WEEKLY GOLDEN APPLES
ON CORONAVIRUS COMPLICATIONS
It is only because of the potentially extreme helpfulness of this information, and it's urgency with few foreseen implications, that it is both being provided here and being made available to the sitting U.S. president, right away if possible with less harm to the public.
Recently, while looking for a drink, I considered something that reminded me of my recent ponderings over the matter of certain food products such as cheese, particularly various raw cheeses, being made from enzymes of a particular strain of Aspergillus fungus, as are others, as discussed previously on this website, which can contribute to fungal infection. I noticed on a can of chilled coffee that after mention in the ingredients of a LACTASE ENZYME, which is intended to offset lactose intolerance in some individuals, a certain relatively common plant-derived preservative appeared next. I believe it to have been God's guidance at the time to consider whether certain plants or extracts thereof might offset the effects of the fungal enzymes, until a more human-friendly source of enzymes again gains more widespread use. God has provided perhaps 4-5 things that may prove beneficial:
There are at least 2 prime issues that I am aware of--(1) many fungal enzymes, as opposed to enzymes found naturally in foods such as papaya (papain), pineapple (bromelain), and kiwi, for example, and (2) citric acid, usually from fungus, which has been thought to work as a preservative, but with negative consequences, and might instead be derived from the processing of foods, or a human-safe fungal source.
(1) Tomato paste, particularly marinara preferably without added citric acid, but Picante sauce 1:3 with Tomato sauce containing citric acid will adequately compensate for the citric acid ingredient.
(2) Yerba Mate, a plant used for an herbal tea.
(3) Red Rooibos Tea.
(4) And Chamomile, used as tea, might also be helpful.
(5) Rosemary spice extract for drinks containing citric acid, but definitely NOT soda, unless the carbonated water comes from a natural source, such as currently in the Sodastream product line for making soda at home.
To those who are desperately sick with coronavirus fungal complications, as a representative of the Most High I recommend that Rooibos Tea be provided in abundance as quickly as possible, in an effort to reverse disease progression.
To prove it was I who is revealing this information, I hold the U.S. quarter of a certain state known to provide dairy cattle for cheese-making that I held among the change I drew from that evening to purchase the second can related to the above that I drank also.

Here is a statement I issued on the handling of coronavirus, from back in mid-March of this year, 2020:
STATEMENT FROM MID-MARCH 2020. “Welcome, wishing you a careful day and more as we attempt to stave off such a serious viral threat! Please continue to heed trustworthy precautions! Keep this matter before Jehovah in prayer. Bear in mind that dehydration is known to be a serious contributor to disease contraction, and must be combated for a healthy recovery--please find out more about this if you need to, among other dietary immune factors, and vital minerals or electrolytes from food or juice. Guard against known factors that weaken the immune system. Certain foods and other plants manifest some antiviral activity. Please do not assume hydration will make you less vulnerable to receiving the virus. If you do receive it, it may take 7 days or more before you are no longer contagious--Please stay informed on the latest guidance from trustworthy professionals and media sources! Wherever possible, please lovingly aim to avoid contributing to the spread of this deadly disease!“

I am currently investigating an important step into a new phase of recovery...stay tuned.
SIGNIFICANT : I would like to present a potentially significant factor that may allow for a major turnaround in the coronavirus pandemic:
While recently pondering the continued coronavirus worldwide pandemic, an answer, or at least a significant lead may have been identified. FACT: While we know that the human nose is designed to help protect the body from contamination, evidently many persons are lacking nutrients vital for the health of the nasal cavity as regards this important function, as well as a weakening of the immune system in general. It is my strong belief that certain key nutrients have been missing from the diet of many, and this could largely be attributed to outmoded method, still being used, to IRRADIATE vast amounts of the food supply in many nations, including several of those still seriously impacted by coronavirus. There have been primarily three methods employed for irradiation, which is used to counter insects, microorganisms, and the like in many foods being harvested and sold, including "fruits and vegetables" in general. While three methods were approved for irradiation long ago, I do believe that the use of both X-ray and Electron beam (e-beam) particularly (while Gamma Rays may cause other undesirable effects) have been depleting the affected foods of the natural ORGANIC forms of silicon and sulfur, both of which have vital roles in the human body, including within the critical immune system. The silicon or silica may play a role in hair, including the precious cilia that line the nasal cavity and assist immune function. Sulfur may have some anti-cancer effects, among other things. Also, a third protective nutrient may also be lost from such effects, as one 2013 study concluded that ORGANIC selenium compounds serve to protect against "ionizing radiation." (NIH ref# 25434167) In other words, some organic selenium may get used up within a food as it is being exposed to radiation, thus being depleted. I emphasize ORGANIC, because many are yet confused over the difference between INORGANIC and ORGANIC minerals. Rocks are inorganic, and inorganic matter is typically not food for humans, and yet such minerals can be taken up by plant roots and turned into the organic forms that human beings need within to survive and thrive. Research may be done personally to find good sources of these key nutrients from available sources. Seeds, for instance, are largely comprised of such important organic minerals. After IRRADIATION is replaced by Truly Clean Practices as regards proper Food Growing, Handling, Processing, and Transport, using clean water with wild oregano oil for effective organic cleaning of food and equipment, and another more naturally safe treatment such as genuine UV light, which evidently works against harmful E. coli and salmonella, where Irradiation has not, efforts to eradicate coronavirus may well prove much more successful. It's also good to keep in mind that chlorine may interrupt the immune system in the body, and is often used in the treatment of city tap water. As Pine Sol (or equivalent) is used to effectively clean sinks, blue Palmolive OXY (or equivalent) for dish washing, and Irish Spring soap (or equivalent) for bath/hand washing and possibly even as shampoo, and care is taken using city water systems to wipe out dirty dishes first with napkins or towels of some sort, to avoid letting unnecessary food particles down the sink drain into the water supply, soon there may be no chlorine required for municipal water purification. Effective means of obtaining healthy good, clean water, so important for maintaining human health, should be given adequate attention by all. Until proper measures are employed, you might investigate effective ways to remove chlorine if not too concentrated--consult with your local health authorities.
Having received tacit approval, I wish to share two links to images for your comparison as it relates to the above subject:
The second can be found on Johns Hopkins website, in the CORONAVIRUS RESOURCE CENTER, under Tracking, and Current Trends, a world map of DAILY CONFIRMED NEW CASES (within the last seven days).
Discrepancies between the two images may be understood with additional comprehension of things such as the extent of the use of irradiation in the public supply, nationwide and to some degree, abroad.
___
ALSO SIGNIFICANT : Another situation has revealed a food-spice combination that evidently captures and help rid the body of coronavirus! Preparing the salad recipe above for another, I was led to search for other anti-coronavirus foods etc. on-hand. I have at times recommended to some the combination of coconut oil and raw honey, as this has remedied a sore throat or two in the past. Putting some in a dish, you should then add generous amounts of garlic powder without anti-caking agents, and (yellow) curry powder. To this you may add 1/2 to 1 package of raw quick oats, such as Nature's Path Organic Blueberry Cinnamon Flax Instant Oatmeal or Quaker's Apple-Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal. Mix well, adding now some regular honey, if on-hand and desired to bring to desired consistency, such as chewy granola. After offering a prayer, for the primary purpose of reversing coronavirus contamination, seeking Jehovah's blessing on the matter, eating just a spoon or two might well reverse it. Then, drinking coffee with added cinnamon, then if desired sweet, you may add sugar, but obtain raw OR REGULAR wildflower honey, both of which have value, adding just a teaspoon or two after the sugar, mixing this in, then a dash of sea salt or table salt as many are now lacking salt--all of this may actually halt the spread!

PSALM 119 STANZA 18A
Stanza 18 Theme: IN SPITE OF TEMPORARY ILL TREATMENT
BY ADVERSARIES, GOD IS TRUE AND JUST, HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS ETERNAL.
The 8 verses of this stanza remind us of God’s eternal righteousness, His
reliable reminders, His trustworthy law. How is God’s saying thoroughly
refined?
Stanza 18A:
137 You are righteous, O Jehovah, And your judgments are fair.
138 The reminders you give are righteous And completely reliable.
139 My zeal consumes me, Because my adversaries have forgotten your words.
140 Your saying is thoroughly refined, And your servant loves it
137 You are righteous, O Jehovah, And your judgments are fair.
"ALL HIS WAYS ARE JUSTICE"
Moses sang, at Deuteronomy
32:3-5, "For I will declare the name of Jehovah. Tell about the greatness
of our God! 4 The Rock, perfect is his activity, For all his ways are justice.
A God of faithfulness who is never unjust; Righteous and upright is he. 5 They
are the ones who have acted corruptly. They are not his children, the defect is
their own. They are a crooked and twisted generation!" May we keep in mind
such thoughts when we see the wrongdoing of some, while God appeals to all to
keep His ways. Those choosing to ignore God are hurting themselves and others,
as they often act contrary to what is in mankind's best interests. God is kind,
and not a fault-finder--He is not looking for ways to accuse us. Rather, He
loves us, showering mankind with so many gifts, and wants us to be moved by His
great love and the proven wisdom of His ways to love and obey Him in return
(1John 4:8; 5:3; James 1:17).
138 The reminders you give are righteous And completely reliable.
APPRECIATE TRUSTWORTHY REMINDERS.
We may thus put complete faith in
the things God has commanded that His people be reminded of on a regular basis.
The Christian apostle Peter was aware of the need to give such reminders. He
stated at 2Peter 1:12, "For this reason I intend always to remind you of
these things, although you know them and are well-established in the truth that
is present in you." Such reminders would be in harmony with God's right
ways and standards, being "righteous," adhering to God's law through
Christ, and likewise trustworthy. May we not tire of hearing such reminders,
expressed and explained in various ways, that we may come to know, understand,
and love these, helping us to maintain our right standing with God and peace
with our fellowman.
139 My zeal consumes me, Because my adversaries have forgotten your words.
THEY FORGOT YOUR WORDS.
Psalm 69:9, written by David, says
regarding God: "For sheer zeal for your house has eaten me up, And the
very reproaches of those reproaching you have fallen upon me." Thus, as
David stood up for true worship, he did receive some reproach from adversaries.
Likewise here we find expressed zeal for true worship. Some of God's "words"
that his adversaries may have forgotten were words about God's love and mercy,
and God's warnings against such things as lies, stealing and slander. These
things can cause much harm and are "detestable" to God, and have
undesirable consequences. Proverbs 6:12 speaks of a "good-for-nothing
man" walking with "crookedness of speech, winking with his eye,
making signs with his foot, making indications with his fingers. 14
Perverseness is in his heart. He is fabricating something bad all the time. He
keeps sending out merely contentions. 15 That is why suddenly there will come
his disaster; in an instant he will be broken, and there will be no
healing." May such warnings be appreciated by all, remembering that God
"is patient with YOU because he does not desire any to be destroyed but
desires all to attain to repentance."
140 Your saying is thoroughly refined, And your servant loves it.
WONDERFUL AND RELIABLE WORDS.
It is 2Timothy 3:16-17 which says of
God's word: "All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching,
for reproving [strong correction], for setting things straight [readjusting],
for disciplining in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be fully
competent, completely equipped for every good work." The more we examine
God's wonderful and reliable words we find evidence of it's wisdom and divine
inspiration. This text is simplified in NIRV, reading: "God has breathed
life into all of Scripture. It is useful for teaching us what is true. It is
useful for correcting our mistakes. It is useful for making our lives whole
again. It is useful for training us to do what is right. 17 By using Scripture,
a man of God can be completely prepared to do every good thing." The
psalmist saw it's thorough truthfulness, and loved it--may we come to have the
same appreciation!
The 8 verses of this stanza remind us of God’s eternal righteousness, His reliable reminders, His trustworthy law. How is God’s saying thoroughly refined, and how is it that God's law is truth?
Stanza 18B:
141 I am insignificant and despised; Yet, I have not forgotten your orders.
142 Your righteousness is an eternal righteousness, And your law is truth.
143 Though distress and difficulty come upon me, I remain fond of your commandments.
144 The righteousness of your reminders is eternal. Give me understanding, so that I may keep living.
141 I am insignificant and despised; Yet, I have not forgotten your orders.
HOPE IN GOD. Despite a likely king or future king, the psalmist's hardships and treatment cause him to become hated by some, and to feel lowly. Yet he continued to hope in God, refusing to leave off God's orders, or most serious and urgent commands. His genuine faith and hope was evidenced by godly obedience. May we likewise manifest deep trust in God and His law, primarily through Christ, to help or cope with trials, as well as prevent many difficulties caused by poor decisions.
142 Your righteousness is an eternal righteousness, And your law is truth.
THE WAY OF ETERNITY. God's righteousness, or way--encompassing His right laws and standards--is clearly the way of eternity. Understandably, we are to ever live in a way that trusts our reliable God of love, and promotes real peace with Him and others, universally. Jehovah loves truth rooted in unselfish love, and is the "God of truth." (Isaiah 65:16). His divine law is perfectly arranged to support such truth, encouraging us to live and act in harmony with it. Thus it can be said that Jehovah's "law IS truth."
143 Though distress and difficulty come upon me, I remain fond of your commandments.
DEVELOP ENDURANCE/INTEGRITY. While the psalmist was hoping to be saved from his adversaries, who may have been interfering with his keeping of God's law, he was nevertheless determined to obey it. (v. 94,112). Even after experiencing a time of peace from wrongdoers, it's clear that he still knew hardships could come. Psalm 34:19 says "Many are the hardships of the righteous one, But Jehovah rescues him from them all." Thus he was willing to experience "distress and difficulty" if God chose to allow it, and he would remain ever "fond of God's commandments." Thus, as one endures trials as a Christian, s/he is developing genuine integrity, wholesome obedience to God, without corruption. May we come to share such determination, looking forward to eventual true peace and prosperity among mankind.
144 The righteousness of your reminders is eternal. Give me understanding, so that I may keep living.
___
PSALM 119 STANZA 19A
Stanza 19 Theme: CALL UPON JEHOVAH WITH FAITH, HOPE,
AND INTEGRITY
In the 8 verses of this stanza, we’re reminded that when we wholeheartedly call
upon Jehovah He will hear and answer us. We must do so in faith, seeking
integrity, and be persistent in our requests. How is knowledge of God to last
forever?
Stanza 19A
145 I call with my whole heart. Answer me, O Jehovah. Your regulations I will
observe.
146 I call on you; save me! I will keep your reminders.
147 I have been awake before dawn to cry for help, For your words are my hope.
148 My eyes open before the night watches, So that I can ponder over your
saying.
145 I call with my whole heart. Answer me, O Jehovah. Your regulations
[authoritative guidelines and procedures] I will observe.
TRUE, LIVING FAITH NOT MERE BELIEF.
Clearly the psalmist loved
receiving answers from Jehovah regarding his pleas, whole-heartedly calling
upon Him. The psalmist makes known through several verses that doing so
includes observing God’s instructions, seeking integrity to Him. He is flat out
determined to obey God. Thus genuine faith in God is not mere belief, but is
accompanied by actions that prove it’s sincerity. James writes: “14 Of what
benefit is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but he does not have
works? That faith cannot save him, can it? 15 If any brothers or sisters are
lacking clothing and enough food for the day, 16 yet one of you says to them,
“Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but you do not give them what they need
for their body, of what benefit is it? 17 So, too, faith by itself, without
works, is dead.” Thus the good knowledge we take in must be pondered to examine
how it should affect us, what actions or obedience it should inspire, thereby
reaching our figurative heart.
146 I call on you; save me! I will keep your reminders.
LIFE OWED TO GOD.
Romans 10:13 quotes Joel 2:32 in saying: “13 For
“everyone who calls on the name of Jehovah will be saved.” To be saved by God,
should not this calling be as in the previous verse—whole-heartedly? The
psalmist thus again expresses his determination to obey God, saying he will
keep God’s reminders. He realizes that we owe God our life, and thus our
obedience, and he does not want his salvation to somehow be in vain. As
expressed in a later verse (v.152), God has established His reminders to last
forever—thus may we be in the habit of calling on Jehovah, seeking His guidance
and expressing appreciation for the reminders He gives us regularly, for our
eternal happiness and benefit!
147 I have been awake before dawn to cry for help, For your words are my hope.
FAITH AND PERSISTENCE FOR SUPPORT.
If we face distress or hardship
like the psalmist, may we supplicate Jehovah for help as needed. He clearly
found strength and comfort from God’s word of promise to him. Waking early gave
him a quiet time to prayerfully reflect on God’s words, and remember the hope
they have inspired within him. By enduring hardship with integrity, such hope
becomes ever stronger in the promises God has made to us. He does promise
support, but we must, like the psalmist, put our faith, or deep trust, in Him
and His words. We must also be persistent in our requests. Jesus gave
illustrations highlighting the need for such persistence. His lesson: “9 So I
say to you, keep on asking, and it will be given you; keep on seeking, and you
will find; keep on knocking, and it will be opened to you. 10 For everyone
asking receives, and everyone seeking finds, and to everyone knocking, it will
be opened.” May we likewise seek God’s help, hoping in God’s words of wisdom
and promise.
148 My eyes open before the night watches, So that I can ponder over your
saying.
PONDER GOD'S WORD, TO APPLY IT. Here the psalmist was evidently in the habit of opening his eyes early, “that [he could] ponder over [God’s] saying.” How refreshing and beneficial God’s word is to us! Recall the writer of Psalm 1 stated: “1 Happy is the man who does not walk according to the advice of the wicked And does not stand on the path of sinners And does not sit in the seat of scoffers. 2 But his delight is in the law of Jehovah, And he reads His law in an undertone day and night.” This expression means pondering God’s law, reflecting upon it’s application to one’s own life. The result: “3 He will be like a tree planted by streams of water, A tree that produces fruit in its season, The foliage of which does not wither. And everything he does will succeed.” May we likewise make time to reflect on, or ponder, God’s word, to make beneficial application to our life, including our dealings with family and others.
_______
Proverbs 8:17-21
___
Proverbs 8:32-36
“32 And now, my sons, listen to me; Yes, happy are those who keep my ways. 33 Listen to discipline and become wise, And never neglect it. 34 Happy is the man who listens to me By coming early to my doors day by day, By waiting next to my doorposts; 35 For the one finding me will find life, And he receives approval from Jehovah. 36 But the one who ignores me harms himself, And those who hate me love death.””
Prove 8:32 Jesus says “listen to me.” God makes a similar plea at Isaiah 55:2, saying “2 Why do you keep paying out money for what is not bread, And why spend your earnings for what brings no satisfaction? Listen intently to me, and eat what is good, And you will find great delight in what is truly rich.” Yes, the words of God and His son bring great satisfaction and happiness to those who truly listen and heed them. Jesus also said “Pay attention to how you listen.” (Luke 8:18). We need godly discernment to make good judgments as to what we choose to ponder, that may affect our heart and actions. Certainly, though, we can trust the words of God and Christ to be reliable and truly beneficial. Do you ponder their thoughts, or read the Bible merely for head knowledge? May we take the time to appreciate God’s word, consider how we should apply it, and why it is so beneficial and worthy of appreciation, as it leads to our genuine happiness.
"33 Listen to discipline and become wise, And never neglect it."
Prove 8:33 The words of God and Christ offer fine discipline leading to true wisdom. Recall that this word “discipline” comes from the same root as “disciple”—meaning loving correction, as Jesus aided his disciples. A child receiving such discipline should feel loved and appreciated, not dejected by constant punishment. May parents thus be proactive in lovingly helping and guiding their children, that they may be understanding what they need to do to make their parents, God and others happy. Proverbs 23:24 says “24 The father of a righteous one will surely be joyful; Whoever fathers a wise son will rejoice in him.” Try not to discourage all the questions of a child—providing age-appropriate answers as parents are able. How fine that they may look to loving parents for the guidance they need!
"34 Happy is the man who listens to me By coming early to my doors day by day, By waiting next to my doorposts;"
Prove 8:34 Some enjoy rising early to give consideration to God’s word and spiritual matters. Psalm 1:1-3 discusses the happiness found thereby: “1 Happy is the man who does not walk according to the advice of the wicked And does not stand on the path of sinners And does not sit in the seat of scoffers. 2 But his delight is in the law of Jehovah, And he reads His law in an undertone day and night. 3 He will be like a tree planted by streams of water, A tree that produces fruit in its season, The foliage of which does not wither. And everything he does will succeed.” May we appreciate God’s instruction daily, especially the words of his Son that have explained God to us more clearly. (John 1:18). We needn’t view God’s word as overwhelming. Recall, for example, that Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount is contained in just three chapters of Matthew, Matthew 5-7, and has been said to comprise nearly a quarter of all that God requires of true Christians. Add the first 10 chapters of Proverbs for another sizable percentage of value.
"35 For the one finding me will find life, And he receives approval from Jehovah. 36 But the one who ignores me harms himself, And those who hate me love death.””
Prove 8:35-36 May we thus find Christ by being familiar with Jesus’ teachings and recognizing their value and application. Thus we may become true Christians, genuine followers, and find God’s approval. Jesus always gave attention to his Father, honoring Him. He has thus become “Lord to the glory of God the Father.” (Phili 2:11). While learning from Christ, it is ultimately God’s approval that he taught us to seek. Still, “...I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to Father except through me,” he says. (John 14:6). We will therefore benefit greatly by earnestly studying and applying Jesus’ teachings. Ignoring his teachings brings harm to oneself, perhaps even leading one to actually hate him, blocking the way to God and eternal life.
_______Greatest Man
Excerpt from JESUS--THE WAY, THE TRUTH, THE LIFE, lesson 98
MAINTAINING HUMILITY. The mother of the apostles James and John, who is apparently Salome, is among the travelers. Jesus has given these two apostles a name meaning “Sons of Thunder,” no doubt because of their fiery disposition. (Mark 3:17; Luke 9:54) For some time, these two have had the ambition of being prominent in Christ’s Kingdom. Their mother is aware of that. She now approaches Jesus in their behalf, bows before him, and asks for a favor. Jesus replies: “What do you want?” She says: “Give the word that these two sons of mine may sit down, one at your right hand and one at your left, in your Kingdom.”—Matthew 20:20, 21.
The request is really coming from James and John. Having just outlined the shame and humiliation he will experience, Jesus says to them: “You do not know what you are asking for. Can you drink the cup that I am about to drink?” They reply: “We can.” (Matthew 20:22) Still, they likely do not really comprehend what this means for them. Nevertheless, Jesus tells them: “You will indeed drink my cup, but to sit down at my right hand and at my left is not mine to give, but it belongs to those for whom it has been prepared by my Father.”—Matthew 20:23. On learning about James and John’s request, the other ten apostles are indignant. Might James and John have been outspoken in the earlier argument among the apostles about who is the greatest? (Luke 9:46-48)
Regardless, the present request reveals that the Twelve have not applied the counsel Jesus has given about conducting oneself as a lesser one. Their desire for prominence persists. Jesus decides to deal with this latest controversy and the ill will it is creating. He calls the Twelve together and counsels them lovingly, saying: “You know that those who appear to be ruling the nations lord it over them and their great ones wield authority over them. This must not be the way among you; but whoever wants to become great among you must be your minister, and whoever wants to be first among you must be the slave of all.”—Mark 10:42-44.
Thus, humility is to be a hallmark of every person, regardless of their station in life--why even Jehovah God treasures and reflects both great power and humility as the beautiful quality that it is, associated with true loyal love! May we highly value this aspect of the Christian "new personality." Colossians
_______
TRUTHFUL GUIDANCE? Did GOD intend for so many things to remain confusing, or did HE give us enough truthful instruction that those loving HIM and HIS Son may really get to know them well enough to understand GOD’s loving and just purposes for mankind, and to practice qualities that contribute to lasting peace, unity, and happiness, endearing ones to them? We needn’t wonder, for GOD’s Word itself has the answer. Notice, for instance, the desire of GOD expressed at 1Corinthians 1:10:
“10 Now I urge you, brothers, through the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you should all speak in agreement and that there should be no divisions among you, but that you may be completely united in the same mind and in the same line of thought.”
TRUE UNITY POSSIBLE. What can bring about such unity? Notice, respect for the Lord Jesus Christ is involved. Accordingly, adherence to the truth of God’s word and will. Jesus said in prayer to GOD, for instance, regarding his disciples: “17 Sanctify them by means of the truth; your word is truth.“ (John 17:17). Loyal love for GOD is involved, and 1John 5:3 says: “3 For this is what the love of God means, that we observe his commandments; and yet his commandments are not burdensome.” Likewise, Isaiah 48:17-18 says: “17 This is what Jehovah says, your Repurchaser, the Holy One of Israel: “I, Jehovah, am your God, The One teaching you to benefit yourself, The One guiding you in the way you should walk. 18 If only you would pay attention to my commandments! Then your peace would become just like a river And your righteousness like the waves of the sea.” Thus peace would flow abundantly, and adherence to GOD’s right laws and standards would be shown consistently. This is made possible by getting to know GOD and Jesus through attention to GOD’s inspired word, the Bible. As John 17:3 says: “3 This means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ.” Therefore, both GOD and Jesus are involved in eternal salvation, yet their personalities are similar, according to the Bible.
Bible Grammar and Translation Sometimes a Factor
MISUNDERSTOOD GRAMMAR. There are instances where incorrect grammar translation has resulted in confusion about an important spiritual matter, even hindering the faith of some in the Creator. Here is a significant example, involving a common mistranslation that affects our view of prayer. Have you ever prayed for something once, perhaps a reasonable request of God, expecting it to come to you soon afterward? Were you then disappointed, left questioning the Creator’s power or love or justice or wisdom, or His rightful authority as the “Hearer of prayer?” (Psalm 65:2). You may have read in the Bible Jesus’ own words, such as at Luke 11:9, in the King James Version: “And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.” Would this not give credence to your thinking? Yet, is this really the correct grammar for this verse, and does the context support it?
CONTEXT REVEALS TRUTH. The actual correct grammar here is known as the “present imperative” in Koine Greek, the original language of this Bible book. Notice how the NWT, the New World Translation, translates this text: ““9 So I say to you, keep on asking, and it will be given you; keep on seeking, and you will find; keep on knocking, and it will be opened to you.” The emphasis here is on persistence, which is the lesson Jesus had just taught in the preceding parable! Many Bible versions mistranslate this verse, after the pattern of the KJV. Notice the parable Jesus uses in verses 5-8, KJV: “5 And he said unto them, Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves; 6 For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him? 7 And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee. 8 I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth.” Now, we must understand “importunity” to comprehend this—to be importunate is “troublesomely urgent: overly persistent in request or demand.” (Merriam-Webster, 2018) So as verse 8 says, because of his urgent and persistent requests the friend gave him what he needed. Therefore, God wants us to be persistent in our requests that really matter to us in harmony with His will, in faith trusting in Him to hear and supply what’s needed as He deems appropriate. Might this not help to bolster the faith of some who didn’t realize the correct translation of that important Bible verse? Of course, other factors are involved in the answering of prayers by God, but clearly this point is more than trivial. This provides evidence as well that Bible translators are not infallible—they can make mistakes in their translating work. Yet, the Bible has largely been translated rather faithfully from it’s original languages of Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek. Most mistakes are usually minor in importance, although some serious discrepancies have crept in. (For a better understanding, see the article “ Finding Truth ” or “ Bible Translations—Are Their Translators Infallible ” elsewhere on this website).
CHRISTIANITY A MARCH OF LIFE
MANY TO MAINTAIN LIFE INTO ETERNITY! It appears that some have the notion that embracing Christianity is signing on to martyrdom. THAT IS NOT THE WILL OF GOD! They may get this notion by misinterpreting Scriptures such as 1Peter 2:21, where Peter, in the context of enduring hardships and insults from others, writes: “In fact, to this course you were called, because even Christ suffered for you, leaving a model for you to follow his steps closely.” It is not his death that Christians are to follow closely, but his faithful obedience to God and his patient endurance of wrong. While Christians should be willing to loyally obey God even in the face of threats and death, as some early Christians did, this was largely done by those having a hope of heavenly life as faithful rulers with Christ—not that of an earthly Paradise, under Christ’s rulership. The truth is, Christ actually died for others, that many may not even EVER have to face death! Notice a few Scriptures: 2Corinthians 5:14-15 says this: “14 For the love the Christ has compels us, because this is what we have concluded, that one man died for all; so, then, all had died. 15 And he died for all so that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for him who died for them and was raised up.” And when Jesus’ friend Lazarus had died, Martha acknowledged to Jesus: “I know he will rise in the resurrection on the last day.” She was restating Jesus’ own teachings regarding the condition of the dead, the majority of whom are “sleeping in death,” and awaiting a future resurrection (Matthew 9:24; John 11:11,14; 1Thessalonians 4:13). Jesus then said this: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life; and everyone who is living and exercises faith in me will never die at all. Do you believe this?” Thus Jesus showed that many may even survive “the great tribulation” foretold in GOD’s word, by heeding the the word of GOD and HIS son. (Revelation 7:9-10,13-15).
FAITH VITAL! Thus it would be those having FAITH, OR DEEP TRUST, IN GOD AND THE PROMISED SEED, like Israel’s forefather ABRAHAM, that would lead them to eternal life. Thus, after fleshly Israel largely opposed and rejected the son of God, the “ISRAEL OF GOD” became “all those who walk orderly by this (Christian) rule of conduct, peace and mercy be upon them, yes, upon the Israel of God.” (Galatians 6:16; Mathew 23:37-39). Of course, many of fleshly Israel did have faith in Jesus, and these made up the first of those chosen to rule with Christ above. Yet GOD clearly purposed for those of all nations to have opportunity for eternal life through such faith. Thus GOD had told Abraham: “I will surely bless you and I will surely multiply your offspring like the stars of the heavens and like the grains of sand on the seashore, and your offspring will take possession of the gate of his enemies.” (Genesis 22:17). In referencing the “stars of the heavens” and the multitudinous “grains of sand on the seashore,” JEHOVAH GOD doubtless had in mind HIS purpose to fill the entire Universe with people deeply trusting HIM as did HIS “friend,” Abraham (Isaiah 41:8). GOD’S PURPOSE IS THUS UNIVERSAL, BUT FIRST THINGS FIRST: GOD first purposes for those of earth to return to human perfection and health, and clean man’s home planet, the earth, to make it the gem GOD originally intended it to be, welcoming back our ancestors of times past, and helping them learn of GOD’s right ways. To properly care for Earth, global warming must be halted, so the earth can return to it’s normal healthy cycles. In fact, GOD has judgment against those who refuse to cooperate with HIS purpose to protect Man’s earthly home, both spiritually and physically. (Revelation 11:18).
Thus, to reiterate from last week’s post:
UNDER THE RULE OF GOD’S GOVERNMENT, THE STANDARDS SET FORTH IN HIS WORD WILL MAKE POSSIBLE PUBLIC POLICIES THAT PROMOTE HONESTY, FAIRNESS, REASONABLENESS AND HAPPINESS.
Such happiness of course includes a healthy home environment, both physically and spiritually, cared for properly by Earth’s inhabitants, those who will respect our planetary home.
GOD’S STANDARDS REALISTIC, REASONABLE, RELIABLE, REWARDING
REALISTIC. The laws and pure standards that GOD sets forth in His word the Bible are “not burdensome” to keep, but rather “healthful” and capable of being practiced. Notice the opening words of Psalm 119, clarifying this in verses 1-4: “119 Happy are those who are blameless in their way, Who walk in the law of Jehovah. 2 Happy are those who observe his reminders, Who search for him with all their heart. 3 They practice no unrighteousness; They walk in his ways. 4 You have commanded That your orders be carefully kept.” Thus there are many truly heeding GOD’s word and law, living by it day to day, delighting in integrity to GOD, loving HIM and others, and finding true happiness in doing so!
REASONABLE. Those who have determined to live by GOD’s standards have found that they are indeed, reasonable. Our loving GOD does not ask more of us than we can offer. He requires our best effort to obey Him, aiming for a good target of righteousness, or HIS right standards. Our occasional, unintended misses, may then be forgiven on the basis of Christ’s ransom sacrifice. Notice Moses’ words to the people regarding the reasonableness of GOD’s requirements for them: “11 “Now this commandment that I am commanding you today is not too difficult for you, nor is it beyond your reach. 12 It is not in the heavens, so that you have to say, ‘Who will ascend to the heavens and get it for us, so that we may hear it and observe it?’ 13 Nor is it on the other side of the sea, so that you have to say, ‘Who will cross over to the other side of the sea and get it for us, so that we may hear it and observe it?’ 14 For the word is very near you, in your own mouth and in your own heart, so that you may do it.” And Christians are likewise commanded, at Philippians 4:5, “5 Let your reasonableness become known to all men. The Lord is near.” Thus GOD wants many to see that true Christians who live GOD’s way are living proof of HIS reasonable standards.
RELIABLE AND REWARDING. JEHOVAH GOD wants all to recognize that HE, as man’s CREATOR, understands us like no other, and that we can TRUST HIS instructions and guidance is truly for our long-term happiness and benefit. Proverbs 3:5-8 thus exhorts: “ 5 Trust in Jehovah with all your heart, And do not rely on your own understanding. 6 In all your ways take notice of him, And he will make your paths straight. 7 Do not become wise in your own eyes. Fear Jehovah and turn away from bad. 8 It will be a healing to your body And refreshment for your bones.” Thus living by GOD’s standards promotes health and refreshing happiness! Notice the description of GOD’s law found at Psalm 19:7-11: “7 The law of Jehovah is perfect, restoring strength. The reminder of Jehovah is trustworthy, making the inexperienced one wise. 8 The orders from Jehovah are righteous, causing the heart to rejoice; The commandment of Jehovah is clean, [“enlightening the eyes”, AMP]. 9 The fear of Jehovah is pure, lasting forever. The judgments of Jehovah are true, altogether righteous.10 They are more desirable than gold, Than much fine gold, And sweeter than honey, the honey that drips from the combs.11 By them your servant has been warned; In keeping them, there is a large reward.” The faith, or deep trust, in GOD mentioned earlier is indeed necessary to please HIM, and notice this aspect, at Hebrews 11:6: “6 Moreover, without faith it is impossible to please God well, for whoever approaches God must believe that he is and that he becomes the rewarder of those earnestly seeking him.” Thus, GOD is eager to reward and bless HIS faithful people. May we find the blessing of GOD on our activities, as we seek to know HIS right way of doing things, that we may be successful, acting in harmony with GOD’s loving will and purpose. Proverbs 10:22 says: “22 It is the blessing of Jehovah that makes one rich, And He adds no pain with it.”
CONCLUSION:
MAY JEHOVAH, THE GOD OF LOYAL LOVE, PREVAIL THROUGH CHRIST! Will not GOD ensure we can understand the truth of HIS word, in a way allowing for cooperation and unity regarding HIS purposes for mankind and this planet? Is HE not the worthy one to look to for guidance, being our Creator giving us "life and breath and all things?" He also holds the lives of our loved ones and ancestors of the past in HIS hands. GOD's right as Universal Sovereign has already been challenged by Satan for some thousands of years, but as Creator, with proven love, is HE not the One with primary right to govern HIS creation, with love, compassion, and the protection of peace-loving lives earth-wide? As Revelation 4:11 states: "You are worthy, Jehovah, even our GOD, to receive the glory, and the honor, and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they existed and were created." May we place full trust and confidence in our Creator to know what is best for mankind, and to use HIS great power to protect innocent ones and our ancestors, such as Abraham, whom GOD called "my friend." (Isaiah 41:8). GOD longs to restore them to life--let GOD prevail according to HIS right to govern us with such love and fairness!

COME TO CONSENSUS CORNER
Prior to continuing this week's CTC Corner theme, I would like to share the opening remarks made regarding this segment as it was begun earlier this year:
SUBJECT: FIFTEENAGERS BECOMING RESPONSIBLE!
Revelation 21:5: "And the One seated on the throne said: “Look! I am making all things new.” Also he says: “Write, for these words are faithful and true.”
Philippians 1:9-11: "And this is what I continue praying, that your love may abound still more and more with accurate knowledge and full discernment; 10 that you may make sure of the more important things , so that you may be flawless and not stumbling others up to the day of Christ; 11 and that you may be filled with righteous fruit , which is through Jesus Christ, to God’s glory and praise."
RESPONSIBLE LIVING. There comes a time in the course of a teenager working toward adulthood with its many blessings and privileges before Jehovah God that a major step must be taken to assist the acquiring of a more thorough sense of responsibility that is essential to becoming truly prepared to face life as a genuine man or woman. Some serious steps must be taken, with full faith and trust in God, in order to be ready to properly handle such things as qualifying for and finding work to support oneself and eventually one's wife and family, proving that one can maintain living responsibly on one's own, trusting God, and becoming prepared for driving safely and responsibly. How can this be achieved in a way that allows both parents and their growing children to remain close while eventually being a bit further apart than a tent in the backyard?
FIRST THINGS FIRST. At 15, youths are nearing the time for learning to operate a motor vehicle responsibly, and they certainly want to do so in a way that will not endanger the lives of others! Surely under God’s Kingdom, there must be a way that they can develop a proper sense of responsibility while maintaining or even growing the close bond they have with their godly parents and family members. It will be entirely advantageous if these youths find suitable employment during the summer prior to their initial high school year, to enable saving up for the expenses of the new dwelling at the start of the coming school year. Such youths, who prove themselves willing to demonstrate genuine reverence for Jehovah God, could demonstrate to others that an arrangement for living with a same-gender friend approved by the parents of both individuals, in an apartment located not far from home, elsewhere in the same city or nearby town or well-established community, could improve the ability of such young ones to acquire this proper responsible quality. Having been students of God’s word, and supporters of the true worship of Jehovah along with others in the community, such as among one of several Protestant Christian denominations, they could with parental guidance and assistance, locate a peaceful dwelling that may be considered a CLEAN, HOLY EXTENSION OF EACH ONE'S PARENTAL HOME. Under such conditions, they may each continue their school and personal study habits, perhaps even with less distraction as may be found elsewhere. Their love for the inspired word of God should be a hallmark of such a place, as it will be vital to maintain each one’s personal relationship with Jehovah and the purity and sanctity of the new environment.
AGREEMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS.
Of course, such a dwelling will usually require some agreement with the owner or landlord of the apartment. It is strongly recommended that a 2-year lease term be established, preferably during the summer working season, before the selected or assigned high school year for this dwelling, with provision in extreme circumstances to return home after 1-year. The students themselves, as they take on this responsibility, could certainly have parental assistance to determine how best to suitably pay for any associated expenses. In this initial year, the parents may certainly help guide their youths as needed to acquire the necessary services for the dwelling, and these two students together may use inexpensive public transportation to acquire needs or meet parents or approved godly associates for an occasional meal, or to transport to their job location. Altogether, the process of acquiring work, the handling of assigned duties there, acquiring and practicing other skills needed to live responsibly, such as delightful cooking and thorough cleaning, organizing and tidiness, and the insight gained in the extension of home by what may be studied in preparation for life's privileges, all can contribute greatly to acquiring the sense of responsibility vital for life in the new world. Certainly these more youthful ones need quality neighborhoods to dwell in at this particular time in their growth.
OTHER HELPFUL STUDIES.
Regarding what is to be studied in this godly setting, there are several beneficial matters worthy of consideration. First and foremost should be a more thorough examination of God's word the Holy Bible, life's genuine instruction manual. In the life of these youths, it's law and wisdom have already proven to be a beneficial guide for them in many difficult situations, and they have likely come to see it's value in their course of activity. There is one provision that would be an excellent start to strengthening one's relationship with God and acquiring vital insight into the godly Christian personality that will prove to enable abundant peace to prevail in the new world of God's making: It is a publication produced by the worldwide congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, entitled "Draw Close to Jehovah." This publication is available for download preferably in the app "JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES KINGDOM," a relatively new provision from this congregation, one of the Twelve Tribes of Christianity, as explained further in one of the primary established articles on this website ( TWELVE TRIBES
).
VITALLY IMPORTANT! The Scriptures help us see this matter in the proper light: With compassion, none of us wish to see another suffer a terrible disaster. Jesus understood this, but made a serious point, for the purpose of helping us strongly hate giving any consideration to tempting others to violate God's law: At Luke 17:1-4, NLT we read: "One day Jesus said to His disciples, "There will always be temptation to sin, but what sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting! 2 It would be better to be thrown into the sea with a millstone hung around your neck than to cause one of these little ones to fall into sin. 3 So watch yourselves! If another believer sins, rebuke that person; then if there is repentance, forgive. 4 Even if that person wrongs you seven times a day and each time turns again and asks forgiveness, you must forgive." Therefore, while we understand that God is merciful, we must not take that mercy for granted, but always strive to please God in what we do. Then God will ensure you have the advice you need to remain faithful. At Psalm 32:8 God says: "I will give you insight and instruct you in the way you should go. I will give advice with my eye upon you. 9 Do not become like a horse or mule, without understanding, whose spiritedness must be controlled with a bridle or a halter before it will come near to you." Ultimately, it is Jehovah God who can help a youth to prosper and assist one in eventually finding a suitable marriage partner that will make possible decade after decade of sharing life's joys together within the realm of God's Kingdom, with great love for our Creator, shown by obedience to Him (1John 5:3).
MORE 'INSIGHT AND INSTRUCTION.' Recall that the new dwelling is to be an extension of the parental home. As such, it is fine to look forward to much that can also be examined by reading and study. Why not, for instance, have some study material on improving your reading comprehension and perhaps even reading speed? This will certainly come in handy the more you study. Also, this would be a good time for giving attention to an overview of the inspired word of God, with helpful materials, as it instructs us in making good decisions in practically every area of life, and getting to know better the world at large, as God shows His care for all those who will repent and appreciate His love for them. There will be other beneficial matters you can enjoy considering in this new environment, that you can learn to maintain according to God's standards of orderliness and cleanliness.
