SAT (UPDATE 08:48,55; 09:04,17,43; 10:25; 16:21--PR12:25 update) Hello, adding to this group the last of (3) Proverbs 12, verses 26-28! Added also to (5) MLawH, Deuteronomy 04E! Also, (4) PS119 conclusion of stanzas 5-8, with 8B Commentary!

FRI (UPDATE 08:24,40,46) Hello, adding to several segments this day, hoping you find useful words bringing lasting hope and joy! One of these is (3) PRoverbs 12.

THU (UPDATE 10:04,08) Hello, hoping for pleasant things today! Added to (6) Eternal Express.

WED (UPDATE 09:11,21,28,31; 10:23,25,38; 11:07) Hello, wishing you well! If you've examined the God's View of Celebrations article, you may be interested in a way to celebrate that does not involve any sort of worship that displeases Jehovah. A completely true celebration or holiday could be called "Jehovah's Family Day" and focuses on appreciation for our dear loved family members, and the One who originated the marriage covenant and the family arrangement, Jehovah God. (Ephesians 3:15) Gifts for the family and a day or two with special time with our loved ones, with fine meal(s), perhaps even visiting relatives and such, in one way or another, can bring such good times and memories, carrying on those traditions, but in a God-approved way! This year, the day falls on this Saturday, lingering into Sunday. This year, perhaps just Friday through Sunday could be acknowledged, for last minute shopping and preparation for a special meal and time for gifts. It is hoped that many may at least consider this for starters, in spite of the attention being given to the way that includes false worship, offending God. The holiday can be made so delightful without needlessly violating God's reliable and trustworthy word! Regardless, please endeavor to live by your conscience, Bible-trained to whatever extent, even from the training others have received and passed on to us the divine wisdom gained. May your way of worship this year truly be blessed by Jehovah, and bring you fine times and memories to continue our traditions in a way that pleases our loving Father.

I've added 5 verses, 19-23, to PRoverbs 12 Commentary, and (5) MLawH now has Deuteronomy 04B addition.

On another note, recall from the article that much great music around the holidays just promotes the good thoughts and feelings around the winter season without necessarily being attached to false customs. Find the ones that you see would be acceptable to God, and enjoy these.

TUE/TWO (UPDATE 09:35) Added to (4) 5PS13/PS119 the stanza 8A Commentary!

MON (UPDATE) 09:55; 10:00) Hello! May your day be a fine one! Looking to add a few fine things among the posts here. Two remarking paragraphs are being added to Eternal Express, based on Colossians 3.

SUN (UPDATE 09:04,10,16,21,31,46; 12:46,56) Hello, wishing you a pleasant day! I'm adding a WGA (2) on the subject of abortion, and an addition to Proverbs 12.

SAT (UPDATE 08:33,09:21) Hello this day! I've added Stanza 7B to the (4) PS119 Commentary. I've also included Psalm 15 under Psalm Select, this psalm being mentioned in one of the 7B commentaries.

FRI (UPDATE 08:40) Hello, wishing you well this day! You may find the stanza 7 first half commentaries, in (4) 5PS13, PS119.

THU (UPDATE 08:40, 09:30) Hello again, I've written a piece for WGA, perhaps more a Golden Apples than usual. It's responsible for also adding a (8) CTC policy (3) from last year on Proper View of Law.

WED (UPDATE 08:28,09:25) Hello, hoping you're well, I've added to PRoverbs 12 two more verse commentaries. Also, this biweek's Page (5-7) on Mosaic Law Highlights and Eternal Express is up, and (8) CTC two articles from last biweek.

TUE (UPDATE 09:55, 11:50) Hoping your day is going fine! Adding to PS (23, the rest) and PRoverbs 12.

MON (UPDATE 11:15,30; 13:00,21) Hello! I've begun this day with the first half of the 23rd psalm, one of the most familiar of psalms, as we still contemplate getting familiar with God's precious word. Also, PRoverbs 12 has also been added, starting with verse 11.

In the News...

PRISON & PUNISHMENT. When is it not "in the news?" We're talking about people going to jail, or prison. How sad when people, once children, now usually adult, succumb to wrong desire or in some other way violate significant laws and face the prospect of an unpleasant future, to some extent "behind bars." How do we view such ones? Some would have us view them all as a "lost cause," as if they could never be trusted to love again and seek no harm to another. What a sad view, motivated by fear of harm. But we needn't view them this way, as Jehovah God has the power to transform! Actually, what about that word, PRISON? When that term started to be used, I'm fairly certain it was not intended to be pronounced PRIZ'UN. Rather, how does a parent feel about their beloved child doing something wrong and having to go to this place...for punishment and help? THere is another term, I believe at the time the word prison came into being, that could rhyme with the new word and offer a different perspective--that rhyming word is bison. What's the significance of saying the word prison as PRI'SON, or short for PRIZED SON? Is this not the way we should be viewing such ones, and how they should view themselves perhaps, hopefully not as a lost cause but as a real loved human being that lost hisr way perhaps for a short time and needs at least some help to get back on track and return to a healthy, happy life that s/he may well have been living, or hoped to live, at one time prior. And that word punishment--what really is a PUN? Could it be that this word also got unfavorably rebooted and ended up booting others into jail cells without the real help that the word was originially inspired to offer?

WHAT COULD HELP? What could help to rehabilitate such ones, enabling them to fully repent, return to society with increased education and right desire to keep the law, even to help others to do so? And what could help us to trust that God can oversee such things and such ones, so as not to worry over a return to the bad conduct that troubled them in the first place? Most likely, they've come to detest the conduct that took them away from freedom, and resulted in a less than desirable life for possibly a long period of time. But what if that life needn't be so debilitating, but rather, educational, even rewarding, to improve their lives, giving them a renewed spirit of hope and uprightness, seeking the good of others, perhaps as they felt in their younger days, before things turned sour? And does it really need to be for so long a time, if genuine goodness within can be restored to such ones? This should be or become the subject of a CTC CORNER policy--I have one on the lines of LAW from last year I may reprint soon.

___WGA (2) Considering Adoption over Abortion

Psalm 139:16 "Your eyes even saw me as an embryo; All its parts were written in your book Regarding the days when they were formed, Before any of them existed."

Psalm 127:1a,3 "Unless Jehovah builds the house, It is in vain that its builders work hard on it...Look! Sons are an inheritance from Jehovah; The fruit of the womb is a reward."

ABORTION? With the topic of Abortion in the news recently, how fine to reflect upon some of the reasons this became an issue in the first place. Some have been looking for an alternative to prevention, not wishing for the child at this time in their life. The effects of some pharmaceutical drugs, chemicals from cigarettes and even some food products, etc. have had undesirable effects on fertility. This, along with other behaviors may have interfered with God's assistance on conception. God desires to bless couples, and assist their timing of a child and it's gender, but He also has permitted their free will to influence such things. Also, many good women have not had access to the health care and nutritious foods that others have had, and thus have been concerned about the health and normalcy of the resulting child, and at times, the health of the mother through the pregnancy. If conception has occurred, however, in God's eyes this child is a life, which should be considered sacred, just as King David reflected upon his own conception, when no one had any idea who or what he would become! (Psalm 139:13-16). A woman who has been considering abortion should have access to views of the unborn and be reassured of her respect for life as she chooses to protect it.

MIRACLE OF BIRTH. The miracle of birth should underscore God's right to guide our lives, and a child should be considered just as much God's as our own, to be raised with respect to God's law and with His love. If, however, a woman has conceived, and is not wishing to be responsible for raising the child upon it's birth, can she not still be encouraged to give up the child for adoption, and have genuine assistance for her pregnancy, including exceptional nourishment, so as to have the best opportunity to remain healthy herself, and deliver a healthy child in a healthy way? She may still be able to be aware, from time to time, on the child's progress, as most children will prove grateful for their life and wish at some point, to get to know the biological parents who protected him or her during pregnancy. Below is a list of proven delicious and nourishing foods, meals, or snacks that can assist a healthy pregnancy and could be possibly considered by various food banks as worthy foods to provide for an expecting mother. Such a pregnancy and birth should be so enlightening and rewarding to a young woman.

Spir-Vanilla Malted Milkshake, Milk & Natural vanilla ice cream, and including nonfat dry milk powder and 1/2-1 tsp of Spirulina powder.

Sweet works Oatmeal, Oatmeal fixed as on package of Quaker oats, with unsalted butter, raw honey, brown sugar, half and half, walnuts and/or pecans, almonds, raisins or craisins, and perhaps maple syrup.

Fruit smoothies, with 1 Tsp-1 TB Flax oil

Kefir

Sliced Apples and Bananas and/or banana bread

Celery sticks with Almond butter

Salads with walnuts and pumpkin or sunflower seeds, with craisins and good dressing, such as Ranch or Catalina. Add whole grain breads, muffins, etc. with unsalted butter and wholesome jams.

Healthy eggs prepared as desired, with shells washed/treated as if for Salmonella.

Healthy meats and other foods may also contribute much to a healthy pregnancy. This is just a supportive list--consult your doctor for your specific needs nutritionally through the terms of your pregnancy.

_______(2) Psalm Select

The 23rd Psalm

No faithful consideration of God's word would be complete without giving attention to this, the 23rd psalm. Like several other psalms and passages of scripture, much is said in a short amount of space. All should wish to be considered as sheep under the loving, protective care of the Great Shepherd, Jehovah God, and the Fine Shepherd, Jesus Christ. Notice the ways God has an influence in the life of one truly revering Him (considering Him worthy of great honor):

We just considered Psalm 34, and verses 9-10 reassure us of the expression found in the first verse, that "I will lack nothing." Those verses say this: "Revere Jehovah, all you his holy ones,  For those who revere him lack nothing. 10 Even strong young lions have been reduced to hunger,  But those seeking Jehovah will lack nothing good." Clearly, Jehovah also cares to provide both nourishing food and pure waters of truth for our good health. Complete refreshment He seeks to provide, teaching us upright conduct, such as others have, that brings us peace and joy, and glorifies Him. Proverbs 2:20-22 also relates to this passage. These verses say this: "So follow the way of good people And stay on the paths of the upright, 21 For only the righteous will reside in the earth, And the blameless will remain in it. 22 As for the corrupt, they will be cut off from the earth, And the treacherous will be torn away from it." Thus take note of the first 3 verses out of the 6. Many persons have committed all 6 verses to memory--why not start with these 3?

Jehovah is my Shepherd. I will lack nothing.

2 In grassy pastures he makes me lie down; He leads me to tranquil waters.

3 He refreshes me. He leads me in the tracks of uprightness for the sake of his name.

4 Though I walk in the valley of deep shadow,
I fear no harm, For you are with me; Your rod and your staff reassure me.

5 You prepare a table for me before my enemies.
You refresh my head with oil; My cup is well-filled.

6 Surely goodness and loyal love will pursue me all the days of my life,
And I will dwell in the house of Jehovah for all my days.

Thus we may all at times be in a dark place in our lives,  at least surrounding us, but we needn't lose hope or give in to fear, as we can look to and rely upon Jehovah to be there for us, and assist us in various ways to cope with our situation and eventually come through it. As we're staring at the Kingdom of God, how much more we should rely upon Him and help others to do so, to experience the blessings promised since long-lasting times. God will provide for us, even while some may be opposing His kingdom by some measure, and us personally--we will nevertheless be refreshed and encouraged to continue, as we seek for all, even them, to turn around and find rich blessings from God. His will for us He reveals, and as we pursue it, we can find His goodness and love pursuing us in return, throughout our lives. May we rejoice in Jehovah day after day, into an everlasting future!

_______(2) PSALM SELECT (15)

This psalm can speak for itself. Mentioned in one of the PS119 Stanza 7B Commentaries, I've included it here.

Psalm 15

O Jehovah, who may be a guest in your tent?
Who may reside in your holy mountain?

2 The one who is walking faultlessly,
Practicing what is right
And speaking the truth in his heart.

3 He doesn't slanver with his tongue,
He does nothing bad to his neighbor,
And he doesn't shame his friends.

4 He rejects anyone who is despicable,
But he honors those revering Jehovah.
He doesn't go back on his godly promise,
even when it is bad for him.

5 He doesn't lend his money on interest,
And he doesn't accept a bribe against the innocent.
Whoever does these things will never be shaken.

_______(3) Proverbs 12

"11 The one who cultivates his land will be satisfied with food, But the one pursuing unworthy things is lacking good sense.12 The corrupt man envies what other evil men have caught, But the root of the upright bears fruit. 13 The practicer of evil is ensnared by his own sinful speech, But the upright one escapes from distress. 14 From the fruitage of his speech a man is satisfied with good, And the work of his hands will reward him. 15 The way of the fool is right in his own eyes, But the wise one accepts advice. 16 A fool immediately shows his annoyance, But the prudent man overlooks an insult. 17 The one who testifies faithfully will tell the truth, But a false witness speaks deceit. 18 Thoughtless speech is like the stabs of a sword, But the tongue of the wise is a healing."

"11 The one who cultivates his land will be satisfied with food, But the one pursuing unworthy things is lacking good sense."

Prove 12:11 A person or adult tending toward foolish behavior may not have his priorities in order, and might sometime give almost exclusive attention to things, even knowledge, that contributes little to spirituality, and a godly, successful life. One acting with godly wisdom, however, while properly enjoying the life God has given us, and enjoying times of relaxation, will also learn and do things that will enable him to provide for himself and his family, or family-to-be, both in matters of the spirit as well as materially. Ecclesiastes 7:12 says, for instance: "For wisdom is a protection just as money is a protection, but the advantage of knowledge is this: Wisdom preserves the life of its owner."

"12 The corrupt man envies what other evil men have caught, But the root of the upright bears fruit."

Prove 12:12 Envy and Jealousy have caused great distress to humanity. It is the Tenth commandment that says: “You must not desire your fellow man’s house. You must not desire your fellow man’s wife nor his slave man nor his slave girl nor his bull nor his donkey nor anything that belongs to your fellow man.” (Exod 20:17). Notice this commandment involves the very desires of our heart, not the act of stealing which is outlawed in the eighth commandment. God can read our thoughts and heart, so may we learn to please Him, being happy at the good things others acquire, and trust God for His help to find the things we really want or need, in line with His will.

13 The practicer of evil is ensnared by his own sinful speech, But the upright one escapes from distress.

Prove 12:13 The practicer of evil has allowed his heart to be corrupted, or perverted. Thus his speech is also corrupt, or sinful, as he places priority on badness, disregarding God's right and happifying standards. Such a person is not truly happy, regardless of how he or she may appear on the outside. And the speech of such as person gets him in trouble in various ways, as ridicule, reviling, and negative talk are likely commonplace. The upright one, on the other hand, often "escapes distress" by speech that is wholesome, upbuilding, and humbly corrective of mistakes. The wrongdoer should "repent, therefore, and turn around, so as to get [his] sins blotted out, that seasons of refreshing may come from Jehovah Himself." (Acts 3:19)

"14 From the fruitage of his speech a man is satisfied with good, And the work of his hands will reward him."

Prove 12:14 Continuing with the speech of an upright one, his speech rewards him with good things, for instance commendation approved by God for his efforts to build up others, and 'rescue them with knowledge.' (Prove 11:9). Also "the work of his hands" rewards him, perhaps also with commendation. It is such efforts for which young ones should be commended, however not for simply having knowledge of something--rather, for using that knowledge skillfully to assist others in some kind or beneficial way. One study showed that young ones commended for their knowledge logically were not motivated to work for others, but became lazy and potentially prideful. Those commended for their efforts instead showed more diligence in their activity. May we be generous with kind commendation to encourage our youth in the practice of good toward others.

"15 The way of the fool is right in his own eyes, But the wise one accepts advice."

Prove 12:15 The foolish one tends to be prideful, arrogant, and believing in his own ideas perhaps more than even God's. He is often moved by such arrogance to act without foresighted prudence, not seeing ahead at the troubles caused by making mistakes. Not humbly willing to acknowledge his own error, he may continue on a path leading to trouble, or turmoil. To help, we should all seek wisdom rather than foolishness, be or become truly honest, and admit we could make mistakes, but learning from them. It is far better, however, to avoid mistakes and their consequences. Still, Psalm 130:3 says about Jehovah: "If errors were what you watch, O Jah, Then who, O Jehovah, could stand?" The wise one is humble, eager to listen to others, and willing to accept advice. This helps him to 'ponder each step,' being more careful what he believes and how he proceeds to act in life. (Prove 14:15).

"16 A fool immediately shows his annoyance, But the prudent man overlooks an insult."

Prove 12:16 Further underscoring the lack of prudence in a foolish one, he quickly reveals his annoyance, lacking self-control, not really listening and considering other opinions, and without giving thought to how it may impact others, being insensitive to their feelings. The foresighted prudent one, however, "overlooks an insult," with empathetic insight to readily forgive others for occasional slights. God sets the example as one who is "good and ready to forgive." (Psalm 86:5). Such mercy allows a conversation to carry on toward its intended purpose, rather than needlessly being interrupted. How fine when a conversation permits a considerate exchange of ideas, when ones are able to restate in their own words an idea that was just heard from another, and be free to state an honest response to it, continuing where appropriate.

"17 The one who testifies faithfully will tell the truth, But a false witness speaks deceit. 18 Thoughtless speech is like the stabs of a sword, But the tongue of the wise is a healing"

Prove 12:17-18 One "testifying faithfully" may be under pressure to compromise, to accept a bribe, but refuses to do so. A false witness, however, has not integrity, and gives in to such pressure, whether for money, out of fear, or for some other seeming benefit. We should trust Jehovah God as our refuge and shelter, to speak the truth in matters of law, with integrity to Him, upholding true justice, just as we wish we would have others do if we were being falsely accused. Jehovah sets the example for us to imitate, as "a God of faithfulness who is never unjust; Righteous and upright is he." Regarding those not imitating Him, the scripture continues "they are the ones who have acted corruptly. They are not his children, the defect is their own. They are a crooked and twisted generation!" (Deute 32:4,5). May such ones 'turn to doing good,' and receive an exaltation by God for their repentant and renewed spirit.

___
"19 Truthful lips will endure forever, But a lying tongue will last for only a moment. 20 Deceit is in the heart of those who plot mischief, But those who promote peace have joy. 21 No harm will befall the upright one, But the corrupt will have their fill of calamity. 22 Lying lips are detestable to Jehovah, But those acting faithfully bring pleasure to him. 23 A prudent man conceals what he knows, But the heart of the fool blurts out his foolishness."

Prove 12:19 God just doesn't lie, and doesn't want us to either. Of course, in harmony with God's word, there is "a time to be silent and a time to speak," meaning we don't have to tell everybody everything. (Eccle 3:7). Not everyone has a right to hear the truth, or all the facts, especially if they will do harm with the knowledge. We may thus keep silent or change the subject in such a situation, as Jesus did so to carry out the will of God when with Pilate (John 19:9-11). Still, Jehovah hates a lie, Proverbs 6:16-19 detailing 7 things Jehovah hates, among them a "lying tongue" and a "false witness who lies with every breath." Even a lifetime of such lying, 70-100 years or so, is "only a moment" when compared to the millions upon millions of years Jehovah wants humanity to enjoy in truthful living forever. So let us put our trust in God that we may be honest and open with those deserving of the truth, including God himself in our honest prayers.

"20 Deceit is in the heart of those who plot mischief, But those who promote peace have joy."

Prove 12:20 Those 'plotting mischief' are not promoting true peace, based on sincerity, seeking the welfare of others rather than their harm. Such mischievous ones carry deceit in their hearts, meaning they likely haven't pondered the benefits of living by God's right standards, so as to affect their real conduct. They may know what's right, but they are not moved to practice it, allowing selfish desires to lead them astray. Those promoting peace, however, have joy. They are learning the way of true happiness by learning to live peacefully and in accord with God's uprightness. As James 3:18 explains, "The fruit of uprightness is sown in peaceful conditions for those who are making peace."

"21 No harm will befall the upright one, But the corrupt will have their fill of calamity."

Prove 12:21 No lasting harm will come to the upright, even if some good people do suffer problems in this current system of things. Upright ones are not guaranteed a problem-free life in this system under or in the midst of evil influence. Psalm 34:19 says "Many are the hardships of the upright one, but Jehovah rescues him from them all." Corrupt or evil ones, however, typically have many more problems, lacking God's blessing and the benefits of living by right standards. There are great spiritual and physical benefits from living the way of the truth--God's way. This is why God warns us against wrongdoing in the first place, because He loves us, wants to be happy and avoid the troubles, grief, pain and stain of sin. Thus, those ignoring God's standards "will have their fill of calamity," which could end up in death without heartfelt repentance and turning around (Acts 3:19).

"22 Lying lips are detestable to Jehovah, But those acting faithfully bring pleasure to him."

Prove 12:22 In contrast to lying, persons acting faithfully are true, honest, sincere. They are faithful to God by adhering to His ways, and faithful to others by helping them do the same, to remain on the path of eternal life. Such ones are consistent in obeying God, just as the moon is called a "faithful witness in the skies," consistently maintaining it's place and function in God's purpose (Psalm 89:37).

"23 A prudent man conceals what he knows, But the heart of the fool blurts out his foolishness."

Prove 12:23 It is not always wise to reveal everything one knows to others--there may be undesirable consequences. Again, some may do harm with the knowledge we have, so depending on who we're speaking with, there is "a time to be silent and a time to speak." (Eccle 3:7). We do want to help right-hearted ones, however, to embrace the truth of God, and perhaps move others to mend their ways, finding true happiness. A "fool" however, who disregards a father's discipline, is "right in his own eyes," and loaded with foolishness, which he is eager to 'blurt out," without self-control.

___
24 The hand of the diligent ones will rule, But idle hands will be put to forced labor. 25 Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs it down, But a good word cheers it up. 26 The upright one searches out his pastures, But the course of the corrupt leads them astray. 27 The lazy do not chase after the prey, But diligence is a man’s precious treasure. 28 The path of uprightness leads to life; Along its pathway there is no death.

Prove 12:24 Perhaps many stand somewhere between two ends of the spectrum, between skillful and idle hands. Would you like to become wisely skillful in your work? Proverbs 22:29 says “29 Have you seen a man skillful at his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before common men.” One of the first of the proverbs, in chapter 10, verse 4, says “ 4 Idle hands will cause poverty, But diligent hands bring riches.” You may recall that laziness is often brought on by being praised excessively for simply having knowledge of things, contributing to pride, rather than for the work or effort to use that knowledge wisely and diligently to benefit others or perhaps yourself. The Scriptural encouragement is found at Proverbs 6:6-11, beginning with the words: “6 Go to the ant, you lazy one; Observe its ways and become wise.” The ants work individually without even needing a “commander.” They are what are often called “self-starters.” Our motivation to work should largely come from God, as we seek to represent Him well before others. If we worship and represent the God who “created all things”, can we not become capable as a diligent worker? Colossians 3:23 instructs: “23 Whatever you are doing, work at it whole-souled as for Jehovah, and not for men.” When learning a new skill, simply take it one step at a time, trying to see the purpose behind each step in the procedure. You, too, can become skillful and a diligent worker, to God’s honor!

"25 Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs it down, But a good word cheers it up."

Prove 12:25 We should recognize the role anxiety can play in how one feels, contributing to depression, or feelings of worthlessness. Clearly, we want to avoid such feelings whenever possible, not touching them with a 10-foot pole, so to speak. God’s enemies have threatened to cause people to lose their hope of eternal life, but we should be determined never to let that happen. Hope is like “an anchor for the soul [or, “life”]” and is considered the “helmet of salvation,” protecting the mind, or our mental faculties. Perhaps Philippians gives us the finest counsel, revealing the powerful effect prayer can have on a person. We read, in Philippians 4:6-7 “6 Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.” The God of hope, Jehovah, is eager to come to our aid if we look to Him for guidance and direction in life! (PSalm 25:5). A “good word” cheers up a man’s heart. God’s word is full of fine counsel and encouragement that helps us maintain a positive, joyful outlook. Proverbs 15:15 says this: “15 All the days of the afflicted one are bad, But the one with a cheerful heart has a continual feast.” This powerfully shows the pointlessness of having a negative attitude on things, seeing only the bad, as if it’s unavoidable. A cheerful heart is one with a positive, hopeful outlook, and is said to have a “continual feast”—appreciating many fine gifts that each day may bring. May we, to the extent possible, choose a positive outlook, hoping in our great God, Jehovah, all day long.

"26 The upright one searches out his pastures, But the course of the wicked leads them astray."

Prove 12:26 Pastures are a feeding ground for sheep, for instance. So we might conclude that an upright one searches for good instruction to feed others, especially those under his watch care. Thus another translation says “The godly give good advice to their friends; the wicked lead them astray.” Especially should family heads be on the lookout for what will encourage family members in their various challenges or steps of progress spiritually or otherwise. A weekly time for family discussion, besides daily interaction such as a family meal, works well for many to address any issues that have come up during the week or that may arise in the near future, or that may prove to be of assistance in a group setting. Reserve more private counsel where appropriate. However best for your family, let family heads aim that none of those in their care are neglected physically or spiritually. Learn to rely upon Jehovah to provide for all such ones. Psalm 37:5 says "Commit your way to Jehovah; Rely on him, and he will act in your behalf."

"27 The lazy do not chase after the prey, But diligence is a man’s precious treasure."

Prove 12:27 Again, diligence leads to success, the rewards of skillful work. This can make the difference in being able to provide for our family, one of the responsibilities or duties of a family head, usually the husband and father. 1Timothy 5:8 shows the seriousness of the matter, in saying: “8 Certainly if anyone does not provide for those who are his own, and especially for those who are members of his household, he has disowned the faith and is worse than a person without faith.” Now situations vary, including the economic environment where a family may reside. God is ultimately the one to judge such matters, but certainly knows how to help those rightly looking to Him to provide as needed. While enjoying occasional rest and refreshment, may we be moved to avoid laziness and care well for our loved ones, friends, and neighbors. This may be both spiritually and physically.

"28 The path of uprightness leads to life; Along its pathway there is no death.”

Prove 12:28 This must refer to spiritual or lasting death, as even faithful early Christians are spoken of as being "asleep in death." (1COri 15:6). No lasting death will befall one on the path of uprightness. You may recall that uprightness (originally, righteousness) is the framework for a happy and successful life, as possible now, even more so everlastingly in God’s new world. True uprightness is built on faithful trust in God and Jesus, and the ransom sacrifice for forgiveness of sins, with a determination to happily live in harmony with God’s standards. This is with recognition that God knows what’s best for us, what way of living will bring us the greatest happiness and satisfaction. He knows how humans can get along with one another in genuine peace and harmony. He alone can give us the best life possible into an eternity, including a loyal marriage partner to share life with. May we delight in God’s wonderful purpose for mankind, as we lovingly serve “the happy God !” (1TImo 1:11).

(26:03.02 (Sha) or y26.302 or d.302 or :3.02, o4/9/26 6:53,56 am EDT) Hello, wishing all well! A new blogpost, 3A! Added (3) Proverbs A, chapter 4 verses 1-8, PR-A(04.1). On post 3B, added (4A) Psalm 119 Preview of Stanzas 15-19, and on post 3C, added (7) Proverbs B, chapter 17 verses 15-20, PR-B(17.5). On the 8-Day this is March or Shuay the 2nd, which is the actual beginning of Spring, again by the 8-Day Calendar! So the winter does end a little sooner than perhaps in times past as God has willed it, despite a trick that was causing it to appear to be sooner than it should have been. We are now currently about 1 1/4 months difference between the 7-Day and 8-Day Calendars, but it may be best to continue with the 7-Day this year in the U.S., until we can build enough consensus to switch with much of the world to the current or true 400-day calendar; we would be off about 2 months by year's end. LAST MONTH 2026 02/12 SPECIAL ADDITIONS AND NOTES NOTE : God's name in some places uses the ( ) for the last letter z. I had found out that a long time ago God actually gave permission to use His name without the plural 'z' ending. Still, He is 'the First and the Last', 'the Alpha and the Omega', 'the A and the Z'. In the case of 'Jehovah(z)', it evidently is still the case, although there is something else to add to this, in the article on the Names of God and His Son; look for this coming up.

LAST MONTH 2026 01/12 SPECIAL ADDITIONS AND NOTES (7) Proverbs B, chapter 16 verses 29-33 (conclusion of chapter 16), PR-B(16.7) . Planning tomorrow new posts to include Proverbs A as well or at least Stanza 11 of Psalm 119. A side note: You may notice that the 8-day calendar is the end of the month, Lunarday, abbreviated Lnr. To be clear, Lunarday would normally be a New Moon, not a Full Moon. At one time, GOD had the moon phases lining up with the 8-day calendar, so that the 33/34 day month was the moon's cycle, and the moon phases were always on the weekends--new moon, quarter/first-half moon, full moon, etc. At some point He dropped that when we weren't yet acknowledging the new calendar. But this is something He can or will do when we do begin to recognize it more officially, as other countries have around the world. We are still in the midst of Winter in the U.S., even though Baseball Spring training camp began some time ago, and some were beginning to wonder if it was going to become a Winter sport. Proverbs B posted. Update to Notes above. Update to Proverbs 16, verse 33. Further. NOTE : God's name in some places uses the ( ) for the last letter z.

Thus 2026 2C/12 will start the title. Updated the List of Foundational Articles under (PA) Persistent Articles, returned to 6th place the article Realities of God's Government and Beneficial Standards--some may recall that this was really my 5th article, but in the podcast Win-it Minute Season 2 (WM2 R04.199.200 Introduction Season 2, on Spotify) I did insert the Policy article on More Enjoyable Work as an example policy, so that is the order I chose to post them on this blogpost. With Realities now article 6 (originally 5), that made the Kingdom and the U.S. article number 7 (which was considerably more recent) and now I've added the one even more recent as number 8, Seeking God's Peaceable Kingdom--Paradise . We musn't forget where we were not long ago, and not let go of where we need to be, going! I also left up (7) Proverbs B, chapter 16 verses 29-33, PR-B(16.7) , with updates.

Working to add (7) Proverbs B, chapter 16 verses 29-33 (conclusion of chapter 16), PR-B(16.7) . Further. (26:01.31 or y26.131 or d.131 or :1.31, o3/3/26 Tue 6:20 am EST) Hello, wishing all well! Added (4A) Psalm 119 Stanza 10A-10B. NOTE : God's name in some places uses the ( ) for the last letter z. Also, Adding to Calendar Table below, and later the (4A) Psalm 119 Review Stanzas 5-8. Mistake was on Calendar table, you may have noticed in didn't yet add much more to what was done on Sunday, it was that the extra day Himzday was shown on month 2 rather than 3, because normally that day does fall around the end of March/beginning of April, but this year, because the calendars are already 31 days off, that day ends up being in early May instead, end of month 3 new calendar. It will all be corrected soon on this Calendar Table, and I apologize for any inconvenience. Let God help with any corrections that may be needed if some advanced, again they would be between that day April 08 and the day it should be, early May. Further explanation may be found below, with the updated explanation on 26:01.08. Added (4A) Psalm 119 Review of Stanzas 5-8. (26:01.09 Riz or y.109 or :1.9, o2/9/26 Mon 7:54 am EST) Hello, wishing all well! Added (3) Proverbs A, chapter 1 verses 20-23, PR-A(01.4) . (26:01.08 Fwn or y.108 or :1.08, o 2/8/26 Sun 6:27,34; 7:53,56; 8:12; 10:13 am; 2:37 pm EST) Hello, wishing all well! Working on some things, I may adjust the plan not to normally post on Sundays, or at least Righzdays, the start of the 8-day workweek the second week (after a 2-day weekend) which leads to/makes possible the following 4-day or so weekend, still with typically 5-day workweeks with a longer year of some 400-days, which is real and current, not just a possibility or something imagined. The 7-day calendar is now off the real calendar by some 31 days or so, but the weekdays are still close to lining up together, and plans could be made to incorporate or transition, although it's believed that scheduled times are best changed about a month or a month and a half out, rather than so many so soon. With that view, then it turns out that next month, actually March and Peasamake (2nd month 8-Day Cal.) would be the time the calendars once again line up or merge Mar 22 (Sunday and Sonaday) for an entire week or two, being a good time for transition. Events scheduled March 22 through the weekend March 28-29, could be lined up with mid-Peasamake the 17th through the 24th (recall every month on 8-Day is 4 weeks 1-8,9-16,17-24,25-32 plus 1-2 days 33 or 34 long), then the next week both workweeks line up, Righzday through Thunderzday or Thunzday, leading NOT in this case (4X per year) to the 6-day but rather to the normal end-of-month 5-day weekending break, the 4-days plus just Lunarday, the 33rd, after Fanday the 32nd of the month, with Sonaday, following as the 1st of the next month, Shuay, but also a normal day off like Sunday. The special 6-day breaks conclude months 3,5,9 and 11 (Thanksgiving weekend), and this year month 3, because the calendars are already off by some 31 days, is not some days after March but after April, into May. Update. UPDATED THE TABLE AT PAGE BOTTOM FOR NEW CALENDAR TRANSITION , More will be filled in, later today. [Originally the Calendar Table showed month 2, April 8 as a Himzday, one of the 34-day months occurring 4X per year. This was corrected later to month 3, there being over 30 days difference between the 7-day and 8-day calendars that month this year.] (26:01.06 Stz or y.106 or :1.06, o 2/6/26 Fri 7:41,58 am EST) Hello, wishing all well! Planning the post of the new year/Month sometime later this morning, at least the START page/post. Also, the potential for a new podcast work this year, called Winit100, is being considered and may be released, just 100 seconds, a stand-alone rather than part of a weekly theme, although it's possible for more than one to be related or tie together in some way. This would usually relate some thing(s) presented on the website to some news item of interest. This is not to detract from larger interests, however. The plan is for 3X per week, usually every other weekday/workday. Stay tuned...Posted New 2026 blogposts 1-3.
