledge and wisdom. (Prove 1:7; 9:10). Thus, this should be taught at a young age, helping youths to grasp the qualities of both understanding and discernment (Prove 2:1-5). Humility must also be treasured among genuine servants of God, truly considering others as superior to us, valuing their gifts and knowledge that we may benefit from.

MOSAIC LAW SELECTIONS
CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLE: TRUE LOVE FOR GOD AND NEIGHBOR ACTS WITH
WISDOM IN HARMONY WITH DIVINE LAW AND STANDARDS, FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL.
Now let’s consider Exodus 23:6,7: “6 “You are not to pervert the
judgment of the poor one among you in his legal case. 7 “Have nothing to
do with a false accusation, and do not kill the innocent and the
righteous, for I will not declare the wicked one righteous.”
ONE WHO HAD BECOME POOR.
Verse 6 A person among God’s people who has been or becomes poor for
some reason, as considered recently in God’s law to Israel, was to be
supported and helped, until he gets back on his feet. He should never be
considered to be destined to remain in such a state forever, as some
would have us believe, as if that one is fated to remain in a certain
socioeconomic “class.” Gaining in divine wisdom, such a person should be
able to better himself in his financial matters and recover. The
Scriptures reveal that “time and unexpected events” [or, “chance”]
befall us all (Eccle 9:11). Regarding God’s son, in Psalm 72, it is
foretold that “12 he will rescue the poor who cry for help, Also the
lowly one and whoever has no helper. 13 He will have pity on the lowly
and the poor, And the lives of the poor he will save. 14 From oppression
and from violence he will rescue them, And their blood will be precious
in his eyes.” Thus, the judgment of the “poor one among you” was not to
be perverted. That one’s legal case was to be handled according to
righteous judgment by the Law, just as everyone else’s. Therefore,
impartiality in judgment is seen as a hallmark of God’s dealings with
mankind. (Acts 10:34,35). God is fair and just, and those representing
Him as judges should thus deal fairly and justly in their judgments.

Proverbs 11:9b-10a "By knowledge the righteous are rescued. 10 The goodness of the righteous makes a city rejoice."
Matthew 7:12 "“All things, therefore, that you want men to do to you, you also must do to them. This, in fact, is what the Law and the Prophets mean."
TRUE SUCCESS?
With the reopening of the economy, cases of COVID-19 are once again on the increase. While this was expected somewhat, could anything be done to limit any negative repercussions? While it was hoped that the summer months might bring some relief of the virus spread, this benefit might primarily be experienced out-of-doors, or in indoor situations where heat and humidity are not further aggravating efforts to limit exposure to the virus. Recall an earlier post regarding the cautions against reopening indoor gyms, where exercise and heavy breathing only could exacerbate the problem, igniting the spread of this respiratory illness. While some manufacturing plants or factories may have been in operation in the springtime, and had only moderate virus contamination, could matters be getting worse as warmer days come, and busy workers are tending to get hotter during the day, possibly breathing more heavily as they attempt to maintain a pace of work that was less of an issue just a few months earlier? How wise and loving for such business operations to step back and re-examine each of their operations, to see if anything can be done to allow each to take place in harmony with the precautions we've been given over the last several months. If workers are having trouble keeping up with the pace of the equipment, in a warm or hot and humid environment conducive to viral spread, how fine for those in oversight of operations to look for any possible ways to reduce problem areas! Could the equipment pace be reduced? Could ventilation be improved, windows opened, air flow increased, or air-conditioning installed? Could UV lighting be installed to help reduce virus exposure? Giving added thought to working conditions and job satisfaction on the part of valued employees could contribute much to the success of a business, as the economy is improved going forward. Could there even be cases where operations in a certain area should be halted until measures are put in place to correct an unhealthy situation? Remember, as Proverbs 10:22 says, "It is the blessing of Jehovah that makes one rich ,And He adds no pain with it." And why shouldn't workers themselves be free to express themselves as to how their individual situation might be improved to safeguard their own health and limit their exposure? They may have given much thought to an effective solution! May those in oversight have open ears, applying compassion and reasonableness to see what may be done to improve the situation! (James 1:19; Colossians 3:12,14) It may be, that with certain measures taken now, a business just might be able to continue in operation with limited viral spread, until a vaccine can become available! (Proverbs 22:3) In other businesses with ventilation systems, and in some other applications, perhaps installing UV lighting in accord with patented methods and instructions may also reduce viral spread and allow more to return to work, even if for limited activity, when possible.

COME TO CONSENSUS CORNER
Isaiah 40:26,28 “Lift up your eyes to heaven and see. Who has created these things? It is the One who brings out their army by number; He calls them all by name. Because of his vast dynamic energy and his awe-inspiring power, Not one of them is missing...Do you not know? Have you not heard? Jehovah, the Creator of the ends of the earth, is a God for all eternity. He never tires out or grows weary. His understanding is unsearchable."
Isaiah 45:18 "For this is what Jehovah says, The Creator of the heavens, the true God, The One who formed the earth, its Maker who firmly established it, Who did not create it simply for nothing, but formed it to be inhabited: “I am Jehovah, and there is no one else."
Isaiah 42:5 "This is what the true God, Jehovah, says, The Creator of the heavens and the Grand One who stretched them out,The One who spread out the earth and its produce,The One who gives breath to the people on it And spirit to those who walk on it:"
COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY.
Most people are somewhat familiar with how computers store information.
But what does this have to with God's Kingdom, and it's benefits and
blessings to humanity? The evidence is clear that it is Jehovah God who
made computer technology possible, and encourages us to use it in a good
and right way for man's happiness and benefit! The materials that make
computer technology possible require certain properties to be in perfect
order or balance, or their use would be utterly impossible! God had to
give each of these materials, elements, or molecules their perfect
properties to make computers possible, such as silicon, which can be
combined with other elements to modify its usage. Knowing our God made
all this possible, then understanding a little about how computers and
similar devices work may help use better comprehend how it can benefit
us going forward. How many have come to appreciate what their phones,
tablets, and computers are capable of! Computer systems have come to
typically use a binary system, based on twos. Bits and bytes make it
possible for computers to accomplish all they are capable of doing. A
"bit" is essentially a 1 or 0, on or off. A light switch in your house,
therefore, is usually a 1-bit device--it is either on or off. Among the
earliest useful systems were 8-bit systems, making up one "byte" of
data, a group of 8 bits that together can combine to create a number
between 0 and 255. If you had eight light switches in your home, for
instance, some may be on and some may be off. Those eight switches, on
or off, would combine to create 256 different combinations of 1s and 0s.
While bytes are still a standard group of data, computer systems have
advanced to become operating systems of 16-bit, 32-bit, and 64-bit
systems, capable of processing more data and with greater speed.
BAR CODES, QR CODES.
An interesting development in capturing data for use by computers was
the development of the bar code. How this has sped up the process of
uniquely identifying the incredible variety of products in stores
throughout the country and the world, becoming a real blessing in
service to people. A more recent development is the QR code, a
2-dimensional code, generally with a squarish form, that can contain and
display even more information than the bar code. The QR code can vary
in size, and can therefore hold greater or lesser information. It is
being freely used for a variety of purposes to make life easier for
people. One use of this code has been in identifying devices made by
electronics companies or manufacturers. While the code doesn't presently
uniquely identify every single device made, it is capable of
identifying the company, the device name, and an associated model
number, for instance. How might this development be used in the future
under God's Kingdom, going forward?
DEVICES UNIQUELY YOURS, IN A UNIVERSE UNIQUELY GOD'S.
In assessing the use of this technology, with efforts to associate a
device more readily with it's owner, in creating more security when
using devices, a question was raised as to could QR codes be embedded
into new devices that are made and, as a new device is purchased, could
an owner somehow be associated with it, and how might this be done. Each
device would have it's own QR code, as is already designed. But as
mentioned previously in this series of articles, God's purpose is
UNIVERSAL in scope! In HIS DUE TIME, He wants to give us the right,
likely after we've learned how to clean up this planet, brought back
ancestors and loved ones in the wonderful resurrection, and let Earth be
the gem both physically and spiritually that He purposed it to be, to
be able to travel throughout His universe, even while being able to
communicate with devices as we now have or may soon have! As mentioned,
the QR code would identify the type, make and model of the device we're
using. But could it be more personally identifiable?
ON PLANET EARTH.
Let's start with the people on planet Earth. How could they be uniquely
identified? First, we might start with a MODIFIED CONTINENTAL CODE, the
"Continent" into which you were born. This code, from 1-7, a 3-bit code,
is adjusted for a few large population centers. Code 1, or A, could
stand for "North A
merica." Code 2, B, could be "South America", home of it's largest country, B
razil.
With a leg of Antarctica near the south tip of South America, that land
would be included there, home to relatively few people. Code 3, or C,
stands for " C
hina," now home to over 1 billion people. Code 4, or D, is for Australia, also know as the land D
own Under. Code 5, or E, is E
urasia. Code 6, or F, is A F
rica.
And Code 7, or G, would finally be India, also home to over 1 billion
of Earth's inhabitants. Thus what would be your Continental code?
PLANETARY CODE.
Also, for this universe, we need a planetary code. Who is to say but GOD
how many inhabitable planets HE has created in this universe, that may
be traversed? If HE wants to, can He not involve Himself in the affairs
of man, to assist us in matters such as these? HE HAS, and stated that a
PLANETARY CODE made up of FOUR LETTERS, each designated by a 5-bit code
from 0-31, is enough to designate each inhabitable planet in this
universe. And He further indicated that Earth should be code AAAB. Thus,
the 64-bit Individual code would include the Planet of your birth, your
Continental code, and four Country, or on many planets perhaps,
"FAMILY" codes, upon reaching as few as 400 or so families on the
planet. Each family could receive a two-letter code such as countries
have, and these could form the basis for individual identification to
every single person born on that planet!
UNIVERSAL CODE.
Only one bit remains in the 64-bit coding of an individual in the
universe, and this bit is used in the computer system for designating
primarily the start and end of a family file of individuals and their
devices owned, whether they be home devices or devices personal to each
member of the family. But there is one code remaining, in a system that
would allow for the designation of every human in God's creation--a
universal code. Jehovah has indicated that He has created more than one
universe. So how could a UNIVERSAL CODE be included, as the code
designating the Universe you were born into? This need only be 7 bits,
or two 4-bit digits, number 00-99. To incorporate this into the 64-bit
coding was not possible without creating a unwieldy complex coding of
individuals. So it was determined that this code could be included among
one of the devices owned by each individual. But what device would
work? Whereas most will in time own a smartphone, there was little room
in the QR code data of the smartphone, as other features are designated.
But there was a device, which may make even more sense to contain this
information. Whereas smartphones cannot be powered by solar energy
entirely, using too much juice, there is a communication device that is
still common, and that COULD be SOLAR POWERED, to be readily usable
anywhere in the universe, and that is a simpler device that allows for
the coding of the Universal code in it's QR code designation. That
device is...a FLIP PHONE! It can be made solar-powered, and thus be
available at all times for communication anywhere in the universe! Flip
phones also serve wonderfully as a backup phone, in case the smartphone
power runs dry. Thus, while it may not be necessary to use the flip
phone always, just owning it allows it to be coded in the system as your
#1 Device, associated with your #2 Device which would likely be your
SMARTPHONE. Thus your primary preferred phone device may be recognized
in the system, likely being that smartphone. Also, even a young child
can learn how to use a flip-phone to contact his/her parents. There is
thus an age-designation in the device QR coding, as a number between 0
and 3. A 0 would designate a phone designed for a baby of about 1 year
old, and a 3 would designate one designed for a 4-year old. This is
about the age that a child can learn to operate more technical devices,
as some parents have unwittingly discovered.* There is one idea that may yet add an option--a solar powered watch that
could also function as a communication device. Could it remain simple
enough that the universal code could be incorporated into it's QR code?
This may be possible, and no doubt will be explored...
ALTERNATE UNIVERSAL CODING?
I mentioned that attempts to include the universal code into the 64-bit
data system would create an unwieldy complex individual coding method.
Any idea would require many more than the current 250 or so country
codes--these would have to be generated, essentially filling out the
most of the possible letter combinations for the 2-letter codes. One
idea is to have the first code be only a single letter, and let there
remain 3 "country" or "family" codes.However, this alone does not allow for the entire universal code, as it
only frees up 5 bits of data, a value between 0 and 31. We need two more
bits, and we would have to borrow it from the "continental code."
However, could the "continental code" be incorporated into this first code letter?By
filling up every possible letter combination of the 3 codes, we allow
for only 308 million people. But if we add other symbols or numbers, to
create 32 possible digits, we then allow for 1.073 Billion per First
letter code, or a new "continental code." You may notice, however, that
if all the letters were used up in the new continental code, we allow
for only about 28 Billion people. There was one more free bit, which
could turn this into a number from 0 to 63. Still, only 67 Billion
people are even possible, with every one of the 1,024 "country codes"
filled up completely, and every "continental code" completely filled, as
if the numbers of people fit evenly into all 7 continents. As difficult
as this would be to keep track of, 67 Billion is still not enough for
some planets, which evidently can hold 100 Billion or more. So for these
reasons, the first system would appear to be efficient, much easier to
keep track of, and adaptable to every planet. A person is not required
to even use their flip-phone or watch, it just must be "owned" in the
system, so that it contains the Universal code associated with their
birth. But as mentioned, how many could not use a solar-powered backup
means of communication?
CONCLUSION
Find Life and See

Working on some things, I may adjust the plan not to normally post on Sundays, or at least Righzdays, the start of the 8-day workweek the second week (after a 2-day weekend) which leads to/makes possible the following 4-day or so weekend, still with typically 5-day workweeks with a longer year of some 400-days, which is real and current, not just a possibility or something imagined. The 7-day calendar is now off the real calendar by some 31 days or so, but the weekdays are still close to lining up together, and plans could be made to incorporate or transition, although it's believed that scheduled times are best changed about a month or a month and a half out, rather than so many so soon. With that view, then it turns out that next month, actually March and Peasamake (2nd month 8-Day Cal.) would be the time the calendars once again line up or merge Mar 22 (Sunday and Sonaday) for an entire week or two, being a good time for transition. Events scheduled March 22 through the weekend March 28-29, could be lined up with mid-Peasamake the 17th through the 24th (recall every month on 8-Day is 4 weeks 1-8,9-16,17-24,25-32 plus 1-2 days 33 or 34 long), then the next week both workweeks line up, Righzday through Thunderzday or Thunzday, leading NOT in this case (4X per year) to the 6-day but rather to the normal end-of-month 5-day weekending break, the 4-days plus just Lunarday, the 33rd, after Fanday the 32nd of the month, with Sonaday, following as the 1st of the next month, Shuay, but also a normal day off like Sunday. The special 6-day breaks conclude months 3,5,9 and 11 (Thanksgiving weekend), and this year month 3, because the calendars are already off by some 31 days, is not some days after March but after April, into May. I believe I had interference from talking up the holiday as Christ's Family Weekend on the website this year, although many still likely heard, for Dec 27th and 28th; there is strong reason for caution, due to God's blessing potentially being removed from Dec 25. Some prophecies were fulfilled in recent years, including one about Job's cursing of the day of his birth, which both was historically Dec 25 and whose life foreshadowed Christ in some ways, prophetically. When God's blessing is on a day, He has often protected people from danger; For years now Jesus above (AzGod) has been saving thousands of lives weekly traveling roadways for instance. It is acknowledged that this went so misunderstood this year, without realizing a completely acceptable alternative in Christ's Family Weekend, but God and Jesus Christ above still have made clear that safe travel cannot be guaranteed for Dec 25. Why not open some gifts on the evening of the 24th, and save the rest for Christ's Family Weekend, on the 27th and 28th, good days for traveling to family, etc. for the same. To the extent that we do such things, we will please both God and Christ, showing faith in their word. George Washington instituted Thanksgiving, which even has a correlation in God's word to a Harvest Festival required of God's people to commemorate each year! I intended to post earlier, ask for prayers again on things taking place as they rightly should, with God's blessing. Real effort to make things right, His way, will be blessed by Him and help get us back on track, or keep us on track for restored peace, the kind of peace former President Ronald Reagan and others did much to help move us toward by the hand of God or His Son above, Jesus Christ. We have been close to having this peace, and greater, worldwide, and many by God's spirit have been working together with me toward this, really all cooperating with God's will for a truly peaceful world! Still, may prayers continue that the true President of the United States, the true winner of the 2024 Presidential election, which was not Donald Trump, can become known as such, being blessed by God to be or become as this one should be and still can be, with at least gradual acknowledgement of the truth as it becomes more known or clear to the many truthlovers and supporters in our nation, our public, the world, our government, our news media, and so on.
