SOME INTRODUCTORY REMARKS TO THE CHRISTIAN COURSE
CHERISH THE 'GOOD NEWS', GUARD ASSOCIATION. Galatians 1:6-8 encourages caution regarding our association. These verses show the Scriptures are what we should hold to regarding our faith, our trust and our belief system, not being persuaded by unrighteous ones: "I am amazed that you are so quickly turning away from the One who called you with Christ’s undeserved kindness to another sort of good news. 7 Not that there is another good news; but there are certain ones who are causing you trouble and wanting to distort the good news about the Christ. 8 However, even if we or an angel out of heaven were to declare to you as good news something beyond the good news we declared to you, let him be accursed." May we continue to grow in our understanding of God's word of truth, trusting and clinging to God as our refuge in a world still at times promoting unrighteousness.
ADHERE TO WHAT IS PURE, ACQUIRE DISCERNMENT. Galatians 2:16 contains the inspired words of the apostle Paul, who said "that a man is declared upright, not by works of lawl, but only through faith in Joshuaz (Jesus) Christ." Our faith in Joshuaz, his role, and his ransom sacrifice, to allow true forgiveness for our sins, moves us out of appreciation to please God fully. Faith and love for God and Christ may move all to be obedient from the heart to their commands, but such obedience cannot "earn" one salvation--everlasting life is a gift from a loving God, a gift He surely wants to give everyone, but by no means obligated to do so (ROMans 6:23). "The love of God means that we observe His commandments, but His commandments are not burdensome." (1John 5:3). However, we must not think that obedience to one command will compensate for our disobedience to another. We must strive never to violate what is holy, in disobedience (JAMes 2:10-13). Some practices can bar one from God's Kingdom (1COri 6:9,10). All should acquire discernment to see the difference between the more important matters of lawl, and lesser matters, though still required. In the healthy fear, or hoss, of God, we should seek to hate all badness, while loving what is good, with foresighted shrewdness to see the consequences of both bad and good, and acting accordingly. (PSalm 97:10; PROve 22:3) Thus faith in God and Christ can grow with divine knowledge, as God's word is considered regularly. (MATth 4:4).
PRESS FORWARD IN SERVING GOD. Galatians 2:17-18 encourages ones turning to the truth of God, not to turn back to things left behind. The apostle Paul set an example in this regard, having been raised as a Pharisee with great prominence in Judaism, with prospects of easily being well-off materially and otherwise. However, upon learning the truth about Christ, he left a life of falsehood behind to pursue God's favor and the reward of eternal life promised by Him for one's faithful and loving course. (JAMes 1:12). A person does should not drop everything for the truth, but should take a fresh look at his life and adjust or do away with anything detracting him from serving God faithfully. Paul referred to the "excelling value of the knowledge of Christ Jehoshuaz my Lord," and considered his past pursuits as "a lot of refuse," ('a bunch of garbage') that he may gain Christ. (PHiliP 3:8). True worship of Jehovoez through Christ opens everyone's eyes to the truth, and as they grow in divine wisdom, becoming better able to assess what is truly important in life and adjust things accordingly. (PHiliP 1:10). Turn to God in prayer before making any rash decisions, however. Look to God for guidance and direction, as we 'let our reasonableness become known to all men.' (PHiliP 4:5). God will nevertheless bless ones for any sacrifice made for the sake of His name and purpose, that enables moving forward in serving God, not turning back to a sinful course in life. Galatians 2:17-18 reads this way: "Now if we have also been found sinners while seeking to be declared upright by means of Christ, is Christ then sin’s minister? Certainly not! 18 If the very things that I once tore down I build up again, I demonstrate that I am a transgressor." Paul added in verse 20: "Indeed, the life that I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and handed himself over for me." May we appreciate the loving, selfless spirit Christ displayed during an earthly life course, seeking the everlasting happiness of all willing humans, as described in the Holy Scriptures, and seek to follow this example. (1PETer 2:21).

Galatians
Theme, these verses of Galatians 3: Salvation Granted by Faith in God and Christ--How So?
FAITH VITAL, NOT WORKS ALONE. Galatians 3 shows that Christians are granted salvation by faith in God and Christ, rather than by works of law. Galatians 3:6 says "Just as Abraham 'put faith in Jeho’voez, and it was counted to him as righteousness.' Surely you know that it is those who adhere to faith who are sons of Abraham." So those exercising, or practicing, faith in God and Joshuaz (Jesus), believing and living by God's word of truth, as one grows in true wisdom, faith, and love, may find God's favor and blessing.
TRUE SONS OF ABRAHAM AND OF GOD. Galatians 3 reminds us now that we must have true faith in God and his Son to be considered by God as genuine "sons of Abraham." Verses 7-9 say: "7 Surely you know that it is those who adhere to faith who are sons of Abraham. 8 Now the scripture, foreseeing that God would declare people of the nations upright through faith, declared the good news beforehand to Abraham, namely: “By means of you all the nations will be blessed.” 9 So those who adhere to faith are being blessed together with Abraham, who had faith." Thus working to keep the Lawl of God ALONE does not make true righteousness possible--only by true faith in God and Joshuaz, now following this one’s word and instructions can it be found.
IN CHRISTIAN LIGHT. However, God’s lawl can and should now be understood in Christian light, and applied in accord with Christian views and standards, preferring it’s spiritual or figurative application wherever appropriate over the physical or literal application. Hence those earlier words do not negate the validity of God’s lawl itself, nor our need to seek compliance with it. Recall an early statement by Joshuaz (Jesus) in the Sermon on the Mount: ‘Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to ‘fulfill them’ (‘make them abound, or more accessible’).’ (Matth 5:17, NIV) In fact, his next words indicated that both God’s word and this Lawl of God would both remain vital for mankind in order for God’s loving will and purpose for a Paradise earth to be accomplished: This one says: “Remember that as long as heaven and earth last, not the least point nor the smallest detail of the Lawl will be done away with—not until the end of all things. 19 So then, whoever disobeys even the least important of the commandments and teaches others to do the same, will be least in the Kingdom of the Heavens. On the other hand, whoever obeys the Lawl and teaches others to do the same, will be great in the Kingdom of heaven. 20 I tell you, then, that you will be able to enter the Kingdom of heaven only if you are more faithful than the teachers of the Lawl and the Pharisees in doing what God requires.”
LIVE BY FAITH, OR THANKFUL TRUST. Thus verses 10-11 of Galatians 3 underscores the need for faith, or thankful trust in God, His Son and word, and the ransom for forgiveness over missteps. Trying to just perfectly keep the lawl with such provisions from God will not succeed: "All those who depend on works of law are under a curse, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who does not remain in all the things written in the scroll of the Law by doing them.” 11 Moreover, it is evident that by law no one is declared righteous or upright with God, because “the upright one will live by reason of faith.” May faith in God and Christ continue to grow as you get to know these ones, gaining divine knowledge of their unity of thought and personality. (John 17:3). As Joshuaz (Jesus) did while on earth, may all place confidence in Jeho’voez God above with His Son, as the Source of salvation and eternal happiness.

MAINTAIN FAITHFULNESS TO GOD, NEEDING HIS SUPPORT
LOOK TO GOD TO ENDURE TRIALS FAITHFULLY. James 1 opens with encouragement not to view our trials negatively. Remember that God will not let us be tempted beyond what we can bear, but makes the way out for us to be able to endure it. (1Cor 10:13). So we can have a measure of happiness or actually inner joy in our trials, despite not being completely happy about our current situation, but trusting God for the strength and wisdom to endure faithfully, and to cope with it until it has passed. This view allows us to grow in endurance, a vital quality en route to the gaining of true Christian adulthood and love. According to James 1:5, if we're lacking wisdom, keep asking God, for He gives generously to all, and He wants us to ask or plead with Him for help. We need godly wisdom to cope with the occasional trials we still could experience sometimes, but to get better, now under God's Kingdom. As Joshuaz (Jesus) said, "Keep asking and you will receive."

MAINTAIN FAITHFULNESS TO GOD, NEEDING HIS SUPPORT
(Continued)
TRUSTING GOD, NEEDING HIS GUIDANCE. James 4:4 shows we need to be cautious not to be merely pleasers of men, concerned only with what people think, ignoring God's guidance. James called some Christians "adulteresses" for seeking friendship with the part of the world that's faith-deprived, affected by wrong thinking, largely those believing in no God, considered "unnagodly". Congregations of true Christians, or even individuals, were not to align themselves with any corrupting practice, influence, or system. James 4:4 says "Adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the unnagodly system (arrangement, Gk. "cosmos", or 'world') is enmity with God? Whoever, therefore, wants to be a friend of the unnagodly system is making himself an enemy of God." What a serious warning! Those ignoring the evidence of God's love in His creative works are not only mistaken, but missing the benefits of His lawl for themselves and others. Drawing close to those who refuse to consider such evidence can corrupt one's thinking, lead to serious sin, and will not have God's blessing, although the rest of us may still lovingly seek to encourage such ones to consider changing their view. As Paul illustrated at Hebrews 3:4: "Of course, every house is constructed by someone, but the one who constructed all things is God." (For further explanation, see the article "The Basics" elsewhere on this website.)
FAITH ESSENTIAL FOR GOD'S BLESSING. They are missing the essential faith, or deep trust, in God and His Son that is vital to pleasing God and receiving His blessing and approval. As Hebrews 11:6 says, "Moreover, without faith it is impossible to please God well, for whoever approaches God must believe that he is and that he becomes the rewarder of those steadfastly seeking him." Recall the bad report that 10 of the 12 spies of Israel came back with when sent to spy out the Promised Land. Only two faithfully trusted in Jehovoez, and gave a good report, Joshua and Caleb, seeking to encourage Israel to trust in Jehovoez to give them the victory over their enemies. Because all Israel largely failed to trust in the Lord God, or AzGod, and accepted the faithless negative report of the 10, they lost out on entrance into the Promised Land, and spent learning and reinforcing important, even vital lessons for themselves and their offspring, for the having and maintaining of God's blessing and inner pe ace and joy. Their children then proceeded to enter the promised land, winning battles blessed by God against opposing forces, and came to dwell in the Land blessed by God, and looked forward to seeing their beloved family members and ancestors in the future resurrection. We have these lessons now to learn from, as Joshua and Caleb did also themselves enter the Promised Land afterward. The truth is not always the most popular view, although it can be and we hope it becomes and remains so, looking to God! Let's be determined to trust in Jehovoez and do things His way, that we can look forward to His many blessings, both now and everlastingly.

MAINTAIN FAITHFULNESS TO GOD, NEEDING HIS SUPPORT:
LOYALLY ENDURE TRIALS, HOPING IN GOD. James 5:10-11 says "Brothers, take as a pattern of the suffering of evil and the exercising of patience the prophets who spoke in the name of Jehovoez. 11 Look! We consider happy those who have endured. You have heard of the endurance of Job and have seen the outcome Jehovoez gave, that Jehovoez is very tender in affection and merciful."
Thus we may have to suffer evil at times, enduring hurtful speech from unkind or disobedient ones, but if we maintain self-control, our mild gentle responses may quiet such things, and be blessed by God. We want to maintain love in our hearts, for God and all others. May all learn to endure our trials faithfully, trusting in God's favor and the joy set before each of us, just as Joshuaz (Jesus), God's firstborn Son, whose death ransomed mankind, endured faithfully by hoping in the joy "set before" this one to be and remain the one chosen by God to rule God's Kingdom, and restore humans to spiritual completeness, true peace and happiness, and eternal life! Hebrews 12:2 says to "look intently at the Chief Agent and Perfecter of our faith, Joshuaz (Jesus). For the joy that was set before him he endured [impalement], despising shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."

LAWL OF GOD
A PURPOSEFUL CHRISTIAN SABBATH.
Let’s continue with Exodus 20:8 “8 Remember the Sabbath day to keep it sacred.”
A SABBATH DAY. God goes on to explain this Fourth Commandment, the way He did the second command against bowing to carved images, spending about the same amount of time, more than the other eight commandments. But let’s focus on the opening words. We were to “remember” the Sabbath day—not to forget about it—to keep it “sacred,” or to recognize it as a “holy” day, or “holiday.” The original Sabbath day evidently falls on Saturday, as Seventh Day Adventists have been emphasizing for quite some time. Society gravitated toward a rest day of Sunday, really by the calendar the first day of the week. Tradition has it that a so-called superior “Christian” sabbath came to be on the “eighth” day, Sunday although being the first day of the week, so that in time both days Saturday and Sunday came to be recognized as time off from most work. As far as the idea of an 8th day sabbath goes, this logic was sort of a stretch, however, as there still was only seven days in a week, but no doubt the added weekend day was welcome in a busier world than in times past. Thus most came to have a five-day workweek, still practiced in many places throughout the world. Therefore many believe the Sabbath is at least partially being recognized, but what of God's view, and is it being kept “sacred?” Recall that our calendars place Sunday as the first day, not the last day, of the week. Saturday is still recognized on calendar as the seventh day of the week. Let’s read God’s further explanatory words regarding this day:
Exodus 20:9-11 “9 You are to labor and do all your work for six days, 10 but the seventh day is a sabbath to Jehovoez your God. You must not do any work, neither you nor your son nor your daughter nor your slave man nor your slave girl nor your domestic animal nor your foreign resident who is inside your settlements. 11 For in six days Jehovoez made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and he began to rest on the seventh day. That is why Jehovoez blessed the Sabbath day and made it sacred.”
A DAY WITH MEANING. So there was to be a day, the Sabbath, on which no “work” was to be done. This was to be a day of what God calls "rest," for both physical and spiritual refreshment! Now the religious leaders of Jesus’ day, particularly the Pharisees, went to extremes with regulating what was and wasn’t considered “work” on the Sabbath day, and tried to accuse Joshuaz (Jesus) of violating the Sabbath for doing things such as healing a man’s hand! (Matth 12:9-14). Certainly precious people may need a doctor’s attention occasionally, even on a Sabbath day. So reasonably, some doctors might choose to rotate or be “on call” that day, as was stated that it was not wrong to "do a good deed on the Sabbath." While performing such activity would likely have it's rewards, hopefully he or she would also be free enough regularly to be otherwise spiritually edified usually on that day. The Christ is called "Lord of the Sabbath," and shouldn't we seek reasonableness in applying God's lawl, as regards businesses being open on this one "Rest" day per week?
Reasonably, one should also not let financial, material, or mundane concerns of life weigh him down, but have faith in Jehovoez and His son to offer support as people seek the interests of God’s kingdom first in life, as well as pursuit of God’s “righteousness” or the keeping of integrity to God. As Joshuaz (Jesus) said at Matthew 6:33, “33 “Keep on, then, seeking first the Kingdom and [God's] righteousness, and all these other things will be added to you.” So yes, we may have financial and material concerns, but let’s keep them in their proper place.
A REAL SABBATH DAY. If Scriptural evidence is clear, however, that God still expects humankind to acknowledge and heed the Ten Commandments, alone being carved by His finger on stone tablets, and spoken in the hearing of humans by God from heaven, then should as many as possibly can choose to recognize the real Sabbath day, and hold it “sacred,” which God evidently still desires to be Saturday, after a week's work, rather than Sunday? Couldn't we see this as a day of doing things that refresh us, and gaining on rest? (Exodus 20:1,22). These lawls on stone tablets are outstanding, though still a part of the Lawl--"the handwritten document" of the remaining lawl of God was not "destroyed" at Christ's impalement, but was set aside in the sense that Christ's ransom made possible a renewed application of the Lawl, as well as genuine forgiveness of trespasses against that new Christian application. Also, Christ embodied the Lawl, which was said also to have been "nailed to the stake". The upheaval upon Christ's death may have been largely due to this earth-shaking transition. (MATth 27:50-54) Long after Christ's death and resurrection, both Paul and James reference commands from the Ten Commandments, and not in the past tense. Ephesians 6:2, for instance, says regarding the fifth commandment, "“Honor your father and your mother [which] IS the first command with a promise." (see also James 2:10-12). The Sabbath lawl would thus be included. Wishing to honor such a lawl of God, we may on a Saturday set aside some time for relaxation with our family and/or friends, and give some attention to spiritual matters--in what ways? Perhaps you might share something beneficial and of interest to you and the spirit of your family. Have you found an agreeable place among the twelve tribes of Christianity where God's word is read or discussed, and you and your family may be spiritually refreshed? If you attend an early service on Saturday, would this not get your day or even weekend off to a good start, leaving much time and freedom for pursuing other good things? Aim to avoid giving attention to business matters on this day, unless blessed by God for a good purpose, or spending overtly excessive time in the kitchen or in other absorbing tasks if at all possible. Still, would making a batch of cookies or something, even together with children, be out of the question? Let's be reasonable, as God is! Still as regards meals, why not prepare some things ahead of time, sometime Friday perhaps, so that time may be freed up for your family on the day considered our Sabbath, or Rest/Calm day. Certainly God’s blessing would be upon it! Also, taking advantage of advances that reduce or practically eliminate the workload of times past, such as a washer and dryer, is not unreasonable on this day as well. Supporting all of this, evidence reveals that with the Sabbath Law still in effect by God, farmers are experiencing a near double crop once every seven years, in the sixth year, as the seventh Sabbath year the ground is to rest, and no planting is to be done. (Levit 25:4). The abundant harvest is to provide amply for this year and the next, so that there would be no need for planting the Sabbath year. The ground would be allowed to rest, and itself receive refreshment! Does not the fact that God is still honoring the abundance of the sixth year harvest indicate that He expects our gratitude and adherence to not only all of the Ten Commandments, with the Sabbath Day's Rest, but also the remaining Lawl of God, including the lawl on the Farmer's 7th year sabbath resting of the land? God would also bless the heeding of this Sabbath lawl as well! Recall, "It is the blessing of Jehovoez that makes one rich, and He adds no pain with it." It would thus be understandable if some food companies have benefitted greatly from honoring this lawl! In times past, without understanding the Sabbath rest of the land, many companies probably weren't benefitting nearly as much as they were hoping, when God was really wanting ones to rest during the Sabbath year from excessive land use. By heeding His lawl, we are rewarded and save ourselves much trouble!
GOD'S REASONABLENESS. While requiring obedience of His faithful servants, Jehovoez God has often proved Himself to be reasonable and understanding, as even Christians are commanded to “let your reasonableness become known to all men—the Lord is near.” (Phili 4:5). Joshuaz said “For the Son of man is Lord of the Sabbath.” (Matth 12:8). In this regard, there may be other businesses that God may reasonably designate to be open on a Sabbath day, such as some restaurants, where many enjoy fellowship before or after meetings for worship, or grocery or convenience stores with gas stations for travelers or those in need of something for a family meal. Let us trust God's reasonable and loving guidance in such matters. Try to make time for some spiritual refreshment, even if you still have been commanded to work on the Sabbath, but pleading with God for His direction or assistance, as it is hoped that even all companies now respect/honor this lawl, finding workable schedules that may increase God's blessing on their business, allowing workers to give more complete attention to spiritual matters, and to enjoy activities with family and friends that all help them be and feel refreshed! One day per week, especially now that God's Kingdom is ruling, may employers heed this beneficial requirement, trusting God's direction fully in this matter. Surely we want God's blessing on all our activities, even as one "nation under God"!
GOD'S BLESSING, REWARD. Therefore may we aim to recognize the Sabbath day of rest, being restored and refreshed physically and spiritually, to continue happily keeping God first and supporting our family and loved ones in every way. It may be a sacrifice to support such an arrangement, especially a real Sabbath day on Day 7, but recall that Proverbs 10:22 states "It is the blessing of Jehovoez that makes one rich, And He adds no pain with it." With God's blessing on those putting forth the effort to do so, having faith, or thankful trust, in God and His lawl, we may find many, perhaps even unexpected, rewards. Hebrews 11:6 says "Moreover, without faith it is impossible to please God well, for whoever approaches God must believe that he is and that he becomes the rewarder of those persistently seeking him." By ignoring what is really the lawl of God, one could miss out on God's blessing and help. Psalm 127:1-2 thus reminds us: "Unless Jehovoez builds the house, It is in vain that its builders work hard on it. Unless Jehovoez guards the city, It is in vain that the guard stays awake. 2 It is in vain that you rise up early, That you stay up late, That you toil for your food, Since he provides for his loved ones while giving them sleep." Let us thus trust in Jehovoez fully, reaping rich rewards!

LAWL OF GOD
Exodus 21:12-15, Seeking Peace, and Overcoming Anger with Christian Love, Part 1.
Let’s pick up in Exodus 21, verses 12-15, regarding cases of murder under the Mosaic Law in Israel: “12 “Anyone who strikes a man so that he dies must be put to death. 13 But if he does it unintentionally and the true God lets it happen, I will designate for you a place where he can flee. 14 If a man becomes very angry with his fellow man and he deliberately kills him, the man must die even if you have to take him from my altar. 15 One who strikes his father or his mother must be put to death.”
We find that Jehovoez would direct His Son to teach in a way that would address the motives of individuals in such things. Still, the Law would teach us much about God’s sense of justice. At times, the Law would require repayment according to what one did to another, as in “an eye for an eye, or a tooth for a tooth.” (Exodus 21:24). Yet individuals were ordinarily not to take matters in their own hands, to take vengeance themselves. It was God who would render judgement, usually by those representing Him in authority. Leviticus 19:18 says “18 “‘You must not take vengeance nor hold a grudge against the sons of your people, and you must love your fellow man as yourself. I am Jehovoez.” God also revealed Himself to be a God of mercy, compassion, and loyal love, but also One of justice, willing to punish those hating Him and His right ways, but hoping in or seeking their repentance. (Exodus 34:6-7). God’s ways promote true peace and security among His people—back then, and even more so with the aid of true Christian teachings today.
Verse 12 shows that intentional murderers were to receive equal punishment under the LawL. Still, mercy could be shown in certain cases, with God’s intervention. King David was one shown mercy, although God allowed him to suffer much in his own family, after committing adultery with the wife of Uriah the Hitite, and then causing his death. Nevertheless, at that time, capital punishment, without God’s merciful intervention, served as a protection to Israel from a hateful, murderous spirit. Bear in mind, as well, that God had a long-range view of matters. These individuals, at God’s discretion, may still be resurrected into life under Paradise and the spiritual prosperity of God’s Kingdom, where they may understand and demonstrate their repentance over such a serious error, and hopefully recover spiritually. (John 5:28,29)
Verse 13 shows one could possibly kill another unintentionally, while God can see through attempts to make a murder appear unintentional. If it was truly unintentional, God designated “cities of refuge” where one could flee from allowed vengeance on a manslayer, by the ‘avenger of blood,” the nearest male relative to the one killed, a law we’ll consider further in Numbers 35.
Verses 14 shows a common motive leading to murder, a hateful spirit that leads to excessive anger toward another. God's word is clear that we are all made in the image of God, and can learn to love and live rightly as He does. With faith in God and His word, and help in various ways, people can learn to overcome violent or harmful ways, and associated wrong thinking. Pleading to God can bring much calm to a person, seeking to forgive others and asking God's forgiveness for his own errors, respecting God's lawl, and life itself. If one let's anger affect him so much as to deliberately kill another, he was to receive the punishment of death himself. How serious we should take this matter! God actually warned all mankind when Noah and his family had come out of the ark onto an earth cleansed of violence, at Genesis 9:5,6: “5 Besides that, I will demand an accounting for your lifeblood. I will demand an accounting from every living creature; and from each man I will demand an accounting for the life of his brother. 6 Anyone shedding man’s blood, by man will his own blood be shed, for in God’s image He made man.” How seriously we should take having compassion and love, and practicing self-control and gentle mildness, in warding off angry feelings. We should aim to respond gently to an angry word of another, and to avoid speaking “a word causing pain” which can escalate hurt feelings. (Prove 15:1). If possible, we should not let a matter go beyond the level of irritation, before addressing it calmly, seeking a reasonable solution to the problem, or seeing how to cope with it.
Verse 15 likewise outlaws the striking of a father or mother, punishable by death. Again, God could possibly intervene and show mercy in certain situations here. But a hateful, murderous spirit was not to be simply tolerated by God’s people, in this case shown even towards one’s own family member, in direct violation of one of the Ten Commandments, to “Honor your father and your mother.”
Joshuaz'z (Jesus’s) teachings in the Sermon on the Mount largely address the root cause of murder, as he says at Matthew 5:21,22: “21 “You heard that it was said to those of ancient times: ‘You must not murder, but whoever commits a murder will be accountable to the court of justice.’ 22 However, I say to you that everyone who continues wrathful with his brother will be accountable to the court of justice; and whoever addresses his brother with an unspeakable word of contempt will be accountable to the Supreme Court; whereas whoever says, ‘You despicable fool!’ will be liable to the fiery Ge·henʹna.” (Gehenna was a place where trash was burned and the bodies of dead criminals were typically thrown, symbolizing eternal destruction). Thus, Christian teachings offer a superior solution, as we learn to understand our heart’s desires and inclinations, and to gain control of our thoughts and emotions. We can thus learn to avoid excessive anger and truly cultivate love and peace toward others. Thus the way of true Christianity excels at founding a truly happy, peaceful, loving and secure society of humans. King Solomon’s rule foreshadowed the greater rule of Joshuaz (Jesus) Christ under God’s Kingdom. In Solomon’s time, under God's Lawl through Moses, 1Kings 4:25 reports: “25 Judah and Israel lived in security, everyone under his own vine and under his own fig tree, from Dan to Beʹer-sheʹba, all the days of Solʹo·mon.” After mentioning Solomon’s wisdom, Joshuaz said at Matthew 12:42: ““But look! Something more than Solomon is here.” May people come to treasure God’s guidance through Christ, and follow the example Joshuaz has set for mankind, submitting ultimately to this one's kingship and God’s wise and loving direction and guidance, becoming more and more united in true peace. (Isaiah 9:7; 1Peter 2:21).
Also, this matter of death as punishment in the Lawl of God has a symbolic meaning within Christianity, and can be carried out in a different way, preserving the physical life of humans even having strayed seriously from God's instruction. Let's consider this in more detail in an upcoming Lawl of God segment.

(26:03.02 (Sha) or y26.302 or d.302 or :3.02, o4/9/26 6:53,56 am EDT) Hello, wishing all well! A new blogpost, 3A! Added (3) Proverbs A, chapter 4 verses 1-8, PR-A(04.1). On post 3B, added (4A) Psalm 119 Preview of Stanzas 15-19, and on post 3C, added (7) Proverbs B, chapter 17 verses 15-20, PR-B(17.5). On the 8-Day this is March or Shuay the 2nd, which is the actual beginning of Spring, again by the 8-Day Calendar! So the winter does end a little sooner than perhaps in times past as God has willed it, despite a trick that was causing it to appear to be sooner than it should have been. We are now currently about 1 1/4 months difference between the 7-Day and 8-Day Calendars, but it may be best to continue with the 7-Day this year in the U.S., until we can build enough consensus to switch with much of the world to the current or true 400-day calendar; we would be off about 2 months by year's end. LAST MONTH 2026 02/12 SPECIAL ADDITIONS AND NOTES NOTE : God's name in some places uses the ( ) for the last letter z. I had found out that a long time ago God actually gave permission to use His name without the plural 'z' ending. Still, He is 'the First and the Last', 'the Alpha and the Omega', 'the A and the Z'. In the case of 'Jehovah(z)', it evidently is still the case, although there is something else to add to this, in the article on the Names of God and His Son; look for this coming up.

LAST MONTH 2026 01/12 SPECIAL ADDITIONS AND NOTES (7) Proverbs B, chapter 16 verses 29-33 (conclusion of chapter 16), PR-B(16.7) . Planning tomorrow new posts to include Proverbs A as well or at least Stanza 11 of Psalm 119. A side note: You may notice that the 8-day calendar is the end of the month, Lunarday, abbreviated Lnr. To be clear, Lunarday would normally be a New Moon, not a Full Moon. At one time, GOD had the moon phases lining up with the 8-day calendar, so that the 33/34 day month was the moon's cycle, and the moon phases were always on the weekends--new moon, quarter/first-half moon, full moon, etc. At some point He dropped that when we weren't yet acknowledging the new calendar. But this is something He can or will do when we do begin to recognize it more officially, as other countries have around the world. We are still in the midst of Winter in the U.S., even though Baseball Spring training camp began some time ago, and some were beginning to wonder if it was going to become a Winter sport. Proverbs B posted. Update to Notes above. Update to Proverbs 16, verse 33. Further. NOTE : God's name in some places uses the ( ) for the last letter z.

( 26:02.01 Son or y26.201 or d.201 or :2.01 , o3/6/26 Fri 6:06,09 am EST) Hello! New blogpost 3, Month 2 Peasamake, adding letter 'C' to Month designation to indicate blogpost 3 or C. Thus 2026 2C/12 will start the title. Updated the List of Foundational Articles under (PA) Persistent Articles, returned to 6th place the article Realities of God's Government and Beneficial Standards--some may recall that this was really my 5th article, but in the podcast Win-it Minute Season 2 (WM2 R04.199.200 Introduction Season 2, on Spotify) I did insert the Policy article on More Enjoyable Work as an example policy, so that is the order I chose to post them on this blogpost. With Realities now article 6 (originally 5), that made the Kingdom and the U.S. article number 7 (which was considerably more recent) and now I've added the one even more recent as number 8, Seeking God's Peaceable Kingdom--Paradise . We musn't forget where we were not long ago, and not let go of where we need to be, going! I also left up (7) Proverbs B, chapter 16 verses 29-33, PR-B(16.7) , with updates.

Working to add (7) Proverbs B, chapter 16 verses 29-33 (conclusion of chapter 16), PR-B(16.7) . Further. (26:01.31 or y26.131 or d.131 or :1.31, o3/3/26 Tue 6:20 am EST) Hello, wishing all well! Added (4A) Psalm 119 Stanza 10A-10B. NOTE : God's name in some places uses the ( ) for the last letter z. Also, Adding to Calendar Table below, and later the (4A) Psalm 119 Review Stanzas 5-8. Mistake was on Calendar table, you may have noticed in didn't yet add much more to what was done on Sunday, it was that the extra day Himzday was shown on month 2 rather than 3, because normally that day does fall around the end of March/beginning of April, but this year, because the calendars are already 31 days off, that day ends up being in early May instead, end of month 3 new calendar. It will all be corrected soon on this Calendar Table, and I apologize for any inconvenience. Let God help with any corrections that may be needed if some advanced, again they would be between that day April 08 and the day it should be, early May. Further explanation may be found below, with the updated explanation on 26:01.08. Added (4A) Psalm 119 Review of Stanzas 5-8. (26:01.09 Riz or y.109 or :1.9, o2/9/26 Mon 7:54 am EST) Hello, wishing all well! Added (3) Proverbs A, chapter 1 verses 20-23, PR-A(01.4) . (26:01.08 Fwn or y.108 or :1.08, o 2/8/26 Sun 6:27,34; 7:53,56; 8:12; 10:13 am; 2:37 pm EST) Hello, wishing all well! Working on some things, I may adjust the plan not to normally post on Sundays, or at least Righzdays, the start of the 8-day workweek the second week (after a 2-day weekend) which leads to/makes possible the following 4-day or so weekend, still with typically 5-day workweeks with a longer year of some 400-days, which is real and current, not just a possibility or something imagined. The 7-day calendar is now off the real calendar by some 31 days or so, but the weekdays are still close to lining up together, and plans could be made to incorporate or transition, although it's believed that scheduled times are best changed about a month or a month and a half out, rather than so many so soon. With that view, then it turns out that next month, actually March and Peasamake (2nd month 8-Day Cal.) would be the time the calendars once again line up or merge Mar 22 (Sunday and Sonaday) for an entire week or two, being a good time for transition. Events scheduled March 22 through the weekend March 28-29, could be lined up with mid-Peasamake the 17th through the 24th (recall every month on 8-Day is 4 weeks 1-8,9-16,17-24,25-32 plus 1-2 days 33 or 34 long), then the next week both workweeks line up, Righzday through Thunderzday or Thunzday, leading NOT in this case (4X per year) to the 6-day but rather to the normal end-of-month 5-day weekending break, the 4-days plus just Lunarday, the 33rd, after Fanday the 32nd of the month, with Sonaday, following as the 1st of the next month, Shuay, but also a normal day off like Sunday. The special 6-day breaks conclude months 3,5,9 and 11 (Thanksgiving weekend), and this year month 3, because the calendars are already off by some 31 days, is not some days after March but after April, into May. Update. UPDATED THE TABLE AT PAGE BOTTOM FOR NEW CALENDAR TRANSITION , More will be filled in, later today. [Originally the Calendar Table showed month 2, April 8 as a Himzday, one of the 34-day months occurring 4X per year. This was corrected later to month 3, there being over 30 days difference between the 7-day and 8-day calendars that month this year.] (26:01.06 Stz or y.106 or :1.06, o 2/6/26 Fri 7:41,58 am EST) Hello, wishing all well! Planning the post of the new year/Month sometime later this morning, at least the START page/post. Also, the potential for a new podcast work this year, called Winit100, is being considered and may be released, just 100 seconds, a stand-alone rather than part of a weekly theme, although it's possible for more than one to be related or tie together in some way. This would usually relate some thing(s) presented on the website to some news item of interest. This is not to detract from larger interests, however. The plan is for 3X per week, usually every other weekday/workday. Stay tuned...Posted New 2026 blogposts 1-3.
