This was a previous post, released under different circumstances, but that still has merit today.

VALID PROTESTS, WITH CAUTION

KEEPING PROTESTS VALID, VOID OF RACIAL HATRED. While the recent protests clearly have validity as regards the need to eradicate hate, prejudice, and partiality, and the need for true justice in accord with the law, could some be taking advantage of honorable intentions of most, to actually begin promoting a hate campaign of their own? How so?

Life is precious to God. We're not to hate another person because of the color of their skin, or their hair, or their eyes. We are to love one another, the human race, the human family.

When has God ever exalted one skin color above another? There was a curse on a family line due to abhorrant conduct, but each one looking to God in life could personally diminish many of it's effects, and it was not to be permanent. You may recall that even the people of Israel, when exiting Egypt, were accompanied by a large crowd of Egyptians! Is there any mention that these became slaves to Israelites, somehow seeking revenge on the Egyptians for having been made slaves to them in Egypt? NO! They were permitted to dwell among Israel, treated fairly, justly alongside them. They all lived by the same law, and had to answer to it accordingly. As regards God's arrangement of slavery in Israel, even fellow Israelites could be slaves to a master--they could be sold to pay off a debt or if they became poor, and some slaves even came to love their master and his household greatly, wishing to remain slaves even when freedom was to have been granted! (Deute 15:16-17). Thus, under God's law and among His people, it was not to be harsh slavery such as they may have experienced in Egypt--they were to have compassion for their fellowman, showing them human dignity. However, choosing to come out from the practice of slavery as a nation, in the United States, it had been clear that some slaves had not been treated in the same way. It was chosen to ban the practice altogether, rather than to allow malpractice of slavery to continue.

Again, life is precious to God. We're not to hate another person because of the color of their skin, or their hair, or their eyes. We are to love one another, the human race, the human family. It would be unjust and unkind to allow a few to incite many to continue stirring hatred for people.

Would it be appropriate for some now to seek revenge on those of another color, as if all such ones are responsible for the maltreatment that was experienced by some? Have all of a certain skin color always agreed with laws that may have promoted racial prejudice at earlier times in our history? Or were many wishing such laws would change? Isn't it time to finally love the human race, the human family, as God has always intended? Let God take care of any vengeance as He sees fit, on any He considers deserving of it. God's law to Israel said this: "“‘You must not take vengeance nor hold a grudge against the sons of your people, and you must love your fellow man as yourself. I am Jehovoe." (Leviticus 19:18). Christians are told, at Romans 12:19: "Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but yield place to the wrath; for it is written: “‘Vengeance is mine; I will repay,’ says Jehovoe.”

Could destructive jealousy take root in the hearts of some, contentiously seeking revenge? Such would have nothing to do with true love, and would tear at the fabric of humanity. James offers this counsel, in James 3: "Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him by his fine conduct demonstrate works performed with a mildness (gentleness) that comes from wisdom. 14 But if you have bitter jealousy and contentiousness in your hearts, do not be bragging and lying against the truth. 15 This is not the wisdom that comes down from above; it is earthly, animalistic, demonic. 16 For wherever there are jealousy and contentiousness, there will also be disorder and every vile thing ."

It continues: "But the wisdom from above is first of all pure, then peaceable, reasonable, ready to obey, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial, not hypocritical.18 Moreover, the fruit of righteousness is sown in peaceful conditions for those who are making peace."

Of God and man, Acts 17:26-28 says this: "And he made out of one man every nation of men to dwell on the entire surface of the earth, and he decreed the appointed times and the set limits of where men would dwell,27 so that they would seek God, if they might grope for him and really find him, although, in fact, he is not far off from each one of us.28 For by him we have life and move and exist, even as some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also his children.’"

Again, life is precious to God. We're not to hate another person because of the color of their skin, or their hair, or their eyes, for their size or their pace. We are to love one another, the human family, the human race.

Safeguarding Life--Both Mother and Child

JUST RULING. The recent Supreme Court ruling has reaffirmed the right of a child, yet unborn, to live, encouraging his or her dear mother to nourish and nurture that child and herself to a happy and healthy birth. Even if, for a time, that child must be placed in the arms of another loving family, it is hoped the mother aims to prepare and ready herself for the privilege and joy of resuming or supporting, at some time, the nurturing of the child to become adult. She has the right to loving motherhood, but of course it is the choice of each woman to desire the capability of raising her child(ren) well.

MOTHERHOOD. Becoming a mother in the fullest sense is not beyond the reach of most if not all women, despite current circumstances. God's word offers valuable insight and instruction that can develop this ability inside even a young woman, and much instruction that is based on such godly wisdom is also available. In fact, apart from God, this task would be much more difficult. God has created us to need his guidance, which we may receive freely. Psalm 127:1 of Bible record says this: "Unless Jehovoe himself builds the house, It is to no avail that its builders have worked hard on it." Notice how God wants us to see our children: Verse 3 continues: "Look! Sons are an inheritance from Jehovoe; The fruitage of the belly is a reward. 4 Like arrows in the hand of a mighty man, So are the sons of youth. 5 Happy is the able-bodied man that has filled his quiver with them. They will not be ashamed, For they will speak with enemies in the gate."

UNSETTLING CONDITIONS. It is important, however, to realize and include in laws regarding the process of pregnancy, that certain conditions still exist that can, only occasionally in certain circumstances, threaten the life of the mother to give birth. God is not to blame, as God's truthful wisdom and the sanctity of life have often been ignored, resulting in some foods not being as nourishing as they otherwise would be, the sometimes unwise use of certain chemicals and drugs that have proven harmful, and other factors, affecting such things as weakening the uterine wall, for instance. This condition is quite serious, and threatens the life of both mother and child. However, we believe tests exist for practically all such conditions, and in most circumstances, pollutants can be halted, and nutritional or other treatments also exist to hopefully remedy the problem so as to be able to continue the progression of birth without harm to the mother. Not all respond to such treatments the same though, and if ineffective, it is not impossible that a decision might have to be made to sadly end the pregnancy to preserve the lives of both mother and child, but with appeal to God, who can restart the pregnancy in the future. It is believed that these treatments can be attempted early enough in the pregnancy to avoid any consideration of late-term mutilating abortion, which is an extreme trauma to a trusting baby beyond imagination, which no mother would ever approve of who truly understands what is taking place, and must no longer be tolerated.

A TEST AT 12 WEEKS. It is now understood by many that between 14 and 16 weeks is the pain threshold, the time at which pain may be felt by the growing baby. As mentioned above, there are some conditions that should be tested for, that involve even the life of both baby and mother. At least one of these is necessary at 12 weeks, such as the test for the integrity or constitution of the uterine wall, and if there's a problem, treatment can immediately begin for 1 week. A return at 13 weeks can determine response to treatment, and if not effective, a stronger treatment can be applied, as well as an appeal to God for His guidance and assistance. The return at 14 weeks is then crucial to determine whether or not a pregnancy may be terminated without pain to the baby, still with God being able to restart the pregnancy at a future time when the health of the mother is suitable for carrying the child to birth, having no memory of any past termination. This two-week time frame between 12 and 14 weeks should be carefully guarded and recognized as very significant in determining the life of both mother and baby. Despite promotion of a 15 week threshold, there is evidence that some drugs or other factors can shorten this to sometime between 14 and 15 weeks. Therefore 14 weeks should become understood as the Standard. With appeal to Him, God can ensure that the pain threshold is beyond 14 weeks, so that a terrorizing mutilation felt by a trusting child can be avoided at all costs, which could ruin his or her future life, and a restart of the pregnancy under God's Kingdom is wonderfully made possible!

REWARDING LIFE. Nevertheless, as the health of all generally increases under the loving rulership of God's Son, with improved breadth of nourishment, and replacement of all harmful chemical pollutants with more effective and healthful alternatives, such grievous circumstances will gradually subside, and life may become as God intended, bringing genuine happiness to mankind, developing greater peace gradually with the application of God's loving instruction. May all look to God, with hope in His blessing, on a rewarding life ahead!

HELP FROM ABOVE. It should be mentioned that, with understanding of these things, faith in God early in the pregnancy can assist in finding provisions and guidance that may prove beneficial to both mother and child. In most cases what is needed or helpful may be found. Still there are many with limited resources and/or health disorders. Trust God and ask for help. R03.210C, UPDATED

ONE HOUSE-FIRE SOLUTION! An issue has come to light regarding those power-strips, making possible the connecting of several components to a single household electrical outlet. The issue is a serious one, involving electrical fire risk.

A typical home electrical outlet, which is sometimes called a receptacle, is in all actuality a duplex, which most realize that two receptacles are usually provided at each wall outlet. Indications are increasing that a power strip, not so much by it's individual design, but rather by it's very function, actually draws on nearly all the power of the entire outlet from the single receptacle plug. The point is this: Strange electrical things can take place when both a power strip and a lamp or other device of some sort are plugged into the same outlet together, potentially leading to a possible electrical fire catastrophe.

Therefore, when a power strip is in use, there should be no other device plugged in to the other receptacle in that same outlet--instead, another normal device should be among those plugged into the power strip itself--the outlet in this case should be solely and entirely for supporting the power strip only. However, it is usually understood that a power strip itself should not be overloaded. A device with a heavy power usage, such as a plasma TV, is best plugged in a separate outlet by itself, just like a power strip should be. A dummy plug or child-safe plug should be placed in the other receptacle with a clear notice or message NOT TO BE REMOVED as long as the power strip is associated to that outlet.

A careful check should be performed in every home to determine whether an unsafe condition now exists, so as to correct any such condition. All of us doing so, and alerting loved ones, friends, and neighbors to this potentially hazardous condition, may dramatically reduce the tearful number of house-fires nationwide and abroad.

ALSO, If corrections are not made, and such a fire begins, it usually is sourced INSIDE THE WALL. Therefore, using some of the fire extinguisher/etc. may buy time but MAY NOT COMPLETELY HALT THE FIRE, UNLESS you can SWITCH OFF THE POWER STRIP AND/OR OTHER DEVICE, OR use a thick glove or something to unplug the devices, which may be very hot, and then if necessary a sledgehammer or something similar is used to get behind the wall to reach the source of the flame! Aside from applying what you now know, real solutions have been found for this situation, for both temporary and permanent corrections, in cooperation with well-respected partners, as I'll soon update in a related CTC Corner article. NAMES OF GOD AND CHRIST

Somewhat recently it was found that the true meaning of Christ's name could acceptably be in the shortened form of Josha', not far from Joshua, both meaning "Jehovoe is Salvation," with "Jo" representing God's name, and "sha" (or "shua") indicating "Salvation." With the accent preferred on the last syllable, this name is with correct meaning and more readily pronounced in the English language, possibly aiding the young, with the true name being increasingly preferred over the name Jesus, which evidently was given him by Caesar, with the meaning "He makes wet." Due to changed circumstances, God is agreeable as THE most accurate names of both Him and His Son in English are uncovered--but note there are two ways that the most preferred pronunciation could be written. Some have at one time or another came across the idea that God's personal name in the original Bible language is actually in a form that seems plural, but it actually just ends with that sound, truly Jehovoze rather than Jehovoe. It has been explained that this indicated "grandeur," but at that time was somehow discounted from being pronounced in English this way. Also of significance, the Hebrew term "Elohim", commonly used throughout the Bible referring to God, is actually the PLURAL form of "elohah", god. The truth is, there is more than one Person, like a united family, acting with power as God(s), which would lend itself to a plural translation into English. Still, they are able to act in such unison that they truly act as "one." Also, there are times in the Scriptures when the name of God has a marking that indicates an alteration, indicating that one of these other Gods is being referenced! While One has the name as below, Jehovoze' (newly understood rather than Jehovoe), meaning "He who causes to become, grow, and increase," with deep interest in and love for mankind, one is more associated with being Creator of all things, with all the love entailed, for instance, in a home designed with our life, peace, and happiness in mind: Joldove (Joldo've), and another responsible for the design of humankind physically, able to interact with such a planetary home: Johlove (Johlo've). Of course, Jehovoze took great interest in all of this, seeing primarily to the personality and spirit of humans, and capable like the others in creation and human interaction with our environment and each other. In the case of God, to pronounce the name as it was written in Hebrew, and as we really should consider translating into English, it would be the name Jehovoze', rich with meaning. Of course, God shows understanding toward us, His name having been translated other ways for so long, but most accurately with an ending change, new to some: Jehovoze' (acceptably pronounced with or without the 'h'). With the possibility of a silent 'h', and still with accent on the final syllable, JEHOVOZE' retains similarity to a form of God's name familiar to many for centuries (Jehovah), and could be pronounced preferably without the 'h', as GEO-VOZE OR acceptably with it, as JEHAHVOZE'. Making the important ending change from "vah" to "voze" accurately completes the meaning of God's name as "He who causes to become, grow, or increase." It would be similar with the most accurate name of God's Son--the name most similar to the Hebrew name is spelled Jehoshua, pronounced acceptably as JEEOSHUA (or JEE-HOSHUA). Thus, this would preferably be pronounced without the 'h', or acceptably with it. While including the 'h' in writing, but with the optional silence of pronouncing the 'h', the name is much more agreeable to read and write, again Jehoshua, for both young and old. You should see that both complete names from Hebrew are three syllables. Of course, in writ or print these need not be in all caps. Notice again the accent on the final syllable with regard to God's name, voze', which should be the preferable pronunciation by the capable. With God's blessing, use of these names--again JEHOVOZE and JEHOSHUA, God's name with or without the accent mark at the end, obviously benefitting those yet unfamiliar with it's proper pronunciation, would be met with joy by many sincere Christians looking to have these personal names restored to Christian discussions, esp. in many of their preferred Bible translations.

WILDFIRES--FINDING SOLUTIONS

In the News...

GA Last updates: 23/607,727,815,A29,B08 added "Spring" to Low-Mineral (S.) Water; Purchase of Unmixed Fuel Prior to Mixing/Reducing, (Oct 29) 45 Degree Wildfire Strategy, (Nov 08) Fire Engine Tank

It is hoped that, with the recent Wildfires raging in California and Canada, and now Virginia, North Carolina and elsewhere, this update may help us turn the corner on the proper mixture and safe use of jets for great aid in safely fighting and putting out wildfires and most other typical fires in as short time as possible, and without further harm to wildlife and foliage.

WILDFIRES--SEEKING SOLUTIONS

Original 2022 Post/Appeal: The terrible wildfires in the U.S. are causing disheartening destruction. At Yellowstone, long-time oaks are burning up by the minute. I'm proposing that a test be done as soon as possible, to see whether a large jet, the fuel of which actually produces a form of water as it is used, carefully brought lower and slower without jeopardizing flight, could actually produce enough effect to assist with combating the blaze, or help cut-off further pathways of flame. Of course, all clearances of lower flying planes, etc. would be needed, and again every precaution taken to ensure safe passes, keeping careful watch on fuel levels, altitude, nearby mountains, etc. If this idea is considered reasonable, may we do what we can to halt this calamitous situation.

Of course this possibility has been confirmed.

2023 Aug 15 UPDATE! While everything below is acceptable and ideal, as mentioned there have been attempts by sellers to pass off cheaper mixed or reduced fuel as if it were true Unmixed. As mentioned, this must be understood and conveyed as Extremely Unethical and hazardous. Emphasis was placed below on ensuring that Only Unmixed Kerosene/Jet Fuel Continue to be Purchased, and the mixing performed at fuel-up as explained below. A new standard is now being recommended that STILL allows for Environmentally Friendly use against Wildfires, increasing the fuel mixture to hedge against fuel range issues. The NEW RATIO should be 1:2, or 1/3 Jet Fuel and 2/3 Approved water. The resulting aircraft range would now normally be about 3/4 rather than half.

2023 Oct 29 UPDATE! Please understand that pure jet fueled aircraft should not be used to fight fires--the resulting spray over the fire is toxic to the environment, to the animals, especially certain sensitive membranes such as their eyes, and is only 2X as effective as plain water at reducing the fire. The combination as described below is THE BALANCE that is needed to produce a SAFE Combo that works well, similar to toxic sodium and chloride mixing to make safe, edible salt. Now I've noticed two large wildfires that are increasing, one in Virginia (VA) and one in North Carolina (NC). There is a method I proposed that may have been used effectively to fight a threatening wildfire in Honolulu in a recent month. If a current/very recent photo from above can be obtained of the entire wildfire, with some reference to scale/dimensions, OUTLINE the entire fire using a SIMPLE OCTAGON OR 45 DEGREE LINE method just outside the edges of the fire (anticipating possible growth by time of releases). THE FIRE ITSELF SHOULD BE TARGETED, not just the area outside of it. By this simple method, actual length of entire lines or releases can be calculated, and divided up among aircraft. Have at least two in each aircraft, so that a copilot can watch out for other aircraft while the pilot can give more of his attention on the drop or drops (still watching out some to extent possible). Have the aircraft involved release on one line at a time, all aircraft aiming together to complete each 45 Deg. Line.

2023 Jun 07 & Jul 27 & Aug 15 & Oct 29 Updates: While jet fuel tank distance/range is reduced to half (but still usually thousands of miles), cost and waste is reduced significantly over the pure, unmixed jet fuel. It has been known now that UPDATE! NOW a 1/3 or 1:2 mixture of Jet Fuel and Low-Mineral Spring Water (NOT Zero-Mineral water, which is essentially R.O. Purified spring or well water--Reverse Osmosis is intended for processing ocean water to be drinkable) is best in most cases for Jet fueled Aircraft, or 2 times as much water as verified pure, unmixed Jet-fuel, preferably decided NOT pre-mixed, but rather fuel with pure jet fuel first, aware of the amount, perhaps 1/2 gal., then add the approved water, at preferably (and no more than) two times the fuel amount, in this case 1.0 gal. Continue in this way, ALWAYS adding the UNMIXED JET FUEL FIRST, then up to the twofold amount of water afterward. Combined in this way poses little risk and may then be used for good fuel efficiency and possibly emergency use over forest fires, etc. Although up to 2/3 approved water, aircraft range is reduced only to at least half, actually NOW about 3/4, which is still usually quite adequate, as jets typically can travel many thousands of miles before refueling, although care must be given to ensure systems always have adequate supply, and fuel gages are monitored as normal. This (1/3) ratio is therefore useful in many important ways, as this mixed fuel may be more safely and efficiently applied over forest fires, essentially eliminating harm to creatures and their habitat. Also, this same mixture further combined 1/3 with any water (resulting in a 1/9 amount of the fuel) to fill ground fire engine tanks, may then be effectively and harmlessly used in providing powerful fire-reduction, about 10 times the effectiveness against fires over plain water.

2023 Nov 08 UPDATE! While preference should be given to fighting fires as described above, in cases where ground level fighting is still accessible or appropriate, and as regards fighting other fires such as house-fires, etc., another discovery can increase even more the effectiveness their work using fire engine water tanks. When filled as above, resulting in 10X water effectiveness in firefighting, this can be coupled or alternately improved with the addition of gallons (128 oz packages) of baking soda. Starting with a FULL TANK of WATER/MIXTURE, THEN For each such box, jug or package, another number of effectiveness can be obtained--i.e., two will result in additional 2X effectiveness, ten units will generate approximately 10X the effectiveness of the previous mixture!!! This means that if both the recommended fire engine mixture (Less than the 1/3 for Jets, but Increasing Effectiveness about 10X over plain water) is coupled with 10 units of baking soda in a full tank, the resulting effectiveness can be some 100X in fighting fire over plain water!!! Be careful NOT TO ADD Ten (10) Large Units of Baking Soda in anything less than one half tank of water/mixed water! Modify the number according to tank water level (One quarter (1/4) Tank would be No More than 5 Large Units of Baking Soda, normally 2.5 Large Units).

2023 Aug 10 & Aug 15 Update: Further, it should be clear from the above that no one should be passing off or selling already Reduced or Mixed Jet Fuel as if it is Pure and Unmixed--This is Extremely Unethical--Those Purchasing Jet Fuel MUST BE CLEAR that they are selling and purchasing PURE UNMIXED JET FUEL, as they should be the ones to decide whether to Mix the Fuel, WITH the Environmental Advantages mentioned above, and Overall Substantial Cost Savings But Reduced Flight Range of Distance, again to at least half, now about 3/4, still quite adequate for typical flight purposes AS LONG AS THIS IS UNDERSTOOD BY THE PILOT(S)! Also, FOR ANY AIRCRAFT involved in fighting a wildfire, etc., as recent incidents underscore, there should be a pilot and co-pilot involved in flight, with the co-pilot responsible largely for watching out for any obstacles to flight, especially Other Nearby Aircraft, to protect the safety of all involved. This message was passed along in the last few days but is being reiterated and made more public here.

PSALM SELECT

These are words concerning the kingship before God, not a Presidency; Still words to appreciate regarding God's loving purpose for humans!

Psalm 45:1-17, BBE:

1 To the chief music-maker; put to Shoshannim. Of the sons of Korah. Maschil. A Song of loves.
My heart is flowing over with good things; my words are of that which I have made for a king; my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.
2 You are fairer than the children of men; grace is flowing through your lips; for this cause the blessing of God is with you for ever.
3 Put on your sword, make it ready at your side, O strong chief, with your glory and power.
4 And go nobly on in your power, because you are good and true and without pride; and your right hand will be teaching you things of fear.
5 Your arrows are sharp in the heart of the king's haters; because of them the peoples are falling under you.
6 Your seat of power, O God, is for ever and ever; the rod of your kingdom is a rod of honour.
7 You have been a lover of righteousness and a hater of evil: and so God, your God, has put the oil of joy on your head, lifting you high over all other kings.
8 Your robes are full of the smell of all sorts of perfumes and spices; music from the king's ivory houses has made you glad.
9 Kings' daughters are among your noble women: on your right is the queen in gold of Ophir.
10 O daughter, give thought and attention, and let your ear be open; no longer keep in mind your people, and your father's house;
11 So will the king have a great desire for you, seeing how beautiful you are; because he is your lord, give him honour.
12 And the daughters of Tyre will be there with an offering; those who have wealth among the people will be looking for your approval.
13 In the great house the king's daughter is all shining: her clothing is worked with gold.
14 She will come before the king in robes of needlework; the virgins in her train will come before you.
15 With joy and rapture will they come; they will go into the king's house.
16 Your children will take the place of your fathers; so that you may make them rulers over all the earth.
17 I will keep the memory of your name living through all generations; and because of this the people will give you praise for ever.

PSALM SELECT

Psalm 15, a song of David, outlines essentials to the course of an upright person. Despite it's simplicity, it in no way negates our need to consider God's word, but rather helps to guide our aims regarding our examination of it.

Psalm 15:1-5:

O JehoVohz', who may be a guest in your tent?
Who may reside in your holy mountain?

2 The one who is walking faultlessly,
Practicing what is right
And speaking the truth in his heart.

3 He does not slander with his tongue,
He does nothing bad to his neighbor,
And he does not defame his friends.

4 He rejects anyone who is despicable,
But he honors those revering Jehovohz.
He does not go back on his godly promise,
even when it is bad for him.

5 He does not lend his money on interest,
And he does not accept a bribe against the innocent.
Whoever does these things will never be shaken.

PROVERBS COMMENTARY

Proverbs 4:1-8:
"1 Listen, my sons, to the discipline of a father; Pay attention in order to gain understanding, 2 For I will give you good instruction; Do not forsake my teaching. 3 I was a true son to my father And the one especially loved by my mother. 4 He taught me and said: “May your heart hold fast to my words. Keep my commandments and continue living. 5 Acquire wisdom, acquire understanding. Do not forget, and do not turn aside from what I say. 6 Do not forsake it, and it will protect you. Love it, and it will safeguard you. 7 Wisdom is the most important thing, so acquire wisdom, And with all you acquire, acquire understanding. 8 Highly esteem it, and it will exalt you. It will honor you because you embrace it."

"1 Listen, my sons, to the discipline of a father; Pay attention in order to gain understanding, 2 For I will give you good instruction; Do not forsake my teaching."

Prove 4:1-2: Recall that "discipline" is not merely punishment--it comes from the same root as "disciple." Did Jesus always go around punishing his disciples, or did he lovingly correct them? Of course, punishment may at times be necessary, and can be given out of love for that one. But how much better when that one can be corrected more gently, with kind words and such! The counsel here is for the young one to pay attention to such discipline in order to "gain understanding." And gaining understanding reduces the need for disciplinary punishment! In fact, Proverbs 17:10 says: "A rebuke makes a deeper impression on one having understanding Than striking a mischievous person a hundred times." Yes, loving parents will attempt to offer such rebukes when needed, correcting, teaching and training in the way of God. Such discipline as well as simply good instruction, or "admonition" may lead to the gaining of understanding, especially regarding spiritual matters, "what is and just and fair, the entire course of what is good." (Prove 2:9).

"3 I was a true son to my father And the one especially loved by my mother. 4 He taught me and said: “May your heart hold fast to my words. Keep my commandments and continue living."

Prove 4:3-4: Even with faith in Christ there are commandments to follow. Jesus gave us both commands and principles of truth, God's standards that we are to follow. With faith in God and Christ, we are to be obedient to their instruction, and thereby "continue living." Children are encouraged here to be true to their parents, learning whatever godly instruction may be provided in order to grow spiritually, and become loyal Christian disciples.

"5 Acquire wisdom, acquire understanding.

Prove 4:5-8: Wisdom is the successful application of divine knowledge to benefit others and oneself, honoring God. It's the "most important thing," working along with true love for God and others, which are the greatest of commandments (Matt 22:36-40). Understanding is also highly important. "Knowledge comes easily to a person with understanding." (Pro 14:6). It enables one to see how all the part fit together of something, to make the whole. Knowledge of God should be understood first and foremost, since the awe of God is the beginning of both knowledge and wisdom (Pro 1:7, 9:10). Highly esteem true wisdom, humbly seeking God's honor as did David and other men of faith. Then God may truly bring you honor, safeguarding your reputation, at least as regards Him and His purpose, just as he did with Jesus, despite his being falsely condemned as a terrible criminal. In line with God's will, he thus came to have a name above every other.

Proverbs 13

Proverbs 13:1-5:
"1 A wise son accepts his father’s discipline (loving correction), But the scoffer does not listen to a rebuke. 2 From the fruitage of his speech a man will eat what is good, But the very desire of the treacherous is for violence. 3 The one guarding his mouth protects his life, But the one opening his lips wide will come to ruin. 4 The lazy person has his cravings, yet he has nothing, But the diligent one will be fully satisfied. 5 The upright one hates lies, But the actions of the crooked bring shame and disgrace."

Prove 13:1: The scoffer, or ridiculer, does not listen to a rebuke, or correction. He is likely puffed up with his own knowledge and exalting someone or something above Jehovoe God, so that he is not seeing things as he should, and not hearing things properly. Nor can he utter completely genuine divine truth. (Psalm 115). Let this change! It's what happens to one practicing idolatry, lifting anything above Jehovoe, in His rightful place in our hearts. God's lawl and word really are more reasonable than many such think, even than some religious authorities! He needs to humble himself, and turn to God to respect and love Him and His guidance, so that his eyes and ears can open more completely.

"2 From the fruitage of his speech a man will eat what is good, But the very desire of the treacherous is for violence. 3 The one guarding his mouth protects his life, But the one opening his lips wide will come to ruin."

Prove 13:2-3: Remember to think before we speak, we have two ears and one mouth, as a reminder that we need to listen more than speak. Verse 2 speaks of the "fruitage of his speech." We should think about the effects our speech upon others--is it positive and upbuilding, or is it negative and potentially causing pain or grief unnecessarily? Others will appreciate our speech more if it tends to build up rather than be critical. The associated statement shows our desires are involved, and disloyal treacherous ones desire harm or violence. May our desires always be for what is truly good, kind, and helpful to others wherever possible. Even correction can usually be offered in a way that doesn't needlessly offend. We can humbly choose to listen more than speak, so as to avoid 'opening our lips wide' to become boastful of ourselves and overly critical of others, causing spiritual harm.

"4 The lazy person has his cravings, yet he has nothing, But the diligent one will be fully satisfied."

Prove 13:4: We should exercise foresighted prudence, to see the consequences of both laziness and diligence. How much better to choose diligence, experiencing the rewards of using our knowledge to act for the benefit of others and ourselves. Clearly, we need to work to keep up with things, keep things in good order, and avoid disarray and confusion. Remember, many become lazy being praised for their head-knowledge, rather than for efforts put forth in using their knowledge in a beneficial way for others or even oneself. Let's praise effort and activity performed by others, used aright, as God's Son declared: “My Father has kept working until now, and I keep working.” (John 5:17).

"5 The upright one hates lies, But the actions of the crooked bring shame and disgrace."

Prove 13:5: It may only take one lie to cause serious harm, so may we be among those hating lies, while wrongdoers may receive shame and disgrace. May their humiliation cause them to humbly turn to God and seek His favor before its too late. The implications are that such ones do not hate lies as wise-hearted ones do, but rather fall to believing the lie. Some people can tend to believe what they want to believe, rather than believing genuine truth. It takes better judgement and courage, sometimes, to accept the truth, and adjust our lives accordingly. May we not cower in fear, and fall to lies, but rather, courageously seek the truth, and correct our steps in the healthy fear and power of Jehovoe God, seeking never to displease or hurt Him.

PROVERBS COMMENTARY

Proverbs 4:7-10:
"7 Wisdom is the most important thing, so acquire wisdom, And with all you acquire, acquire understanding. 8 Highly esteem it, and it will exalt you. It will honor you because you embrace it. 9 It will place an attractive wreath on your head; It will adorn you with a crown of beauty.” 10 Listen, my son, and accept my sayings, And the years of your life will be many."

"7 Wisdom is the most important thing, so acquire wisdom, And with all you acquire, acquire understanding."

Prove 4:7 True wisdom is the ability to apply divine knowledge successfully, in harmony with God's right standards, for the benefit of others and ourselves. Understanding sees how to put the pieces together of something, especially something of divine importance. True understanding, however, requires discernment to clarify true from false, good from bad, right from wrong, and so on, based on divine instruction. The Scriptures says "Make sure of the more important things." (Phili 1:10). Let's seek God's wisdom and understanding by giving adequate attention and reflection on God's word, including Proverbs.

"8 Highly esteem it, and it will exalt you. It will honor you because you embrace it. 9 It will place an attractive wreath on your head; It will adorn you with a crown of beauty.”

Prove 4:8-9 Humbly working to grow in divine wisdom, while respecting God's greatness, will in turn bring us honor from God. It will cause our thoughts and words to be more pleasing to God and others of obedient, God-fearing mankind. While we all want to be liked, respected, or appreciated by others, there may be a snare, trap, or pitfall in this desire if excessive. We should all stand for God's wisdom, His right standards. Yet, God allows free will--He gives us the opportunity to choose to obey Him out of love for Him. Not everyone has made such a choice. Thus, when we stand for what's right, we may find out who really respects us for who we are and what we stand for, and who doesn't! But standing for what's right sets the example for such ones to find everlasting life themselves, if they may turn to God and His ways. While we shouldn't be overly judgmental or condemning of others, we are made in the image of God to at least have good judgement in certain things--however Christ urged his followers to "Stop judging" and "Stop condemning." People tended to be judgemental, rather than compassionate, merciful, and understanding as God is. Any appointed to judge should do so impartially--not by ethnicity, race, skin color, economic standing, etc. but rather by a person's character and actions--their intent and choices to pursue a good course. If someone makes foolish, bad decisions, or acts in wrong ways, we may rightly judge them to be poor associates, at least until they learn to turn around from such behaviors. We still love such ones, and may seek to help them understand the right way to live, but we must do so with the greatest of caution, as they themselves may try to influence us against what is right! Thus, 1Corinthians 15:33 exhorts: "Do not be misled. 'Bad company corrupts good character.'" (NIV). And Proverbs 13:20 similarly says: "Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm." (NIV). Therefore, hold true to God, and look forward to the day when all earth's inhabitants will be friends of God, genuinely respecting Him and each other, living right and loyally loving one another! (Psalm 37:29; 2Peter 3:13).

"10 Listen, my son, and accept my sayings, And the years of your life will be many."

Prove 4:10 God's guidance and direction does generally contribute to longer life now, but much more in receiving His reward of endless life in the future. Thus, once again, the key to a long, satisfying life is in pleasing God--listening, and accepting His sayings. Jehovoze is the God of truth, and does not intentionally lie to us. He thus has proven eminently trustworthy, reliable. Such a loving father, who cares for each of us, we should ever want to please Him and offer Him acceptable worship--even if just by accepting the truth from God, letting it touch our heart by pondering it's value in our life, and thereby living and acting in harmony with it. Since it is the truth, we should practice honesty ourselves, "speaking the truth in [our] heart," and not dealing deceitfully with others (Psalm 15:2). Encouraging such qualities as humility, reliance upon God, doing good work, and being rich in fine works, 1Timothy 6:17-19 thus helps all to "get a firm hold on the real life." It then cautions against the contradiction of the "falsely called 'knowledge.'"--so-called knowledge that teaches lies, violating what is holy, and opposing the truth of God. May we be alert to such things, and truly accept and treasure the sayings of God!

PROVERBS COMMENTARY

Proverbs 4:11-13:
"11 I will instruct you in the way of wisdom; I will lead you in the tracks of uprightness. 12 When you walk, your steps will not be hindered; And if you run, you will not stumble. 13 Hold on to discipline; do not let it go. Safeguard it, for it means your life."

"11 I will instruct you in the way of wisdom; I will lead you in the tracks of uprightness."

Prove 4:11 Really listening to wise ones, especially wise parents, can help us to become wise, as will reading Proverbs, Jesus' teachings, those of his apostles, and the rest of God's word. Are you in the habit of regularly receiving such instruction or reminders? Is it not nourishing to us in a spiritual sense? How often do you receive physical nourishment? Daily? Likely, several times a day. And do you request God's blessing on your food beforehand, to effectively nourish you? Why not have even short periods of spiritual examination, and contemplation, briefly requesting God's blessing? We will gain understanding in how to walk with God uprightly, bringing Him great pleasure.

"12 When you walk, your steps will not be hindered; And if you run, you will not stumble."

Prove 4:12 When we walk according to God's integrity of conduct, we will have God's favor and blessing, and will experience less in the way of spiritually harmful consequences than disobedient ones. We may choose to "walk" in serving God, or when our circumstances permit, we can choose to "run" in God's service, accepting greater responsibilities in worshipping God. Instructed in true wisdom and doing right, we will not stumble either way. Psalm 119:165 says to God: "Abundant peace belongs to those who love your law; Nothing can make them stumble."

"13 Hold on to discipline; do not let it go. Safeguard it, for it means your life."

Prove 4:13 How vital to reject prideful thinking and remain humble before God and others, even when being offered correction. "So let the one who thinks he is standing beware that he does not fall." (1COri 10:12). The gifts and talents that others have often better our own, and we received such from God himself, so we should have no room for boasting, except in Jehovoze God. While on earth, leaving us a model, Jesus always sought God's glory above his own (1PEter 2:21). So may we appreciate any discipline--loving and helpful correction--received from others, especially a parent, step-parent or guardian, or congregation elder, that is likely to be in harmony with God's word. Such correction may mean our very lives, even eternal life in true happiness!

PROVERBS COMMENTARY

Proverbs 4:14-19:
"14 Do not enter the path of the crooked, And do not walk in the way of evil men. 15 Shun it, do not take it; Turn away from it, and pass it by. 16 For they cannot sleep unless they do what is bad. They are robbed of sleep unless they cause someone’s downfall. 17 They feed themselves with the bread of wrongdoing, And they drink the wine of violence. 18 But the path of the upright is like the bright morning light That grows brighter and brighter until full daylight. 19 The way of the crooked is like the darkness; They do not know what makes them stumble."

"14 Do not enter the path of the crooked, And do not walk in the way of evil men. 15 Shun it, do not take it; Turn away from it, and pass it by. 16 For they cannot sleep unless they do what is bad. They are robbed of sleep unless they cause someone’s downfall."

(4:14-16) The wise counsel here is to shun, or "turn away from" the path or the way of evil ones. We should never be envious of what they seem to have, or so-called benefits they seem to gain by their evil practices. They are robbed of sleep unless they do bad, or cause someone's downfall. Are they motivated by true love? Do they have the reward and blessing of God? In no way. So what is their future? Without repentance or turning around, As Asaph realized in Psalm 73:18-19, "Surely you place them on slippery ground. You make them fall to their ruin. 19 How suddenly they are devastated! How sudden is their finish as they come to a terrible end!" May we follow the path leading to eternal life, in true peace and happiness, and help others find and remain on this path! Let wrongdoers repent from such an erring course, and really find God's blessing as they honestly seek good, desiring no longer to cause harm to another.

"17 They feed themselves with the bread of wrongdoing, And they drink the wine of violence."

(4:17) What may have turned them to the way of evil to begin with was what they were feeding their minds on spiritually--much exists in the way of "the bread of wrongdoing" and the "wine of violence." There is much entertainment making evil practices seem to bring happiness, or at least a temporary pleasure. Such promoted ideas are usually a boldface lie, hiding the resulting headaches, heartaches, troubles, turmoil, sorrow, pain and grief caused by such practices. God knows the way of true happiness for all humans, the way that not only brings us and others pleasure and true happiness, but that leaves no scars, nor leaves us battered spiritually. Proverbs 10:22 says "It is the blessing of Jehovoze that makes one rich, and He adds no pain with it." And James reminds us, at James 1:16-17: "Do not be misled, my beloved brothers. 17 Every good gift and every perfect present is from above, coming down from the Father of the celestial lights, who does not vary or change like the shifting shadows." Man often tries to run ahead of God, stealing gifts from God just a little while before God was going to give it. We often just need to learn a little patience, appreciation, and self-control, things we can pray to God for, to be thankful for what we have now, and prepare or ready ourselves for the future gifts God will bring us at the right time, when we're truly ready for it.

"18 But the path of the upright is like the bright morning light That grows brighter and brighter until full daylight."

(4:18) Upright ones are drawn to the truth of God, letting it lead them to the true path going toward eternal life. May all Christians be willing to discard any belief that is found to be out of harmony with God's reliable word, even if Bible translators believed it, and made it seem to be true in their translation! Some truths may be harder to decipher, but we want to be prudent and on guard against believing a lie. Proverbs 14:15 says "The naive person believes every word, But the prudent one ponders each step." May we be very careful before accepting anything into our belief system that might not be entirely true, even if a minister may believe it and seem to use scripture to justify his belief. The scriptures may be taken out of context, or even (usually rare) be translated unfaithfully. More insight into the scriptures may be needed to clarify truth, but the truth is in harmony with the entire Bible, so almost invariably the truth can be discerned by comparison of other scriptures discussing the same subject. If unsure, let's pray and wait on God for further clarification.

"19 The way of the crooked is like the darkness; They do not know what makes them stumble."

(4:19) Those acting falsely do not have the light of God's word to guide their path. They stumble and fall, experiencing trouble, pain, and grief, and often not knowing why their path is not leading them to the happiness they thought they were finding. May we cling to our loving God, who can bring us to the true happiness we're seeking, leading us to experience it even more fully in His new world of rightdoing and peace, and eternal life. Psalm 19:8 says: "The orders from Jehovoze are honest, causing the heart to rejoice; The commandment of Jehovoze is clean, enlightening the eyes." Keeping God first, respecting His law, allows us to become and remain clear-sighted, largely able to see and reject our own mistaken paths. (Psalm 36:1-2)

PROVERBS COMMENTARY

Proverbs 4:20-23:
"20 My son, pay attention to my words; Listen carefully to my sayings. 21 Do not lose sight of them; Keep them deep within your heart, 22 For they are life to those who find them And health to their whole body. 23 Above all the things that you guard, safeguard your heart, For out of it are the sources of life."

Prove 4:20-22 God and parents can say a lot, but if we aren't listening well, how will we benefit? We are to "pay" attention. When we pay money, for instance, we're giving up something. To "pay" attention, we have to give up concentrating on other things to focus on the one speaking, or the words of God we're reading or hearing. If you don't really pay genuine money for that steak dinner, someone may come looking for you. Let's not pretend to "pay attention"--let's really give up other things to genuinely concentrate on what's more important, to "listen carefully!" Jehoshua/Jesus said at Luke 8:18: "Pay attention to how you listen, for whoever has will be given more, but whoever does not have, even what he imagines he has will be taken away from him." To truly comprehend what we're hearing, we need to cultivate genuine understanding and discernment, to put things in proper place in our minds and hearts, and judge between truth and falsehood, right and wrong, and so on. Otherwise, what we hear may be going "in one ear and out the other!" Of what value is this? Once we have these things in our heart, we should keep them there, treasuring the spiritual insight and direction that God and parents may give, as this can lead us to eternal life and good health both spiritually and perhaps with time, physically. (Job 33:25). Such things are actually worth paying "more than the usual attention!" (Hebre 2:1).

"23 Above all the things that you guard, safeguard your heart, For out of it are the sources of life."

Prove 4:23 One of the values of God's word is it helps us gain a proper view of priorities, which gives us "soundness of mind." What do you seek to protect in life? What is so important to you that you would guard it with everything you have? God tells us here that it is our heart that we should safeguard "above all the things that you guard." This would certainly include our relationship with God, whom we are to love with our "whole heart." (Matth 22:37). Our figurative heart is primarily our entire spiritual being, our qualities, values, and viewpoints, as we see things from God's perspective. Especially our integrity to God and His ways should be preserved. If we don't protect our heart, we could easily stray. We are to protect it from wrong thinking, not necessarily follow it. When some sing of following your heart, we should think of our dreams and purpose in life, as God made us each to be happy doing certain things. The things of the spirit are related to our mental faculties, part of one's 'heart'. The two, heart and mind, are at times separated to clarify that one could have or gain knowledge without affecting his heart and real behavior, thus setting him up for an unfavorable course of deception, as though knowing what's right but not doing it. One would need help from God to correct this, God wanting to 'give wisdom generously, and without reproach.' (James 1) Therefore, we should ponder what we're learning from others, from God or parents, to truly see how to live according to what we're learning. Then the words of Proverbs 27:11 may ring true in our case, where God says "Be wise, my son, and make my heart rejoice, So that I can make a reply to him who taunts me." Some who followed poor examples may have become liars, deceivers and taunters of God, but all who truly appreciate God's way, the way of the truth, and seek to live by it, oppose evil and give Jehovoze evidence that His way promotes genuine happiness among His human creation.

PROVERBS COMMENTARY

Proverbs 13:6-12:
"6 Righteousness protects the one whose way is innocent, But corruption brings down the sinner. 7 There is one who pretends to be rich, yet has nothing; There is another who pretends to be poor, yet has great wealth. 8 Riches are the ransom for a man’s life, But the poor are not even threatened. 9 The light of the upright shines brightly, But the lamp of the ungodly will be extinguished. 10 Presumptuousness (or, "Overstepping due bounds") leads only to strife, But wisdom belongs to those who seek advice. 11 Wealth quickly gained will dwindle, But the wealth of the one who gathers it little by little will increase. 12 Expectation postponed makes the heart sick, But a desire realized is a tree of life."

Prove 13:6 We should strive to be persons of honest integrity, serving the God who cannot lie. Our speech and conduct should be truthful and upright. May our "way" become "innocent" from evil, or "blameless"--giving others no good cause to find fault with us, and "spotless" from the ways of amorality or immorality still present in the world system. Aiming for the target of God's good standards, enables gradual growth spiritually, and great peace and happiness in our life. With such continual aim, we may have forgiveness for unintentional misses, by the ransom of Christ! Adhering to God's ways does protect us from much harm that is experienced by others, while foolishly practicing badness harms others as well as himself, hindering the growth of his spirit--this one thus needs desperately to take a lesson--repent and change course!

"7 There is one who pretends to be rich, yet has nothing; There is another who pretends to be poor, yet has great wealth."

Prove 13:7 While we should have regard for ourselves and our personal talents or skills, it is far better to be honest with ourselves and others, avoiding deception 'pretending to be rich,' even spiritually, which brings no true reward, as we need to keep honest integrity to grow spiritually and become more successful in God's view. Still, it is God's will to have regard for our true name/reputation. This should not be confused with trying to change our ways or habits to a better lifestyle that honors God. Look for the genuine good things within yourself and embrace these, looking for ways to improve and to benefit others with such things. Being honest itself is an important and valuable one of these good things! However, some rich persons, especially when rich spiritually, live humbly and modestly. In this case, it is not wrong to live in a way that reflects a humble lifestyle, even dealing humbly and respectfully with others. While being clean, and looking neat and dignified, one may not always appear wealthy, yet may have great spiritual and/or material wealth, seeking to please God.

"8 Riches are the ransom for a man’s life, But the poor are not even threatened."

Prove 13:8 Those who are wealthy materially, may occasionally have such concerns as robbery, while the poor usually have no such worries. This is another reason for both to trust in Jehovoze, leaning upon him in their trials, looking forward to such worries ending by the rule of God's Kingdom. God Himself has established the rule of law, that all may learn to live in peace, respecting Him and the rights of one another, and looking to God for the things we need and desire, knowing of His love for each one of us, and power to provide what we ask that is in agreement with His loving will.

"9 The light of the upright shines brightly, But the lamp of the ungodly will be extinguished."

Prove 13:9 The upright let their light shine by their fine speech and deeds toward others, honoring the Father, enabling others to see and respond by themselves giving glory to God. (Matt 5:16) The ungodly, not seeking the Father's honor, but rather their own high-mindedly, have their prideful lamp extinguished, hopefully by responding to the truth and changing their heart's motivation, rather than by an eventual death. Hopefully the former, because Proverbs 21:4 reveals a sinful course hindering true peace: "Haughty eyes and an arrogant heart —The lamp that guides the ungodly is sin."

"10 Presumptuousness ["Overstepping due bounds"] leads only to strife, But wisdom belongs to those who seek advice."

Prove 13:10 Presumptuousness is overstepping due bounds, taking liberties, and is in direct contrast to genuine modesty. Due bounds may be God's laws or regulations, or what is socially acceptable in speech or actions. Crossing such boundaries hurts others and thus causes conflict. On the other hand, "wisdom is with the modest ones." (Prove 11:2). Those 'seeking advice' are humble, modest, and want to know the boundaries in order to respect them, not desiring conflict with others. Such a modest attitude contributes to the gaining of true wisdom.

"11 Wealth quickly gained will dwindle, But the wealth of the one who gathers it little by little will increase."

Prove 13:11 It is easy to spend quickly when money is gained quickly, having the money to obtain more expensive items that may not be purchased if the money was gained "little by little." Also, the acquiring of spiritual riches may best be done "little by little," with continual effort to understand and make application of the knowledge to your personal situation. Spending time pondering what you are learning is like your taking time to chew your food thoroughly before swallowing, rather than gulping it down, as if greedily. Granted, some foods go down easier than others! But try to enjoy the meal, taste the flavors in each bite, if possible. Your body will thank you, and be better able to digest and utilize the food you just enjoyed! So it is spiritually--we should take the time to savor what we've learned, rather than reading very fast and assuming we've gotten all we can obtain from it. It is not just head knowledge that we want, but rather, heart-knowledge--putting the knowledge into action, letting it affect our motivation and purposes, moving us to align ourselves more with what is right before God, always aiming for the target of God's true divine standards, and receiving mercy for an occasional unintentional miss. As our lives are gradually refined, and our wisdom grows, we will be making better decisions that contribute to the lasting peace and happiness, not only of ourselves, but of our loved ones, friends, and others!

"12 Expectation postponed makes the heart sick, But a desire realized is a tree of life."

Prove 13:12 What an important truth to bear in mind, as we do not wish for the heart of friends or family to become sick. For instance, some may be looking forward to an upcoming vacation, but how would you feel if the day before you leave, a serious problem arises at work that requires you to remain and cancel your plans? Would you not be heartsick? Such a situation shouldn't happen too often, because if we keep our plans before Jehovoze', He will often bless our efforts to make them successful. But the situation illustrates the heartsickness that happens on occasion. We are wise not to spend too much time expecting a desire within a certain time, if that time could change! Rather, focus more on the present joys and blessings, giving attention to good work and it's rewards presently, while still looking forward to those desires. When the time comes for that desire to be realized, how refreshing the experience may be! May we do our best to keep our obligations to others, so as not to disappoint them, and wisely avoid "planning ahead for the desires of the flesh." (Romans 13:14). What does that mean? There are acceptable desires like a good meal that we however shouldn't be constantly thinking about or longing for. Let's keep busy in fine Christian works and pondering spiritual matters, then enjoy appropriate desires when they do come.

Proverbs 13:13-16:
13 Whoever despises instruction will pay the penalty, But the one who respects the commandment will be rewarded. 14 The teaching of the wise one is a source of life To turn one away from the snares of death. 15 Keen insight wins favor, But the way of the treacherous is harsh. 16 The prudent person acts with knowledge, But the fool exposes his own foolishness."

Prove 13:13-14 A person 'despising instruction' is not considering the outcome of ignoring the counsel, the consequences of bad decisions or actions. The instruction is typically given to protect one from danger, from a course leading to disaster. Thus one ignoring counsel will often find the disaster that could have been averted--he or she will thus "pay the penalty." On the other hand, the one 'respecting the commandment' will be protected from many troubles and dangers, being rewarded with a more successful life, learning the way leading to true happiness and eternal life. Likewise, the truly wise one 'rescues others with knowledge,' brings healing, and helps them to find, understand, and appreciate the path leading to endless life, that they may remain on it, avoiding the snares or traps causing spiritual or literal death. (Prove 11:9; 12:18)

"15 Keen insight wins favor, But the way of the treacherous is harsh."

Prove 13:15 Insight involves empathetic understanding of the situation of others, with compassionate feeling. Therefore, "the insight of a man certainly slows down his anger, and it is beauty on his part to overlook an offense." Anyone given to bouts of anger would benefit by reflecting on such insight, trying to understand the cause of any irritation by others--and the contributing circumstances. Don't let anger go beyond agitation or irritation--channel any energy into thinking through it to find a solution, fix the problem, or see how to cope with it, until it can be fixed. The treacherous, on the other hand, are typically unfeeling and disloyal, lacking loyal love, thereby often harsh in their words and dealings. Contemplating patient insight may help such ones to be more considerate of others.

"16 The prudent person acts with knowledge, But the fool exposes his own foolishness."

Prove 13:16 Divine knowledge moves a prudent person to contemplate how to use it effectively to benefit or protect oneself or others spiritually, and then to prudently act on such contemplation to realize the benefit of it. Fools generally give no such consideration to knowledge, and therefore fail to be protected when hazards come, exposing their foolishness. Thus, may we not become closed-minded to information that could prove useful in the making of good and helpful decisions. Be an investigator of matters promoting what is good and healthful, that we may support and assist our family and others to live well, finding true happiness and satisfaction in life. Especially should we trust God's word for such helpful advice and knowledge, that we may make good and wise decisions that lead to endless happiness and much success!

Proverbs 4:24-27:
“24 Put crooked speech away from you, And keep devious talk far away from you. 25 Your eyes should look straight ahead, Yes, fix your gaze straight ahead of you. 26 Smooth out the course of your feet, And all your ways will be sure. 27 Do not incline to the right or the left. Turn your feet away from what is bad.”

"24 Put crooked speech away from you, And keep devious talk far away from you."

Prove 4:24 Crooked, or twisted, speech would not be entirely honest or straightforward—thus usually spoken with a hidden motive, such as wrong desire. The deception may not be as intentional and the degree can vary—yet it is hoped that faith or trust between family members can grow and be maintained. This speech is to be put “away from” us, while “devious talk far away.” This speech also has wrong motive, but deviates from a right, lawful course, and is especially cunning, said with intention of hiding the truth. We should learn to hate all such speech, as trust is based on sincere honesty and straightforwardness. Parents should especially keep guard on their children’s close associations, as well as some views or attitudes presented in music, movies, etc. Parents need to help their young ones appreciate trust and honesty, being willing to answer their questions honestly, though according to their age or development. As challenging as it may be, parents should not give the impression that the child should totally stop asking them questions—at certain times they may be especially inquisitive. Wouldn’t you rather be the one they turn to for answers, rather than someone else, who may not be truthful or not have their best interests at heart? Still, parents might gradually help their child learn to discern the difference between important questions and lesser ones, as they continue to grow in their vital understanding of things.

"25 Your eyes should look straight ahead, Yes, fix your gaze straight ahead of you."

Prove 4:25 Yes, we should walk straightforwardly, and keep our eyes on the path ahead, avoiding the distractions that may appear to our left or right. We should be on the path leading us to eternal life in true peace and happiness. We will then practically be able to go anywhere and do anything in harmony with God’s right standards, finding such delight in company with our marriage partner and dear friends. Even the near future will bring enjoyable work, cooperating with friends and loved ones to clean up this earth and turn it into a veritable Paradise, ready for the return of those who have died, being able to welcome our ancestors and encourage them to remain for life everlasting. We have much to look forward to, so may we delight in the gifts of God we may enjoy daily while we endeavor to work at what is good now, doing God’s will to the extent possible, helping as many as we can to learn the truth of God, to turn from wrong ways and habits. In our personal lives, looking ahead will help equip us for challenges we may be soon be facing, or that our children could face.

"26 Smooth out the course of your feet, And all your ways will be sure."

Prove 4:26 Thus let’s help our children prepare for what lies ahead, assisting them to grow in divine knowledge and wisdom to learn how to make good decisions daily, keeping God in mind—decisions that parents can take delight in! By growing in such knowledge, and taking it to heart by pondering it’s application to our daily lives, we may make it easier to walk a straight path, and “smooth out the course of our feet.” To fully do this, we need to gain the qualities of divine wisdom, such as understanding, discernment, shrewdness or foresighted prudence, and the healthy fear of Jehovoze, which “means the hating of bad.” As we grow in such qualities, and “trust in Jehovoze with all” our heart, taking Him into account in all we do, then all our “ways will be sure.” (Prove 3:5-7).

"27 Do not incline to the right or the left. Turn your feet away from what is bad.”

Prove 4:27 In this world many distractions are dangled in front of us on a daily basis. Suggestions to pursue this or that, often with an emphasis on pleasure or material gain, are almost constantly before us. Sometimes we may receive a beneficial lead to something we truly need or that is of real value. But scams are commonplace. May we keep a focused eye on our family’s lasting happiness, and our sincere service to God. Especially should we avoid pursuit of “what is bad,” in the respectful fear of Jehovoze. Let’s help our family to “hate what is bad,” seeing the rotten fruitage of badness—the problems, headaches, heartaches, and the like that it leads to, away from lasting happiness and eternal life. Help them keep God close in mind and heart, treasuring their relationship with Him. Psalm 97:10 says “10 O you who love Jehovoze, hate what is bad. He is guarding the lives of his loyal ones; He rescues them from the hand of the crooked.”

Proverbs 13:17-21:
"17 A crooked messenger falls into trouble, But a faithful envoy brings healing. 18 Whoever neglects discipline comes to poverty and disgrace, But the one accepting correction will be glorified. 19 Desire when realized is sweet to a person, But the unruly hate to turn away from bad. 20 The one walking with the wise will become wise, But the one who has dealings with the unruly will fare badly. 21 Calamity pursues sinners, But prosperity rewards the upright."

Prove 13:17 A corrupt messenger may fall to distorting the message for his own greed, or selfish gain. Such was the case with Gehazi, an attendant of God's prophet Elisha. After Naaman, the army chief of the king of Syria took ill with leprosy, an Israelite girl told him he could be cured by a prophet of the true God, Jehovohz'. Elisha tells him to wash in the Jordan, the river of Israel, seven times and he would be cleansed. He eventually humbles himself to do so, and is cured! He wants to give a gift to Elisha for his cure, but Elisha takes no credit, giving it to Jehovohz God. After departing, however, Elisha's attendant Gehazi begins to get greedy, thinking he could receive the gift intended for Elisha. Gehazi actually returns to Naaman, at which Naaman asks "Is everything all right?" Gehazi then delivers his false "message." 2Kings 5:22 says: "To this he said: “All is well. My master has sent me, saying, ‘Look! Just now two young men from the mountainous region of Eʹphra·im from the sons of the prophets came to me. Give them, please, a talent of silver and two changes of garments.’”" He receives his "gift" and eventually returns to Elisha, who says to him: "Where did you come from, Gehazi?" He answers "Your servant did not go anywhere." Verses 26-27 explains what happened next: "26 E·liʹsha said to him: “Was my heart not there with you when the man got down from his chariot to meet you? Is it a time to accept silver or to accept garments or olive groves or vineyards or sheep or cattle or male or female servants? 27 Now Naʹa·man’s leprosy will stick to you and your descendants... Immediately he went out from before him a leper, white as snow." God understands the pain caused by anyone speaking and acting in selfish ways. What a lesson--recorded in God's word so all may learn and avoid thinking that such practices are somehow acceptable to God! Seeking to deal honestly with others, we can come to enjoy a truly happy life as we aim to never lie, cheat, or steal in the name of Jehovohz!

"18 Whoever neglects discipline comes to poverty and disgrace, But the one accepting correction will be glorified."

Prove 13:18 It is "only fools [that] despise wisdom and discipline." Their neglect of discipline, or the loving correction offered by others, continues their foolishness, and leads them to "poverty and disgrace." Of course, reaching this point should be a "wake-up call" for the person, realizing the reason(s) they came to such a situation in life. This "poverty" can be either spiritual or material, or both. The person clearly needs to learn to accept correction, and thus improve their life dramatically! A truly wise person "listens and takes in more instruction." Such a person is humble, willing to accept correction, and "will be glorified" in God's way and time.

"19 Desire when realized is sweet to a person, But the unruly hate to turn away from bad."

Prove 13:19 We need to be careful, as "expectation postponed is making the heart sick." So we should not spend undue time longing for things that may not come when we expect. Also, "do not be planning ahead for the desires of the flesh." So, while having right desires, wait until they come, then we may rejoice in the gift of God we desire, and it will be "sweet to a person." The unruly one, who often knows what's right but refuses to do it, will not usually be blessed by God to receive the realization of his rewards. May we avoid such a course, by learning to hate what is bad in the genuine fear of Jehovohz, desiring never to displease Him.

"20 The one walking with the wise will become wise, But the one who has dealings with the mischievous will fare badly."

Prove 13:20 It is 1Corinthians 15:33 that cautions "...Bad associations spoil useful habits." So may we, along with other upright associations, find truly "wise" persons to enjoy good company with, seeking their welfare, of course not just our own. Recall the proverb: "By iron, iron itself is sharpened. So one man sharpens the face of another." Especially upbuilding are those who love God, turn away from bad, loving what is right in God's eyes, benefitting all long-term. Of course, we should care about all persons, seeking opportunities to help others appreciate God and His loving instruction as we do. The caution is still there--if we deal too often with mischievous ones, we will be affected. Another translation of 1Corinthians 15:33 says "...Bad company corrupts good character." (NLT, NIV). While seeking to help such ones embrace a right path, to make better choices in life, due caution is in order, lest we fall victim spiritually.

"21 Calamity pursues sinners, But prosperity rewards the upright."

Prove 13:21 Calamity pursues, or "chases after" sinners, as they eventually experience the undesirable consequences of badness afterward. The upright, however, tend to enjoy prosperity, the results that come from holding to God's standards. Coupled with blessings from God, right-hearted ones find great reward in serving Him, in doing His will. May we treasure a good relationship with God, seeking to hold to His right standards, happy that He is a God standing for everything good, fair, right and lovely in life.

PROVERBS COMMENTARY

Proverbs 13:22-25:
“22 The good person leaves an inheritance to his grandchildren, But the sinner’s wealth will be stored up for the upright one. 23 The plowed field of the poor yields much food, But it may be swept away by injustice. 24 Whoever holds back his rod hates his son, But the one who loves him disciplines him diligently. 25 The upright one eats and satisfies his appetite, But the stomach of the ungodly is empty.”

Prove 13:22 The apostle Paul confirms this expectation for his day, saying at 2Corinthians 12:14 “14...the children are not expected to save up for their parents, but the parents for their children.” Of course, situations do vary, but how fine when parents can look out for the future welfare of their children, and even their grandchildren! Recall that in the illustration of the Prodigal Son, the father allowed one of his sons to receive his inheritance early, which he unwisely wasted. (Luke 15:13,14). Of course, some factors may limit what parents can give those they still love. Loving their children, and helping them on the path of eternal life, may be an even more rewarding inheritance to leave them! Sinners who stubbornly remain so and refuse to turn around, would be giving up their own eternal life, possibly even leading their family members down the same path. Is that the kind of inheritance they really want to leave their offspring? Often such ones are misunderstanding God’s love for them, or are not experiencing the deep-seated happiness that comes from serving God in harmony with His standards. May they repent of error and return to a loving Heavenly Father who “will forgive in a large way.” And may the rest remain on the path of uprightness leading to eternal life alongside a loyal marriage partner, and help our children receive a similar inheritance!

"23 The plowed field of the poor yields much food, But it may be swept away by injustice."

Prove 13:23 Clearly, God’s blessing may be on the land of a poor one who puts full trust in JehoVohz to provide his needs as he seeks to live God’s way. Still, injustice has not yet been fully eliminated. Psalm 107:39 mentions other factors causing affliction, as “oppression, calamity, and grief.” May we still look to God for support through such circumstances, maintaining a hopeful outlook for enduring and perhaps overcoming such difficulties and finding “an abundance of peace” under God’s Kingdom. This verse also shows that we all need to be acknowledging God's lall, as vital to live by so that what is right prevails under the Kingdom of God, and true justice becomes the order of the day. (Psalm 37:11).

"24 Whoever holds back his rod hates his son, But the one who loves him disciplines him diligently."

Prove 13:24 Again it is clear that discipline is associated with genuine love, but how so? We must remember that the word does not simply mean “punishment,” but rather comes from the same root as “disciple.” Still, some may have wondered about the teaching here. Looking at this more carefully scripturally, there is evidence that the term "discipline" should be associated with "loving correction." This proverb and Hebrews 12:5-11 share this view of discipline, saying in Hebrews 12:5-6, "“My son, do not belittle the discipline from JehoVohz, nor give up when you are corrected by him; 6 for those whom Jehovohz loves he disciplines, in fact, he scourges everyone whom he receives as a son.” While it is true that Jehoshua/Jesus did not go around punishing his disciples all day long, but lovingly taught, trained, and corrected them, there is another term that deals more with the loving teaching and training from parents and teachers. Ephesians 6:4 says "And fathers, do not be irritating your children, but go on bringing them up in the discipline and admonition of Jehovohz." The term "admonition" here has reference to loving "instruction, guidance." Therefore, Jehoshua's/Jesus' disciples were not merely disciplined after they had done something wrong, but admonished throughout the day by receiving loving instruction and guidance to serve God properly. Deuteronomy 6:4-9 shows Jehovohz commanded the parents to have God’s words on their own hearts, and then to “7...inculcate them in your sons and speak of them when you sit in your house and when you walk on the road and when you lie down and when you get up" (thus, not only when receiving “time-out” for doing something wrong). Parents, please make sure you make time for your young ones to lovingly answer their questions according to their age and development, and to assist in teaching them what they need to know, helping develop their powers of discernment and understanding (Prove 2:1-6). Proverbs 10:1 says “A wise son makes his father rejoice...” So help them develop godly wisdom to be able to make good, right decisions each day, and reap many blessings for time well spent! Also, be ready to offer usually gentle correction in a loving way, whenever it is needed!

"25 The upright one eats and satisfies his appetite, But the stomach of the ungodly is empty.”

Prove 13:25 The upright one, wanting to act in harmony with God’s standards, feeds himself, not only literal food, but as Jehoshua/Jesus declared, as stated at Matthew 4:4, that “...It is written: ‘Man must live, not on bread alone, but on every word that comes from Jehovohz' mouth.” Thus he or she reasonably considers things such as found at Philippians 4:8, apparently meant for group study, including “whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are upright, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are lovable, whatever things are well-spoken-of, whatever virtuous things, and whatever praiseworthy things.” Paul adds, “continue considering these things.” When we take care of what we feed our minds and hearts, especially important things based on God’s reliable word, we ‘satisfy our appetite.’ Those not caring about such things often go hungry. At Isaiah 55:2 God says: “2 Why do you keep paying out money for what is not bread, And why spend your earnings for what brings no satisfaction? Listen intently to me, and eat what is good, And you will find great delight in what is truly rich.”

Proverbs 5:1-6:
"1 My son, pay attention to my wisdom. Listen carefully to my discernment, 2 So that you may guard your thinking abilities And safeguard knowledge with your lips. 3 For the lips of a crooked woman drip like a honeycomb, And her mouth is smoother than oil. 4 But in the end she is as bitter as wormwood And as sharp as a two-edged sword. 5 Her feet descend into death. Her steps lead straight to the Grave. 6 She gives no thought to the path of life. Her course wanders, but she does not know where."

"1 My son, pay attention to my wisdom. Listen carefully to my discernment, 2 So that you may guard your thinking abilities And safeguard knowledge with your lips."

Prove 5:1-2: We should all pay careful attention to what we learn from Proverbs, the rest of His word, and instruction from Him in other ways on a regular basis. Even after we have learned much divine knowledge, Hebrews 2:1 says "That is why it is necessary for us to pay more than the usual attention to the things we have heard, so that we never drift away." Regular instruction and reminders from God protect our spirituality, relationships with Him and others. There are different ways of approaching the same subject, so we shouldn't be put off if we're hearing something we already know. The apostle Peter wrote, at 2Peter 1:12: "For this reason I intend always to remind you of these things, although you know them and are well-established in the truth that is present in you."It is knowledge that can lead others to everlasting life--try to see a difference in the way such knowledge is being presented each time. When Jehoshua/Jesus was trying to teach his followers humility, they struggled to get the point, in the competitive, class-driven society of their day. But he would each time try a different approach to the same lesson. It still took time, but they would eventually get the point. Peter counseled, for instance, at 1Peter 5:5, "In the same way, you younger men, be in subjection to the older men. But all of you clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because God opposes the haughty ones, but he gives undeserved kindness to the humble ones." Peter understood and taught discernment, to see the difference between egopride that God opposes, and humility that He blesses.

After the counsel to guard thinking abilities, we read:

"3 For the lips of a wayward woman drip like a honeycomb, And her mouth is smoother than oil. 4 But in the end she is as bitter as wormwood And as sharp as a two-edged sword. 5 Her feet descend into death. Her steps lead straight to the Grave. 6 She gives no thought to the path of life. Her course wanders, but she does not know where."

Prove 5:3-6: An immoral woman can have compelling words, being seductive, and the trap of an immoral course can bring bitter consequences, with potential harm to the flesh and the spirit, possibly bringing a condition of spiritual death. However, there can be figurative meaning to these words as well. In the Scriptures a woman can represent a group, an organized body, such as God's "woman" of "wife" of heavenly angels above. As regards groups on earth, how fine when such look wisely above, pleasing God, recognizing God's chosen leader and supporting the doing of God's will! Even if some have strayed, may they come to hate any wrong conduct or activity that could lead others astray, and rather accept Christ's merciful ransom provision, making possible genuine forgiveness of past wrong from God's standpoint, turning from such to seek activity in agreement with God's will and the blessings of His Kingdom! We should all hate immorality in any form as it becomes clear what God's reasonable standards truly are, instead promoting endless life in the right way.

PROVERBS COMMENTARY

Proverbs 14:1-5:
"1 The truly wise woman builds up her house, But the foolish one tears it down with her own hands. 2 The one walking in his righteousness fears Jehovohz, But the one whose ways are devious despises Him. 3 The rod of haughtiness is in the mouth of the fool, But the lips of the wise will protect them. 4 Where there are no cattle the manger is clean, But the power of a bull yields an abundant harvest. 5 A faithful witness will not lie, But a false witness lies with every breath."

Prove 14:1: The foolish woman is disregarding God's counsel or discipline, thus is missing out on the spiritual values and wisdom necessary to be spiritually upbuilding to her family. With the "philosophy and empty deception" still present in the world today, many otherwise fine men and women have hardly ever been introduced to the value and wealth of wisdom found within God's word. The wisdom present therein can almost work miracles in the life of a family or person, and is worth every effort to get to know and understand. Proverbs itself is an especially worthy source of study, and it's first 9 chapters are written like a letter from a loving father to a son, with excellent counsel in how to be successful in life, in God's eyes.

"2 The one walking in his righteousness fears Jehovohz, But the one whose ways are devious despises Him."

Prove 14:2: The upright one has genuine godly fear, which is a healthy fear of displeasing or hurting God in some way. God loves us, especially if we seek to please him, and the man of godly fear does not want to harm that relationship, but rather treasures, or greatly values it. This healthy fear of God encourages right and honest conduct, in contrast to the 'devious ways' of some.

"3 The rod of haughtiness is in the mouth of the fool, But the lips of the wise will protect them."

Prove 14:3: The foolish one tends to be haughty in spirit, offended by God's counsel or discipline, rather than humbly accepting it and seeking to improve. We're encouraged in God's word to consider others as superior to us, benefitting from their knowledge and counsel. The foolish would benefit most by listening more than speaking their own ideas and knowledge, remembering we have two ears and only 1 mouth--James says we should be quick to listen, but slow about speaking and slow about wrath or anger. (James 1:19). Some may simply need to learn to both pray and ask questions when they are not sure of what to do, rather than guess at it and have problems. Asking Jehovohz primarily for help each day can go a long way.

"4 Where there are no cattle the manger is clean, But the power of a bull yields an abundant harvest."

Prove 14:4: The Scriptures encourage hard work as opposed to laziness. Children should not be praised so much for the knowledge they gain, but rather for putting that knowledge to work to benefit others by it. The praise should be using their knowledge aright, to help others. This encourages them to be busy, good workers. The verse shows hard work pays off in an "abundant harvest."

"5 A faithful witness will not lie, But a false witness lies with every breath."

Prove 14:5: The Christian "new personality" seeks honesty in all things, rejecting lies as displeasing God, the One who "cannot lie" (Titus 1:2). Says Colossians 3:9-10: "Do not lie to one another. Strip off the old personality with its practices, and clothe yourselves with the new personality, which through accurate knowledge is being made new according to the image of the One who created it." However, being honest does not mean we must reveal truth to all persons, including those who might use the knowledge they gain to harm others. According to Ecclesiastes 3:7 there is "a time to be silent and a time to speak." Learning to be honest with ourselves and others is a vital step to becoming true, a person of integrity or compection. This last term has roots in the words pact and compassion, pact being an agreement. This term carries the sense of feeling for others while at the same time holding firmly and encouraging adherence to God's word and law, with a view to never violating it--instead, finding the answers and encouraging desires for what is within God's law that is better and superior to whatever one may have thought they needed outside of, or without it. I had coined the term "compection" on a podcast one year while searching for an understandable term related to heartfelt integrity, for what God is expecting all of us to become that is attainable and sustainable forever!

Added (3) Proverbs A, chapter 5, verses 18-20. Soon another post update. Now newly posted, the I) Introduction to the Ten Commandments, as well as Updates to all 4 of the other Ten Commandment posts, near the Top of Blogpost 2. (y.725Rih, 810Sun 1:45; 2:31,40,44,54; 3:19; 11:19,44 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! I've wanted to remind how this week both calendars, old and new, line up between today through Saturday and Salvtuday. Most new daynames have similarity to 7-Day names, yet underscore a purpose for them by God. As regards a way to clarify which calendar is being referenced, there is preference to the y. designation, an early possibility, as the year is to the left of the decimal. Thus y25.725 indicates this day, 2025, the 7th month (Huli) and the 25th day (alternating Sunday, called Righzday, connected to making Rye or Croissant bread, which is naturally possible to make only on this day every two weeks, Rightdoing and the Sun of righteousness, like Sunday still the First day of the week, and Rizing as an early workweek makes possible the Four-Day weekend break to come afterward. So y25.725 is this day (8/10/25). In this first designation method, y25.725 the month is only one character, which is alphanumeric, with months 10, 11, and 12 being designated as capital A,B, and C. It can also be y25.7/25, which allows for the month to be two digits. Thus both y25.11/25 and y25.07/25 would be acceptable. It may be possible that difference could be recognized between 7(8/10/25) and 8(7/25/25), although in the second case the second number, day of the month, will need to be higher than 31. With the y25.725 designation, this could also be y.725 if the year is not necessary, or just 725 if it is something simple where the year doesn't matter, like the date on the lid of a newly opened carton of milk. Also, to keep track of both, sometimes I use y25.725 and add comma, f or p and 810 referring to the 7day calendar date. Also remember that a 3rd transition calendar would help all to relate closer 7-Day calendar dates to new 8-Day calendar dates, but this would call for referencing a 13th month, one week at a time between some months, but eventually also with more than 31 days, although this adjustment may not be needed THIS year for an accurate transition. Recall the SUM More Orderly Time (Possible Months 7-8 Entry) article below, that discusses this time as an entry point to the new calendar, along with half or more of the world seeing God's gift. Again, this entire week lines up between both calendars, so appointments for next week could be discussed or adjusted, either on the same new dayname, the new monday date for the old monday date, or something else depending on the purpose of the meeting, etc. These appointments could be confirmed, if this changeover should take place. In many places last year, both calendars began to be acknowledged among people even here in the U.S., and some decisions were being based on the new calendar more than the old. There is one issue that hasn't been mentioned, and that's pay times as regards a changeover. Weekly pays could take place on a similar day of the week, although alternating between Starzday (first Friday) and Salvtuday (second Saturday), the second day of the normal four-day break, are recommended, the term Salary being originally based on use of Salt, associated with that day. Other reasons have been presented, and proper planning for this can overcome most if not all concern. The other issue is with Monthly payments. Of course many 7th month payments or early 8th month payments have already been made, but a two-week or 16-day difference between the calendars currently, or 18 days in about a week, could call for another payment with the beginning of a new 8th month. The half-month of time that would have passed by then could make possible a half-month's pay amount, then getting on track to a similar pay schedule based on the 8 day calendar. Alternatively, paydates could change on the new calendar from end or start of months to something mid-month, which would keep the money coming out about the same time as before through the changeover, without need for any additional payment. The above information has now been inserted into the SUM More Orderly Months (Possible Months 7-8 Entry) article below. Also, a (8B) Weekly Golden Apples, WGA-B, (B-507) is now posted, on blogpost 3, Election Integrity 2024-2025. Another update to Finding Truth, par. 15. Correction. Update to WGA-B list. (y.724Fwn, 809Sat 3:09 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! I needed to update the article Finding Truth, having been one of my first articles years ago, and I didn't realize there were some statements I used in logic regarding the Trinity teaching that for quite some time I would have not been using, but I had forgotten it was used in this article, and would have been corrected so as not to give a wrong impression, having to do with understanding the term "world" in the Scriptures, which I do address in the more recent article "Finding More Truth". I have updated Finding Truth, and hope that if you questioned anything along those lines in that article, that you look over that portion of it. (y.723Clm, 808Fri 5:58; 7:52 am; 12:20,24 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Added (1A) WGA-A, (A-506) Redrawing State Maps Called Gerrymandering. Addition. I apologize that I let the podcast this week take time away from posting like I would otherwise do. It is time as well for the new blogposts, moving into the 7th month of the 400-day, extending through the middle of the 8th month with this current format. Thus much will be retained, with the ongoing material continued into the new blogposts. If you wish, please use this time to review anything else you might benefit from, and there still is an additional article or two not on these pages that I plan to post soon to the new. I may post some of the podcast in text format later, perhaps the first episode for those interested in the week's theme and introduction. (d.627Trs, 710Thu 6:58-7:01,19,41; 8:24 am EDT) Hello, wishing all well! I apologize for the delay, I expect to get back to my punctuality that I was known for, throughout my 2020 election year, for example, and afterward, with God's continued blessing! NOTE : As you may realize, I've continued this blogset based on the 400-day calendar (the true one, astronomically, meteorologically, scientifically, etc.), and hopefully which we will acknowledge here, as many localities and regions here in the United States were doing for much time last year! There was some confusion about the reality of this or the connections to my Come to Consensus article, referring to it as the 8-Day Calendar, having God's blessing on new sets of month- and daynames that carry real meaning into our lives, benefitting us more, and underscoring God's interest and love for us. I'm looking to post a few more articles, some Persistent Articles, which I think will replace the Persistent/Introductory Posts designation. Thus PA's will usually be articles that may benefit more people, or benefit people more, in some way, with God's blessing. The full 8-Day Calendar article, as a CTC article, is one I actually thought was posted already this blog cycle, but I wish to post soon today, although it is available on the last blog 3C/8C. I want to review before posting on 4C/8C, blogpost 3 (the C in 4C/8C). I may change referring to blogpost 3 to blogpost C. I may also update the wording of the Educational Note on blogpost 3/C. Update, but article still coming. Article is there, under PA's (Persistent Articles) on blogpost 3/C, as (8-2). There are still other articles I wish to include in the next few days...I've updated that article, month 1, and more updates are possible. (d.626Mnd, 709Wed 8:45-46 am EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Formatting, clarity on (8B) location. (d.621Hvn, f704Fri 10:58-59 am; 8:18,28,36; 9:05 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well and a happy sorta 4th! I've completed the text of the podcast Winit500 theme of last November, w0840-44 U.S. Election for President, 2024. It is in the list under (1B) the Win-it Minute Series work., podcast available on Spotify, elsewhere. Also, don't forget about the Significantly Revised article, What It Means To Be Righteous or Upright, on the Top Menu above. Let's continue to look to God and Christ above, as we navigate current circumstances--there is much we can accomplish together when we look above and stand for what's true and right, and what the Founders of our Nation stood for, the same, and looking for God's blessing for things to be as they should. Let's not assume that just because someone may want us to believe a lie, that we just need to go along with it--that's not who we are! Americans across our nation voted, elected me President of the United States, for good reason, and I'm the one blessed by God to be so, doing what I can despite our circumstances--recall that Donald Trump acknowledged at one point that he was not the President of the United States, but seems to have managed to sweep that under the carpet somehow. Nevertheless we want the best for all, recognizing God's love for all, but we also want our Nation truly as it Should Be, and as GOD will blessing it to Become! ALSO POSTED (7) Proverbs B Commentary, chapter 11 conclusion, verses 27-31! (d.620Wdn, f703Thu 8:03 am; 9:38,55,58; 10:50 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Posted (1B) Winit500, text of Episode 2, w0841 U.S. Election for President, 2024. W5a w0840- under Win-it Minute Series below. NOW also the REVISED ARTICLE, What It Means To Be Righteous or Upright. Titles. Some correction. (d.619Too, f702Wed 9:59 am EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Posted (3) Proverbs A, chapter 4, verses 24-27, concluding chapter 4. (d.618Moo, f701Tue 7:08-09,15,31,44,48,58; 8:03 am; 7:17,59 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Got the Podcast Episode 1 Text posted from yesterday, on the W5a w0840-44 U.S. Election for President 2024, listed under the (1B) Win-it Minute Series, explaining how Donald was attempting to defraud the public by claiming victory in the Presidential election, covering the TRUE results of the election by America. Later, however, as addressed in a later podcast, and after still staging an inauguration, he was willing at one point to be honest with the American people and admit that he was "not the President of the United States", as many who voted for me (and Washington, etc.) hopefully are coming to realize. I've also posted the 2025 Claim to Presidency text in the main body of Winit5to9 Posts, with the more recent Harvard and Issue of Government posts to follow sometime. Formatting, text accuracy. Now also, posted (7) Proverbs B, PR-B(11.5) chapter 11, verses 22-26. Formatting. (d.617Son, f630Mon 5:33-34; 8:56,58; 9:53; 10:22,36,48 am EDT) Hello, wishing all well! I've moved last year's podcast from after the 2024 November election to the top of my Find Life And See Podcast on Spotify, W5a w0840-44 U.S. Election for President 2024. I have a place for the text of this podcast below, which I intend to begin posting today. NOW please consider carefully (when you are able) the PIP article below, Names of God and Christ, Clarified, for a carefully composed revision! You may also see the Note from yesterday, just below, regarding God's Name. Updates. (d.616Fan, f629Sun 10:16,18,34 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! As I've occasionally referred to, there has been interference by some, trying to corrupt good work or rob me of much of my own work, whether claiming my own website articles or my podcast work, ideas/designs/patents, etc., and especially even my rightful win as President of the United States, after already being the true 46th President of the United States, fully expecting this time to finally make it to the White House, where I can be and do fully what the American people have looked forward and expect me to be and do. Another thing has come to my attention--my work on restoring God's true name. At one point I was clarifying God's name to be JEHOVAHZ, not Jehovalz. Someone with power attempted to take credit for this, and try to cause confusion about JEHOVALZ, which is now understood to be one of the three GODs that make up the Complete JEHOVAHZ. While knowing Him as a GOD of Vows/Valz, altogether He brings things about, especially His will, in many ways, not only by the keeping of Promises. I'll be updating the website accordingly, and the NAMES of God and Christ article, to again reflect this position. I've already updated the recently posted (4B) Psalm 119 Review 4 Stanzas 01-11 to reflect this change. Also now the most recent (3) Proverbs A, PR-A(4.5). Also (7) Proverbs B, PR-B(11.4) Correction.

Notes, Formatting NOTES: (25d.515 Slv, f526 Mon 1:56, 9:41; 10:23 am; 3:41; 6:29 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Updating, I've added posts on blogpost 2, finishing the Ten Commandments and adding a Persistent post of 4B, Psalm 119 Intro of Stanzas 1-4. Also, let me clarify that there are places on the 3 blogposts that are meant to be filled as the half quarter (month and a half) proceeds, and the 3A-C blogposts have not been up all that long. So the move to 4A-C up through month 6 will allow more posts as on the site previously, before the new format. Soon adding two Psalm Selects to the Persistent/Introductory Posts on this blogpage. Posted, both Psalms 1 and 15. Now, added posts to pages 2 and 3. This includes 4A Godz Lawl posts in PIP, Persistent/Introductory Posts, and another Godz Lawl post in segment 4A, on the Golden Rule, also in (5) Eternal Express, on Protecting Peace from Ephesians 4-5, and (6) Golden Bellz, on the Salvtuday dayname recommendation from Saltuday. Also, added the 7) article under the CTC Foundational list, actually the original 5th article, Realities of God's Government and Beneficial Standards, and then to (9) Godlove Home, I added the article Aim to Develop True Loyal Love. Misc. updates. 25d.514Prz,f525Sun 8:53 am; 1:15,29,56; 6:29 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Posted 1B-1 so far the Conclusion of the podcast Proper View of God and Life Rewarding, the episode 5 w0834 having become a theme for my campaign, entitled 'Restore Good - Move Forward'. Also, posted this year's entire podcast, the carryover as Winit5to9, w0850-0854, with the theme: 2025 Claim to Presidency. This is under segment (1B) as 1B-3. Also, yesterday's 13th of Month 5 was Thunderday, a day when you more often will hear thunder as from God, realizing He can lend forth His mighty voice to things taking place, as a God of true justice, reminding us of His power, truth, and love. Still there have been interferences, etc.--NOT all storms are from God. Today's 8-Day Calendar day is the second week's Friday, the first week of two being Starzday, for movie-going, etc, with the second being Prayerzday, which begins a four-day or five-day weekend, a day which could also be used for entering court pleas, etc. Prayers of course help all to maintain closeness to God and His Son, and provisions for life. Also, 1A posts, WGA-A, previous. The reference is 1A-2 Previous GA(1A-102-217) on Presidency, Economy, Tariffs, Govt Cuts, etc. This post is originally from the 2025 2/8 START page (blogpost 1), where it (in 2 posts) may still be found. Correction made to most of those individual posts for this page to match the original reference number format, for technical purposes; I will make that change if appropriate on the next blogpost 4A/8A, planning to carry it over. 25d.513Thd,f524Sat 5:31; 6:20-21,39-40; 7:05 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Posted 1A-3 Golden Apples Post, GA(008) On the Number Eight (8). Included as a Latest GA post. Also soon to come, a Psalm 19 rendition. Posted, as latest and Psalms Post 1, numbered 2.1. Updates Psalm 19, note. 25d.512Wnd,f523Fri 9:18-23; 10:15 am; 9:50-53,55,59; 10:27,33,37; 11;11:08-09,59 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! I've added another post to (1A) WGA-A, after the A-306 from last night, on the Penny news. This one, A-307, is regarding an important lesson from ancient Greece. Again, these are on this blogpost 1 below, under segment 1A (Weekly) Golden Apples. Also now another (3) Proverbs A, PR-A(3.6), chapter 3, verses 31-35, concluding chapter 3. NOTE : Now letting you know I'm planning to fill-in the missing pieces on the 3 blogposts, but possibly just on the new 4A-C/8A-C posts which normally begin from the middle of month 5 through month 6. Most of the work done on 3A-C/8A-C will be carried over into the 4's. Along with adding WGA-A/B posts, planning especially the next 2 days if possible. I could however finish the essentials on the 3A-C's in time for Memorial Day, then carry over most into the 4's to post a day or two later. The reason this may be better is that we, as the United States, should not be ignoring the 8-Day Calendar, which half the world is already on, as a step forward in life, toward a greater world of peace, with God's blessing. After all, it originated here, in the U.S. with God's blessing on me, so why should we consider being the last to begin using it, unless we're helping others to get on it before us, like people getting into lifeboats before the captain of a ship that's slowly sinking, but such an illustration is NOT to apply to us, or in this situation, except for our captains having such genuine concern for those under their care! God's spirit is still with us to straighten things out, and to have a leading role in bringing blessings from God to other countries, even as "one nation under God". Perhaps we may begin thinking in terms of the 8-Day, I could reference the days in an article/post to remind of the purpose of the day, which I believe God is blessing for it's particular purpose that day, whether it's to strengthen our bodies with the right kind of salt intake, or acknowledging that the day might be more windy like today really was here on this Windyday the 12th of the 5th month Agreehelp (Agr). But I realize it would help for me to get where I should, and the true election results regarding the U.S. President to be acknowledged, which was or is not simple due to the AI media control that Donald had over DC, VA, and MD for the last 4-5 years or more, with at least TV, radio, and internet in the region, beginning likely with smaller measures aimed to lessen opposition to his reputation or ideas. Not everyone knew that I was on the ballot in 48 states last November, with much backing across the nation. 25d.511Tro,f522Thu 6:04,07-08,21; 7:11 am; 11:18,53 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Added an Introductory/Persistent Post, Aim to Develop True Loyal Love. More work, including WGA-A/B posts today...Initially prayers that food can continue to get into Palestine, where some 11,000 lives of children and adults are currently being threatened daily, and that love and diplomacy, or mindful and peaceable discussion, be the way, rather than more war or violence. Also, other matters of course need attention. Let love and truth prevail again, as it may rest in our hearts and minds. Added to WGA-A the post (A-306), Last Run of the Penny (As We Know It)? Update. 25d.510Mnd,p521Wed 9:08-09 am EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Added (3) Proverbs A, chapter 3, verses 27-30. 25d.509Rih,p520Tue 6:41,50 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Added some GA posts. More coming on all 3 blogposts, and WGA! If you noticed, the post on Former U.S. Initiatives on Coal is on the blogpost 3, (8B) WGA-B on post 2C/8C, numbered (1-217). 25d.508,p519Mon 9:06-08 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Prepared this, posted some articles, etc. to begin.

Posted work from last evening (8B) WGA-B, B-304 post theme: Drive for Clean Energy Can Continue! on blogpost #3. Hoping to be writing again from the real START page, blogpost #1, soon! I'd like to also say, Let's thank God for blessing what we all can do regarding His will, for genuine peace--let's stand for what's true, with God's guidance and love! Some have been seeking their own glory rather than God's, and hurting others in the process, against God's will; May they humble themselves and be honest. We need divine wisdom and God's blessing on all we do! If time, planning to post (4B) Psalm 119 Part 2 of Review within the hour, Stanzas 7-8. Posted! Format update. (25d.504 Wdn, f515 Thu 9:41,50; 10:15-16,23-24,46 am EDT) Hello, wishing all well! I've posted Part 1 of the (4) Psalm 119 Stanzas 5-8 Review (Stanzas 5-6), with two good stanza/themes. More of something to come...Posted as LATEST Psalm 119, and format updates. Also now, added (7) PR-B(11.1), Proverbs B, chapter 11 verses 1-5 on blogpost 3. Format change. (25d.502 Moo, f513 Tue 9:38,40-41 am; 9:55,58; 10:03-05,10-11; 11:01 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well, again from the Blogpost #2, not the normal messaging/notes post of the START page, blogpost 1. So much to be considering, knowing where I should be and still aiming to be, but also wanting to, within limits, address things this way, to share, offer insight, etc. Plan to make some progress on these posts today, while giving attention to the important things of our nation, etc. Several things came up, but I did review Commandment #4 of the Ten, which I've posted by itself, without numbers 5-7 yet. Looking for getting up the START page and/or more Golden Apples pieces and WGA posts on what's taking place, whether WGA-B or WGA-A (blogpost 1). Formatting update. Update, further. (25d.501 Son, f512 Mon 11:53 am EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Updated the Commandments 1-3 of the Ten, specifically #1. (25d.434Lun,f511Sun 10:27,38 am; 4:53; 5:41 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Again this is blogpost 2, not the normal start page, but more notesy for now until it's up! I've updated the Ps119, S08 post(s). Also, this ending of the 4th month of the 8-Day Calendar is the Hymneth long weekend, the days to include the 34th actually get switched up, so that the 30th is (Prz) Prayerzday, 31st (Hym) Hymneth, 32nd (Slt) Saltuday, 33rd (Fan) Fanday, and 34th (Lun) Lunaday. Again, the normal progression in a 33-day month is 30th Prz, 31st Slt, 32nd Fan, 33rd Lun. Now the first 3 of the Ten Commandments has been posted, looking to review before posting remainder. Update. (25d.433Fan,f510Sat 8:01; 9:01,44-45 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well again, on this page! Format basically complete for this Blogpost 2, with the Psalm 119 Stanza 8 A and B parts posted as latest segment 4B post and in the 4B list! The Memorial that many anointed ones haven't yet commemorated this year could take place this Monday evening/night (7-Day Cal.) one month following the normal one, after the example of Hezekiah's delayed Passover. Unleavened bread and red wine are symbolic of pure, genuine instruction and the ransom provision, with faith and associated joy of heart that comes with the aim of wisely keeping divine standards. Jehoshua/Jesus said 'until I drink it new with you..." Meetings that discuss the significance of this occasion and provide for both of these provisions figuratively are one way that the Passover statute in God's law that for Christians became the Memorial commemoration ('Christ our Passover lamb has been sacrificed') can continue to be appreciated and recognized.

Recall addressing you more on this page has been temporary, until completing the new format for all 3 Blogposts, wanting them to display in order, needing to start with the third and work back for this to happen (normally I write most of these notes on Blogpost 1, the START page/post). I've finished with the formatting for this Blogpost 3, and am moving on to the other two! I plan sometime today to have Blogpost 2 started with a Psalm 119 posting from stanza 8, and with it being Saturday on the 7-Day calendar, would recommend the song Back In Time, from the movie Back to the Future, as regards, while being royal, in this case confusion over my election win(s) for President, but getting me where the President should be, especially the true one God is blessing to be so, that I may truly accomplish what the American people voted for me to serve as President and do, looking forward to what God prepared me over much time to be able to do! I've become aware of an adjustment, and am making it, to make two lists on the segment 8, a CTC list and a WGA-B list, rather than mixing them. Complete. (25d.432Fan,f509Fri 8:45,53; 11:46 am; 10:39-40 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! The post of WGA-B, (B-303) now soon to come! Topic is chosen, etc. I apologize again for the delays or the being delayed in various ways, although I aim once again to be more consistent as I had in the past with making posts on thinking and activity. Part of the reason for this has been my continued aims to be where the true U.S. President, blessed by God, should be, as I know many share this important standard that our nation has upheld in most elections throughout it's history! Added the post (B-303), Regarding Department Cuts, Some Excessive...Also posted to Seg.8 LIST (25d.430 Prz,f507 Wed 7:13,15,19 am EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Improved some things, still upcoming WGA-B post(s), which is a secondary form of the WGA's previously on the start page, moving some to this post on themes not as necessary for the start page content. (25d.428Wnd,f505Mon 9:01,53; 10:13 am EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Adding the CTC article, fully: Issue after Issue Being Addressed by God's Kingdom: Prejudice and Racism. This is posted as the LATEST CTC POST, as well as the FIRST in the list of CURRENT CTC/WGA-B Posts, as (8.1). More preparation for upcoming WGA-B post(s), under GA(302) WGA-B #1; At least one, GA(303) to be next before ensuing blogpost work... Update to P&R article. Inclusion of Podcast reference. (25d.426Mnd,f503Sat 11:58 am EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Added the (8-2) Persistent Post of the 8-Day Calendar article, called More Orderly Time, Month and Daynames, revised some! I've again had some interferences, for which I apologize. (25d.424Fwn,501Thu 5:08-09 pm EDT) Hello, and welcome! I've had delays, but posted is now the podcast example policy insertion into the Foundation articles from the Podcast series, WM2, on Pushing Reset: Letting Work Become More Enjoyable, Rewarding! (25d.423Psd,430Wed 8:33 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! More layout of post, aiming for WGA-B posts soon... (d25.422Stz,429Tue 9:37-38,50 am EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Added to the CTC Foundational articles with the inserted one mentioned previously, helping see the place of government in relation to God and His Kingdom. Also, I've posted one of the Persistent Posts, a CTC on Proper View of Law(l). (25/421Hvn,428Mon 3:27,53; 7:05 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! I know this is blogpost 3, but I'm in the process of preparing to post all 3, and I wanted this third one posted first, so that it appears third in the list after the other two are up. I went ahead and included a few posts on this page, including another (7) Proverbs B (ch 11-20), from chapter 10, verses 28-32, the conclusion of that chapter. Also, the CTC Foundational articles I've been intending to post for a while now, but which were on a previous post from last year, I'm also posting. The CTC Corner (Come to Consensus Corner) Startup post is included, as well as now four of the first 5 articles/policies. There is another newer article I've planned to include among this grouping, believing it's more helpful now to underscore some important things relating God's interest and much-needed blessing on good government, to maintain civilized society, often taken for granted. Up to 4 CTC articles!

(25/416Fan,423Wed, 12:10 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Had a technical issue I believe is now resolved, which slowed me some on the blog while at the same time I was focused on accomplishing other things and still am--I do apologize for the blog delay. I'm working on the new full set of blogposts 1-3, segments 1-9 as previous. All three blogposts are to have a similar format to this one, despite the varying subject matter. I did update the first two articles under Christianity, and am about to add something else to the second article, The Basics. (25/410Min,417Thu, 10:10 am; 5:30 pm EDT) Hello, wishing you well again! Added to the 10 Points with explanation of the change from LGBTQ+ to simply LGTQ, still to be addressing this important issue. It may actually be that simply 3 letters will suffice for the abbreviation, as in GTQ, as Gay had come to represent both male and female gender conditions. This could also possibly be TGQ. (25/408Fwn,p415Tue, 8:20 am EDT) Hello, wishing all well! Added new Proverbs A segment of chapter 3, PR-A(3.4), verses 19-26. I apologize that getting the entire blog up as usual, but with the updated format, is taking time. Still looking to God, asking for prayers, for things to be right, to take place as they should, for everyone's benefit! (25/405Hvn,p412Sat, 7:18-19 pm EDT) Hello! Memorial night, like true Passover, but of Christ's death, the literal and the figurative. You might reflect on the meaning, and read a chapter, perhaps Luke 22, or more, considering lessons. Love of God and His wonderful power and purpose toward mankind, a beautiful and peace-loving world, is made possible! Have faith in the Son, the ransom for forgiveness of sins, and aim for the target of righteousness in your decisions, to honor God and reflect divine wisdom in how you do things, contributing to His will! {Recall that truly anointed ones are to be in attendance to partake, and all were to commemorate on Passover night, honoring God and Christ. Paul also said "As often as" you do this, which can indicate allowance for another month's observance, at least occasionally. It could well be that as anointed ones all reached their new heavenly position, in the secondary application, that the commemoration could consistently involve and recognize a figurative or emblematic eating of spiritual bread, or life-sustaining instruction, as well as drinking of spiritual wine, recognizing Christ's sacrifice and also the rejoicing that wine scripturally signifies, true happiness being made possible with proper understanding and application of God's word and Christianity.} (25/404Wdn,p411Fri, 11:37-38,41 am; 3:27,35 pm EDT) Hello, wishing all well again.
