SEE MY CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC RELIEF PLAN POST
Hello, and welcome! I'm beginning this week's blogpost with the repost of a former Come to Consensus Corner Policy, called MORE ORDERLY TIME. There is one adjustment that I'm making, and for good reason. The Policy involves an abrupt change to the MONTHS going forward, starting THIS APRIL 2021! Actually, according to the new arrangement, the last 7 days of this March would be the start of the 13th month, named Humaneth (see the post for it's significance/meaning). It would be the Humaneth's first week, each starting around the beginning of each new season (every 3 months). Many have been fascinated by the way it can really work to have consistent 4-week, 28-day months, always beginning on a Monday, and concluding on a Sunday (Rest-Day). The mandated change is regarding the names of the months, which have been arranged to promote the blessings going forward under God's Kingdom, through the rightful heir to the throne, which God has prepared me for, and for which I had really won the votes for President of the United States, despite claims to the contrary, as a write-in candidate through both in-person and mail-in voting. I was supposed to have been on the actual ballot, listed as a candidate, but some claim of disqualification kept me off, without having any opportunity to defend my right to this. The true God, however, still made a way for many who knew of my website and policies to ultimately choose God's way over man's, which most of you know I whole-heartedly support! It is God's love, wisdom and guidance, which He has gradually prepared me to receive and retain, among other things, that we need to truly solve and together resolve the pressing issues before us, helping our nation and the rest of the world to enjoy the conditions God intended us to dwell in!
The Month Names need to be Unique, not just ordinary words which could easily be confused. Yet some interesting concepts may be employed, such as the month of March being called "Noli", signifying the vital importance of Truth and Honesty. God's word advances the notion that it only takes one lie to cause great harm to others, so why not encourage such respect for the only way a person can truly grow and mature, with honesty, for instance (Psalm 15). Whereas previously, I was mandating a change to the name of the 12th month, from Loyalnes to Trulovloy, it has become clear that there was unholy interference causing this disturbance. Therefore, I recommend that we retain Loyalnes
as the name for the 12th month. While loyalty to the wrong cause can have devastating effects on the human family, nevertheless we can all see the importance of coming together on what true love for God and one another involves, so we do not fail to uphold the right standards in life. The policy will be found below, with the restored name.

BECOME HOLY YOURSELVES!
Let me re-print a previous BHY! from a couple months ago, with some helpful things that may soon supplement the Coronavirus Pandemic Relief Plan/Post:
AMAZING ICE!
One way divine backing for my right to the throne of God's Kingdom continues to be manifesting itself is in being enlightened as to the power of ice to help cleanse liquids and even perhaps foods for our own health and in offering some protection from the Coronavirus! Especially if you can find or purchase some ice that is untainted from chlorine or other contaminants, by using this in your drinks, and giving your cup a steady stir or shake for 20 seconds or more, this has been releasing something like oxygen which can remove even chlorine from water or other beverages, perhaps even destroying germs including viruses, offering a much healthier drink! If you can purchase such ice, you might consider sharing some, as a little may go a long way--for instance, if your neighbor can offer a quart or even better a gallon-Ziploc bag, why not offer to fill it for the loving benefit of such a neighboring family? All this while ice-making companies perhaps evaluate increased demand and preferably consider ramping up production? Those specifically with anti-chlorine home water filtration may even test their water and consider offering ice for a fair price. Let's consider this marvelous and wondrous provision from a loving God and Father that may help in our battle against this otherwise deadly Coronavirus Pandemic.
ANOTHER DISCOVERY!
We have found another GEM that can help eradicate Coronavirus from our bodies--a mix I've called ReSweet (which I've attempted to have patent-pending but am sharing it with you here for your personal use and to assist others as permitted here), and used with Lipton's Decaf Tea! It would probably work with other teas, but to quickly reveal this powerful combination to save as many lives as possible, we are revealing it firsthand just minutes after it's being effectively used! The ReSweet recipe I put together about two days ago, and is a healing mix of plain "cane sugar" (Don't be fooled by just "sugar" that may now have been made from (at least, the wrong) microorganisms--which they were not made for, and is hurting them--this so called sugar is also giving people terrible back pain within days (if not minutes) after it's first taken). ReSweet uses mostly Domino brand cane sugar, with 1/10 Cinnamon extract, 1/20 combo of 50:50 Paprika and Turmeric spices, then 3/10 combo of 50:50 Brown sugar (if available, a natural or organic product, non-GMO) and Onion powder. Use this recipe generally to stir and sweeten well the Decaf Tea prepared, tea bags heated with the water, and heat turned off upon steaming, and simmered for 10 minutes. Ice should be added and stirred as well. This should be used with other efforts to maintain good hydration and use similar spices on foods to assist elimination of Coronavirus from your body.
Likewise, Here is the Weekly Golden Apples from that same week:
_______
WEEKLY GOLDEN APPLES
Psalm 15:1-2 "O Jehovah, who will be a guest in your tent? Who will reside in your holy mountain? 2 He who is walking faultlessly and practicing righteousness And speaking the truth in his heart..."
Proverbs 17:26 "To punish the righteous one is not good, And to flog honorable people goes against what is right."
Proverbs 21:3 "To do what is right and just is more pleasing to Jehovah than a sacrifice."
INAUGURATION OF GOD'S KINGDOM? Well, A deep subject!! The inauguration of the President of the United States came and went--let things (at least eventually) take place as they should, even if it takes a little time for all things to take place in the proper way. Many are coordinating efforts to protect Washington D.C., where I am writing you from at this time. Those familiar with my website and blog may realize "Honesty IS the best policy"--Integrity to what is true and "right, just and fair" is the best way to live, vital to genuine growth, personally as well as together as a family, a neighborhood, community, as a nation or country, and world (Proverbs 2:1-11). Sometimes, when things have not been taking place as they should, our reasonable and loving God and Father, Jehovah, makes possible some way lawfully to correct matters, even nationally or country-wide. He may offer some sort of discipline, or loving correction, to remind us that He is not approving of what is taking place.
As any loving Father, He may mercifully offer some gentle correction at first, by His spirit, hoping that it would be enough to cause genuine repentance of a wrong course, and cause one(s) to turn back and do what is truly right, making whatever corrections are necessary. There was once a time in Israel's history when the Law of God had been essentially ignored by King Ahaz, replaced with the worship of false deities. When his son Hezekiah ascended the throne, however, he took swift action to correct matters, re-establishing the true worship of Jehovah as a nation, and this had God's blessing! However, as he evidently believed that it was not possible for the nation to properly celebrate the Passover in accord with God's law through Moses, he made other arrangements, and more of the people cleansed themselves and were in a better position to approach the true God and commemorate properly, humbling themselves and beseeching Jehovah for His approval. When finally conducted in full/complete harmony with God's law and standards, the people "observed the celebration with great rejoicing", and "giving thanks to Jehovah the God of their forefathers"--God even blessing the postponement of that festival. (2Chron 30). Some may recall that early in Israel's history, they grew impatient with Moses and turned to false worship to move ahead without God's blessing, and suffered loss, this despite calling it a "festival to Jehovah." (Exodus 32) May we individually and collectively come to give careful attention to doing things in agreement with true love, that we may become united by divine precepts or standards, loyal to the God of true, loving loyalty, Jehovah !(1John 4:8,16)!

Proverbs 11:6-10
6 The righteousness of the upright will rescue them, But the treacherous will be caught by their own desires. 7 When a wicked man dies, his hope perishes; And expectations based on his power also perish. 8 The righteous one is rescued from distress, And the wicked one takes his place. 9 By his mouth the apostate brings his neighbor to ruin, But by knowledge the righteous are rescued. 10 The goodness of the righteous makes a city rejoice, And when the wicked perish, there is a joyful cry"
(Pr11:6) The keeping of God's laws and standards rescues us from much that causes harm, and standing for what's right by God brings his spiritual protection. Nurturing wrong desires, however, breeds disloyalty to God and treachery, making it easy for one to be caught in traps laid by evil ones, such desires pulling one away from God's love. Thus, the importance of guarding our heart's desires--what we choose to ponder, or think about, and aim for--needs to be appreciated and found pleasing to our loving God and Father, in harmony with His good will and purpose for mankind. Proverbs 4:23, you may recall, says: "Above all the things that you guard, safeguard your heart, For out of it are the sources of life." The next few verses continue: "24 Put crooked speech away from you, And keep devious talk far away from you. 25 Your eyes should look straight ahead, Yes, fix your gaze straight ahead of you. 26 Smooth out the course of your feet, And all your ways will be sure. 27 Do not incline to the right or the left. Turn your feet away from what is bad." Thus God's word helps us know the right things to desire and place high priority upon, that our happiness and an endless peaceful future may be safeguarded.
"7 When a wicked man dies, his hope perishes; And expectations based on his power also perish."
(Pr11:7) A "wicked man" who does not repent over wrongdoing has no claim to the reward of eternal life bestowed upon faithful ones. Whereas God's son Jesus of ancient times brought together those who would find a heavenly abode as spirit sons of God. In our time, upon Earth, there would likewise be those called to rule, but this time visibly with another son of God, who would "have the legal right", and whose lineage in the royal line of King David would be preserved, preparing mankind for the rule of God's Kingdom, helping many to shun bad or outright wicked conduct, to embrace God's wonderfully loving ways. Also, however, this verse assists us to reject a significant false teaching promoted for many centuries. The wicked have no immortal "soul," which refers to life in human form, just as Adam "became a living soul." It was, instead, for instance, the disciple Stephen's "spirit" that he sought Jesus to safeguard, just as God Jehovah had safeguarded his. (Acts 7:59; 1Cori 15:44,53). The idea of an immortal soul that ascends above is a concept of Greek philosophy--not rooted in God's word. In the Scriptures, souls are mortal and may die, as Jehovah declares for instance in Ezekiel, "The soul who sins is the one who will die". (Ezeki 18:4,20). God's word reveals everlasting life to be a GIFT from God, not a curse, as it would be if one suffered eternal torment. Romans 6:23 says "For the wages sin pays is death, but the GIFT that God gives is everlasting life by Christ Jesus our Lord."
"8 The righteous one is rescued from distress, And the wicked one takes his place."
(Pr11:8) The wicked one, causing distress to the righteous, may well fall into the very trap that he has laid for others. (Pr26:27) Proverbs 28:10 says "The one misleading the upright into an evil course will fall into his own pit, but the blameless will inherit what is good." May we be careful not to be persuaded by evil ones, pursuing a selfish, ungodly course in life. We should guard our associations, including that which we watch and listen to on TV, in movies, and in music. Look for the treasures in all such media, that are agreeable to the path of life--there are still many!
"9 By his mouth the apostate brings his neighbor to ruin, But by knowledge the righteous are rescued."
(Pr11:9) May we be among those rescuing the righteous, by using truthful knowledge aright, and avoid the snares laid by selfish apostate liars. Especially do we want to help to rescue others spiritually, helping them lay hold on genuine peace and happiness with a real hope for a happy future. Encouraging them to give attention to God's living and powerful word can be life-saving! (Hebrews 4:12). But true wisdom includes also what is helpful in a practical way, so rescuing others may include helping them with knowledge that may save them or help them in physical or material ways. Some may wish to benefit, for instance, by learning to make better use of various sauces and spices in cooking, to make healthier foods more delicious and appealing. There may be many areas of knowledge that we could benefit others with, as we learn to apply such knowledge in our own lives, promoting health and life, sacred to God.
"10 The goodness of the righteous makes a city rejoice, And when the wicked perish, there is a joyful cry"
(Pr11:10) Goodness goes beyond the minimum of what's required before God, often by exceptional kindness and gifts of knowledge and charity. Such goodness of righteous ones brings true contentment and joy to a city, and such persons should certainly be appreciated by governors and kings for their upright conduct. (Romans 13:1-7). Of course, awareness of God's intention to remove incorrigibly evil ones, to preserve the very real prospect of true peace and happiness throughout the universe, gives all reason to examine our own conduct. Another meaning to the wicked perishing may be possible scripturally, as God's word throughout encourages such ones to "change" their ways. When such ones do so completely, as did the apostle Paul, who considered himself at one time the "foremost" of sinners, there may indeed likewise be "a joyful cry" among all lovers of God and of the genuine peace He makes possible by integrity, adhering closely to His ways and standards!

COME TO CONSENSUS CORNER
This week, let's include another of the policies that God's Kingdom by Christ could utilize to effectively improve working environments. In line with the IMMIGRATION policy revealed earlier, as well as the TRANSITION of some Government Department staff to Community Outreach Service Business Entities, or COSBE's, may allow for not only former government workers to find suitable and rewarding employment, but also enable many U.S. workers in challenging positions such as factory work to better realize their potential, qualifying to use their talents helping others in this way, while talented, good working immigrants, even alongside some formerly imprisoned, yearning for a chance to prove they can live right by God, also learn to handle some of these jobs as they are able, but with improved working conditions, aiming for satisfying employment.
Week 11: ISSUE BY ISSUE ADDRESSED BY GOD’S KINGDOM: PUSHING RESET: LETTING WORK BECOME MORE ENJOYABLE, REWARDING.
Isaiah 65:16-19: “16 So that anyone who seeks a blessing for himself in the earth Will be blessed by the God of truth...For the former distresses will be forgotten; They will be concealed from my eyes. 17 For look! I am creating new heavens and a new earth; And the former things will not be called to mind, Nor will they come up into the heart. 18 So exult and be joyful forever in what I am creating. For look! I am creating Jerusalem a cause for joy And her people a cause for exultation. 19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem and exult in my people; No more will there be heard in her the sound of weeping or a cry of distress.”
Isaiah 65:22b-23: “22 They will not build for someone else to inhabit, Nor will they plant for others to eat. For the days of my people will be like the days of a tree, And the work of their hands my chosen ones will enjoy to the full. 23 They will not toil for nothing, Nor will they bear children for distress, Because they are the offspring made up of those blessed by Jehovah, And their descendants with them.”
LOOKING FORWARD. While most in the U.S. seem to have been pretty content with their jobs in recent years, there are others who, while grateful to have work, still find it difficult to get through the workday. Many have been in this situation for years, and have gotten by, but have looked forward to a time, under God’s Kingdom, when work would be more refreshing, enjoyable. How might such a change come about?
THE BLESSING OF JEHOVAH. It is understandable that many companies have had to work hard to remain viable in the economy of recent years, and often they have felt forced to tighten the work ethic of their employees, to squeeze out every dime possible in profit, just to get by. Of course, sometimes this is because stock companies are driven to gradually increase profits, rather than just to remain profitable. However, under the rule of God’s Kingdom, good companies to remain will prove more reliant upon God for His blessing on their activities. They will be willing to submit to God’s direction as provided through His son. In recent years, emphasis has more often been placed on the dollar, with some attempt at maintaining a level of security and peace in the workplace. In the process, proper freedoms and happiness of the workers have often been left behind. While the money is a vital part of business, it is “the blessing of Jehovah that makes rich, and He adds no pain with it.” If all look to Jehovah and Christ, there is little reason why most good businesses would not be able to thrive while ensuring the security, peace, and also the happiness of those working for them.
NOTHING BETTER! Because of emphasis on certain scriptures, while neglecting others, some have come to believe God’s new world would be largely work-free, but rather, God made it a gift to man to see good for all his hard work. In fact, Ecclesiastes 2 says “24 There is nothing better for a man than to eat and drink and find enjoyment in his hard work. This too, I have realized, is from the hand of the true God.” Thus, our work should be purposeful, and beneficial toward mankind and in harmony with the will of God. Then, we may rejoice in our contribution to society, to a peaceful, prosperous and happy new world. Of course, there would be time for rest and relaxation. In fact, Ecclesiastes 4 says “6 Better is a handful of rest than two handfuls of hard work and chasing after the wind.” And Micah 4 says “4 They will sit, each one under his vine and under his fig tree, And no one will make them afraid, For the mouth of Jehovah of armies has spoken.” While this prophecy is yet future, still can we not begin to think along the lines of new world living, and start incorporating better habits that will carry us into an eternity of happiness?
WORK SCHEDULES. While there is a variety of work schedules in our economy, for various reasons at each business, there are certain schedules that have become commonplace, and others that have contributed to more peace and enjoyment among workers. What if it was possible to have a common agreeable and reasonable work schedule that gave more time off to workers, while still allowing most a substantial workweek? What if we could “push reset,” and agree on a better schedule for most businesses? One that has found much favor is the four-day, 8-10 hour schedule, especially one that alternates between a Monday and Tuesday start from week to week. Why this? What if you started work on a Tuesday, and worked four days through Friday, looking forward to a normal two-day weekend. Then, the next week, you began Monday, and worked through Thursday, and this time, rather than a two-day weekend, you could enjoy a four-day weekend, Friday through Monday? Would that not allow for some extended freedom and enjoyment on the part of many, determining how best to utilize those four days off, every other weekend? The 10-hour per day schedule is less intrusive to life than a 12-hour schedule, which in practice begins to wear on many people, especially through night work. Some businesses could thrive on the forty-hour workweek, while others may be able to do just as well with a 8- or 9-hour day, and a 32- or 36-hour workweek. However, some factories may need continued work through the rest of the week. What if some workers wanted or needed extra work, and chose to extend their workweek into the Friday and/or Saturday for one week, and into the Saturday for the next? They might need the extra pay, at least for a time. What if other workers could work part-time, just the Friday and/or Saturday one week, and just the Saturday the next? Perhaps the alternating Monday could be downtime used for maintenance personnel on factory equipment, or the part-time workers could also work this day as well. Would not these part-time workers be good candidates to substitute during the regular week when an employee needs or wants off for some reason? The part-time workers could thus substitute during the week on occasion.
OTHER MATTERS. Also, as mentioned, some jobs are more challenging than others to maintain throughout a workday, such as some factory jobs. If we could "push reset," in many cases, could it be possible for the speed of the equipment to be cut back, even just a bit, to take some of the constant pressure or tension off of many workers, while still maintaining reasonable productivity? Understandably, the timing of some machinery may be such that this is not a simple task to achieve. Still,we shouldn't forget that happy workers can be productive workers! Thinking creatively, with God's blessing, there may be other ways to maintain profitability. As well, what if, wherever possible or appropriate, some of the more experienced workers, who’ve perhaps over the years filled several positions in the work at various times, could become sort of “relief workers,” able to fill in for a worker who could use a break for a time, for a drink and a chance to relax, make a phone call, etc. before returning? These relief workers may well know the more trying jobs, and could provide assistance to these more often than others. They might also help each other to learn jobs or skills they may not yet know well enough. And they may start their day by filling in for one of the workers who, on occasion, could meet with a supervisor to discuss progress and improvement on the job, as well as any issues that are impeding productivity or job contentment. Having kind and understanding supervisors, of course, would go a long way to promoting job satisfaction. A relief worker could thus also be available for filling in if someone had a genuine emergency and couldn’t come in, until a replacement shows up for work. Then, certainly, job assignments should be examined on occasion to look for ways to make them less demanding, and more reasonably accommodating to an average worker. And, utilizing workers in the right place may also be useful, as some workers thrive on excitement and busy-ness, while others may tend to be more thoughtful and thorough. Most, still, can rise to the occasion when called upon to do so, but a mismatch of personality could create unnecessary tension in an otherwise contented worker.
TRUE SUCCESS. Thus, most good businesses could do well in such a scenario, as they look to God to bless their efforts and their work to be successful and profitable. You may have noticed Sunday work has not been mentioned. Could not Jehovah’s hand be on the matter, to bless and reward a business that acknowledges His Sabbath requirement, to allow workers time off for spiritual matters? Psalm 127:1 says: “127 Unless Jehovah builds the house, It is in vain that its builders work hard on it. Unless Jehovah guards the city, It is in vain that the guard stays awake.” Therefore, God’s blessing should be sought paramount on one’s business, with the realization that God’s loving and wise ways contribute to true success! Certainly Jehovah can assist with finding the contracts or work necessary to keep a business thriving, or at least afloat through an occasional downtime. In this, TRUE success could be found, in looking to God and wisely supporting the doing of His will toward mankind!
CONCLUSION
LOOK TO JEHOVAH. What blessings could be in store if most all can be respectful of, and agreeable to, God’s direction for the work that will be done to promote security, peace, and happiness among mankind under the rule of His son! When a business owner and fellow employees look to Jehovah for His blessing, in a work that has His smile of approval, while humbly seeking to be guided by God’s wisdom in business and work activities, there is a good chance of it proving successful. If such a business does start to decline, pray about the matter, and look for the answer, trusting that God may well supply it if we act in faith, or deep trust in Him. Proverbs 3:5-6 says this: “5 Trust in Jehovah with all your heart, And do not rely on your own understanding. 6 In all your ways take notice of him, And he will make your paths straight.” Such is the path of a righteous one. Proverbs 4:18 says “18 But the path of the righteous is like the bright morning light That grows brighter and brighter until full daylight.” Revelation also holds promise of a new and better world. After promising an end to such things as death, pain and sorrow, God offers this message: "And the One seated on the throne said: “Look! I am making all things new.” Also he says: “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” (Revelation 21:3-5). May we all look forward to the promised blessings of God’s Kingdom, and the conditions for which human hearts long—the genuine security, peace, happiness, prosperity and freedom that belong to the people of Jehovah!

$7-12-17 Hardship Step Up Plan for Restaurants, Taxi services, and other creative businesses.
Prepared in the name of God Jehovah, by Joshua M. Campbell-Elanemy.
GENERAL PROVISION. Anyone under genuine hardship may receive a loan from a Hardship fund from participating restaurants, bars, taxi services (including those having agreements with these businesses). They need only request this service, perhaps bringing with them a simple signed note, which includes a promise to return at some point the proper amount at some point after it becomes available to them, including IF they wish, a few words about their circumstance, and then, as long as there are funds available, they may receive either of the three options, according to their own determination as to their need. If it is only the $7 option required, for instance, they would promise to return it with an additional $5 (equaling the next level up), in this case they would return a total of $12. They needn’t state when it is to be returned, but should keep a record of this obligation/loan and plan ahead to pay it as previously recommended. The restaurant should also provide a postal address (or business card) that would enable the recipient to mail a check, for instance, if they were visiting from another vicinity.
Whereas the individual is permitted to choose either of the three amounts to borrow, it should be allowed that if it is the smallest amount--the $7 amount, that is chosen, to be used for a small meal, for instance, or, in the case of a larger person, if only the $12 amount at this locale has proven to sufficiently nourish or satisfy the individual, only in such circumstances, having received either the $7 or $12, might such one in good conscience be permitted to receive an additional $5 to carry with them outside the establishment, either as one $5 bill, or as five $1 bills. If so, of course, it would be the total of $12 or a $17 that should be returned with the additional $5 step up--while this additional amount is expected, it might be viewed by the individual as an expression of appreciation for the prior loan, as though gratuity. It should be duly noted, however, that while most anyone may take advantage of this kind provision, one attempting in some way to rob from this provision is risking serious financial penalty and criminal charges. Instead, let this one write a note stating their dire situation, then: With extreme clarity write their first name, as well as either their cell phone number or email address. If they don’t have a cell phone, allow the phone carriers Sprint or Consumer Cellular assist! Sprint has tacitly agreed to supply a single phone and at least one month’s service for the $17 Hardship allowance, or, in the case of C.C., a Grandpad (which at the construction of this policy, is being made available for the initial cost of $25, with a monthly charge going forward) for the same amount of $17. Using money made available at the opening of the Hardship Fund, at least three Sprint phones and one Grandpad should be purchased, and kept secure, being made available upon request with proof of the note precisely as instructed. This would require $68 of the initial fund allowance. If desired, the appropriate amount may be forwarded to either company from the business account, after the arrangement is made by telephone, allowing for the quickest response available at the time.
Following this, the money received during the ensuing month toward such devices should be used solely for the purchase of additional phones and Grandpads at the exact same ratio of 3:1 (Sprint phones to CC Grandpads), on or near the same day of the month as the opening date the Hardship Step Up Fund becomes available to the general public—seeking Jehovah’s blessing on this arrangement. Please ensure the individual is given something clearly showing the phone number associated with this phone. If within the first month, they have received any needed assistance, and wish to return this phone, they may attempt to do so, if it is in a clean condition, but it will be accepted only at the sole discretion of the business owner.
Joshua M. Campbell-Elanemy, Owner of findlifeandsee.com,
which provides spiritual guidance and instruction from God’s word.
Soon I am including more specific recommendations regarding public transportation, including taxi services, as well as an exclusive Hardship plan for short-term hotel/motel/hostel/b&b(?etc.) stays, wherever supported!

Last week’s conclusion included this thought: Tears of sorrow will all but vanish as we address issue after issue needing attention to be in harmony with GOD’s loving ways and wondrous Word! Let’s look at another issue that needs to be addressed in this nation, the United States, in a reasonable and fair way:
IMMIGRATION
JUSTICE? There is a heavy backlog of cases for those wishing to enter our country properly. In fact, last August, the load of cases reached 1 million, not counting an additional 0.3 million “pending” cases. Most must wait months or years for their cases to complete, and many (not all) cases drag on for nearly two years time! At that time, these cases were evidently being handled by less than 500 judges in the court system. With respect to the president, this may have increased since then, and of course these judges work tirelessly to do what they can, and deserve much commendation. How did God feel about such foreigners in His land of Israel? The people of Israel had become foreign residents in the land of Egypt, before God saved them from slavery there. Likewise many early settlers in the land of the United States had been persecuted religiously in their former land, and were able to escape from such to serve God freely in this land. Thus, in this setting, God told Israel they must view them as He views them:
Deuteronomy 10:18-19 “He executes justice for the fatherless child and the widow and loves the foreign resident, giving him food and clothing. You too must love the foreign resident, for you became foreign residents in the land of Egypt.”
When a case arose involving a foreigner, it was to be handled fairly—impartially, the foreigner was not to be misjudged, but treated as fairly as a native of the land. As Moses had instructed Israel:
Deuteronomy 1:16 “At that time I instructed your judges, ‘When you hear a case between your brothers, you are to judge with righteousness between a man and his brother or a foreign resident.”
How might issues involving immigrants or the increasing migrants at our border looking for a safe refuge be resolved adequately? Supposing God’s Kingdom was to begin rule first in this land, before gradually extending to other lands? How might this potentially grievous situation be handled?
FIRST , the case process needs to be streamlined. It is taking far too long to resolve many cases. The qualifications and standards to be met need to be clarified to all, that they may have all necessary information in order and receive judgment more quickly. Would it not be reasonable for any who wish to apply to enter this country legally to be able to be heard in a matter of weeks at most, and have a resolved case within a week or two afterward? Let’s streamline the process early on, so the cases do not unnecessarily drag out.
NEXT , it will take some time to reduce the caseload. We need additional experienced or qualified judges to handle more cases, to speed up this process. While taking some time, even several years, certain cases may still be earmarked for more urgent attention, as with those in special need of refuge. It really shouldn't take this long, but let’s set a maximum goal of 8 years time to resolve all cases, until most every case can be handled in a matter of 1-2 weeks time. Let’s find all those recently retired judges who are now receiving their due social security payments, who are willing to come back for a time, receiving wages along with their SSI payments, to reach a total of 110% of their former wage before retirement. Any who would come back for 4 years may receive this wage for that entire time. Thus there may be some monetary incentive to returning to help with this caseload, but should still be considered a labor of love. Also, let those judges who are in their last 4 years of service consider as well extending their work for an additional 4 years, at 110% of their wages at the time they would otherwise be retiring. Thus, there can be, with God’s blessing, an adequate number of experienced judges to handle the additional caseload.
THEN , where are they to work, when the normal legal process must take place in the courts during the day? Why not arrange for a night court to handle these additional cases, in the same courtrooms as being used in the daytime? Additional security can be hired and provisions put in place to reasonably handle this new arrangement. The number of additional judges should not exceed the available courtroom space for night-time work.
HOW will all this be paid for? Remember, most of those wishing to immigrate to this land are coming from a place of meager means—often they are barely able to feed their families. Getting even a menial job in this land can be far more lucrative than employment in their former land. Why not require family heads to pay a percentage of their wages over 5 years time, gradually reducing the amount each year, until they are free of such? Let’s start with 10% the first year, then drop to 8% the next, and so on until the fifth year they need only give 2%. This will not only pay for the additional judges and costs of running the night court system, but may also make possible a fund for some sort of social intervention where needed in some cases. This 5-year time is evidently also the minimum time someone must hold a green card before they may qualify to become a U.S. citizen. Thus when they’ve paid their last dues, they know they now meet at least that part of the criteria.
ALSO , during the time that a family’s case comes up to be heard, and is ongoing, why not take this opportunity to educate this family as regards the laws and value system of our country? We might ensure computer/internet access and a series of instructional tutorials etc. to accomplish this. After all, God required foreign residents of Israel to keep the same laws, and suffer the same penalties for violating them. Thus, they will need to learn these things to live in our land, and abide by such. Thus, God instructed Israel:
Deuteronomy 31:12 Gather the people together, the men, the women, the children, and your foreign resident who is within your cities, in order that they may listen and learn about and fear Jehovah your God and take care to carry out all the words of this Law.
CONCLUSION
JUSTICE. While other aspects of immigration also need to be addressed, certainly a program such as this could be a fine starting point for dealing with the current situation. Why, there may even be enough money in the immigration fund to assist with payment of a hotel stay for those having their cases heard in the court. And no doubt some of them are eager to get to work--we might even have some perform duties during their stay, to acknowledge their work ethic, and disprove any ideas that immigrants are somehow lazy. This may result in a new hotel chain, for highly clean and inexpensive nightly or even weekly stays for those in need of such accommodations. God’s Kingdom will no doubt lovingly address all such issues in an adequate way, that the conditions foretold for the earth can become a reality—a lovely just and peaceful Paradise, both spiritually, and physically!
ANOTHER VITAL ASPECT OF THIS ISSUE:
One sensitive issue over the years has been what to do with some who managed, often out of desperation, to enter this land in a way though, that was not as the law provided for. After many years, it has in most cases become clear to such ones that the way they entered was not the manner which would ultimately satisfy them in the way that will truly lead to their greatest happiness. As we have shared on this website from God's word several times previously, it is being truly honest with ourselves and others that makes genuine spiritual progress possible. This includes coming to terms with our past decisions, actions, and conduct, and correcting matters completely, with God's loving correction and help, to be fully restored and able to truly have His blessing going forward. While beginning to see this, many of these now wish or have seen the need or that it may be best to return and set matters right with the SITUATION they left formerly to the extent possible, and, perhaps finding improved economic conditions in their former land, afterward proceed to get in line, at a fair place, perhaps with other loved ones left behind previously, to either return to this land in the proper way, with God's blessing, or see the blessings of God's Kingdom as they come to what is perhaps their homeland! Either way, with prayer and reliance upon Jehovah, they could be assured of His blessing in their return and in their decisions regarding children and others, so as to remain loyal to family members, preserving God's precious institution of the family unit. It may well be that many tears of joy may be shed with the return of family members to one another, in spite of perhaps many years of separation from one another. May God's love truly return to all seeing things His way, and complying with God's guidance in this matter, hopefully properly reflected in any new immigration law provisions made in the proper way in our beloved land.
